Wow! This restaurant was busy when I visited. Worth the 20 min wait? I'd say so. The food was delicious. Service was fast and efficient. The interior is nice and relaxed. I think the million dollar bacon was one of the best ones I've ever had. Limited parking spots in the plaza on busy times.

The service was on point with everyone being friendly, accommodating, and professional. The food was seasoned amply and well. Besides the mis matched timing of when everything came out besides a BLT Benedict coming super late, it was a great time at this First Watch.

There are so many great breakfast restaurants around Phoenix, though when it comes to First Watch, I have learned it is a chain of breakfast restaurants that is consistent, offers great food, and has some wonderful deals here and there. While I typically frequent other First Watch locations, my wife and I stopped here yesterday morning on the way to do some errands in the area. This was our first time visiting this location. It had a large indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating. The waiting area inside was rather small with overflow to outside. The staff were nice and welcoming. First Watch serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They have a Jump Start menu with unique dishes along with a juice bar, iced coffee, breakfast cocktails, healthier side dishes, EGG-sclusives, omelettes & frittatas, from the griddle items, power bowls, salads, sandwiches, a kids' menu, and small plates and sides. My wife and I chose to each get one of the two classic favorites on the menu. My wife ordered the Traditional, which includes two cage-free eggs any style with your choice of bacon, smoked ham, chicken sausage patties, turkey or pork sausage links, and it is served with whole grain artisan toast, all-natural house preserves and fresh, seasoned potatoes. I chose to order the Tri-Fecta, which includes two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake plus your choice of bacon, chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link. We both ordered our meals with fruit instead of meat. The pancake was large and warm (easily melting the butter on top). The potatoes were tasty, and the fruit, toast, and eggs complemented the meal for both of us. As there was a 15-20 minute wait today, we used the app and checked in online in advance. This allowed us to jump to early in the line. The service was good and food arrived rather quickly with everything correct on our orders. Special tip...go to https://firstwatch.com and at the bottom right of the page where it says "Love Brunch? Join the club," enter your e-mail address and eventually your birthday to start getting Buy One Get One Free promotions during the year at random times including around your birthday. Nothing better than a free brunch!

Ordered the Cobb salad to go. What I got vs what is pictured on the menu(website) couldn't be any more different and sad looking! There was also no avocado to be found !!!! So not worth the price! Also got the club sandwich and that was very good.

I love FW. So I stopped into this Arcadia location to quickly grab a to-go bite to eat. Upon entry I noticed the set-up here is a little different. Very cozy, nice lighting - staff was quick at servicing me. I did recognize some staff were a little more preoccupied in sharing a little gossip - but figured; that's what they do here - so I pretended to not hear. I ordered my food with the tall gentleman and received my to-go order (drink and meal) within 8 minutes. In the meantime I washed my hands in their bathroom and noticed there were 4 single-use bathrooms labeled M (Men), W (Women), M/W, M/W which I assume was men/women. I happen to peek into the M (Men's) because I'm always curious to see if the restaurants I visit ever think about Single Fathers or Father Daughter time and to my disappointment- there was no baby changing station in the M (Men's) Restroom. There was one in the W (Women's) Restroom - but in most cases in society- that's to be expected. Back to my order. I purchased a Quinoa Pesto Bowl and upon receiving it - I quickly noticed it was lacking in portion size. I've visited a couple other First Watch locations and this portion size seemed a lot smaller than other locations - I'm not sure if it was a fluke or may e portion size was smaller in this area because folks are on specific portion control diets? Lol. Welp, this was my first visit to this location and while the flavors as a whole were spot on (once mixed - the temp of the food was at best a little warm (I prefer a hot plate; but I figured since it was placed in a to-go container, that was the culprit of cool food). Hopefully next time, both portions and temp will be on point. The question is: Would I recommend this particular First Watch? My answer; Yes. The facilities were clean & while a few of the staff could transform their gossiping into positivity; I believe this place would make a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.

I cannot speak higher about our experience at First Watch- everything was perfect. The project sunrise coffee is some of my favorite ever, it's perfectly balanced and just strong enough. Our server Kate was amazing, she was so kind and bubbly, gave us amazing recommendations and really took time to make sure we had a great experience. We modified multiple items (cheesy eggs and grits, gluten free french toast, and extra crispy million dollar potatoes) and every single item came out perfectly. The food always tastes very fresh and flavorful so huge props to the kitchen staff. I would recommend first watch to anyone in the area and can't wait to return again soon! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

It was okay. I enjoyed my fresh juice and Quinoa bowl. My Mother asked for a biscuit and it came out burnt and hard twice. The waitress came off condescending when we asked about it. She was "nicety" that nice nasty. The booths need to be cleaned. They were stained from wear and tear. Other than that we had a pleasant breakfast.

Pretty good with good service. Had BLT eggs Benedict and thought the sauce had a little too much lemon for me but that is a preference. Million potatoes were good but I wish I would have asked for them to be crispier.

My overall experience here was not good. Our server Albert was almost to the point of rude. He acted like it was a bother to take care of us. On top of everything, I had a whisker in my scrambled eggs. It would've been nice if he had said, "I'm so sorry that happened." He did replace my eggs.

Food was delicious, enjoyed the music and lively hood of the restaurant. Perfect spot for a girls brunch!

If you look up, though, you will see that Wally's has misters for those hot nights. There is also an indoor seating area. It looks like it will seat as many as were outside. It's a place for all seasons. No one in my party of five complained about the food. We all liked the service. Mine was Pasta with Meatballs, Spinach and Mushrooms. The food was very hot (temperature) and full-flavored. The sauce was thick and smooth, made from tomatoes. Nothing very fancy, but very satisfying in taste and portion size. Nice place, maybe that's why it's so crowded on Saturday

There are some nice maki sushi appetizer offerings as well as some other shareable that evoke American and French influences. I ordered the oysters from the west coast US. Really fresh and served traditionally. Don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. For entree, went with the New Orleans/French. Inspired Salmon. Perfectly cooked and served with roasted potato, artichokes, arugula, and I think a béchamel sauce. Light and flavorful. Paired well with a nice 9 oz pour of French Sancerre. For dessert tried the schoolmate sticky toffee. Melts in your mouth. Dessert menu is fantastic. Had a hard time picking just one. Throughout the meal, staff was attentive and knowledgeable and my server Izzy was not afraid or hesitant to offer recommendations. I was super impressed. It looked pretty busy when we got there, and we heard live music would start at 7:00pm. For drinks, the menu says to ask about mocktails - I would prefer that they list it on the menu so that I have more time to decide. I forgot what was in my mocktail other than yuzu, but I enjoyed it. I think my friend's mocktail was blackberry with ginger beer. For food, they are known for their Aftermath Burger, but the Jalapeño Bacon Burger sounded even better. We told our server that we were going to share everything. We didn't ask to split the burger, but I guess he told the kitchen to, so that was a nice surprise. Did not see an up-charge for that either. The burger was SO good - loved the crispy edges of the burger patties. It was so flavorful, and I would definitely go back for it. The crinkle fries were extra crispy. The Rigatoni Alla Vodka was okay, though I wouldn't order it again. Same with the burrata - I was okay with the sliced almonds for some crunch, but the fresh strawberries did not pair well with the burrata for both my friend and me. Overall we had a good dinner with decent service. The live music was great and interactive too - the singer asked questions at a nearby table, then picked a song to sing based on the responses.
