The biscuits and gravy were amazing and the perfect portion, my girlfriend got the breakfast tacos(can't remember which ones exactly) and she said they were really good! We both got the pineapple express for our drink, so refreshing. The service was amazing, we did get in line ahead of time, but did not have to wait long once we arrived and checked in. I do love the vibe of First Watch and the service was kind and helpful, especially for how busy they were. I ordered the Frittata Rustica and found it to be a bit bland, I was hoping for more flavor, but it seemed to me like glorified eggs. I did really enjoy the potatoes and toast that was served with it though! I had also gotten the Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee. It unfortunately was way too sweet for my taste. There was a LOT of straight caramel at the bottom of the cup, and the coffee itself was over sweet. It kind of gave me a stomach ache. We've been coming to First Watch since they first opened. In the past, the food has typically been good and served hot. The service has never been exceptional, but it hasn't been terrible either. One ongoing issue, however, is that the hostess stand is rarely staffed, so there's almost always a wait just to be acknowledged and seated. Unfortunately, this most recent visit followed the same pattern--only worse. We waited at least five minutes before anyone came to seat us, and then another ten minutes passed before our waitress took our drink and food order. When our meals finally arrived, they were ice cold. It was clear the plates had been sitting for some time, especially since someone other than our waitress brought them to the table. For the first time ever, when the waitress asked how everything tasted, we told her honestly that the food was too cold to eat. She apologized and stepped away. A few minutes later, she returned with two $20 gift cards and informed us that the manager had removed our breakfast from the bill. That was the right decision, and it's the only reason I'm giving this experience two stars instead of one. While I appreciate that the manager handled the situation appropriately, it doesn't change the fact that we didn't get to enjoy breakfast due to their lapse in service. Per usual, I had a great experience at FW. The wait wasn't too bad for 12pm on a Saturday. Of course I got the morning meditation with the immunity boost and that is the best way to start the day. I tried TWO new things today since it was lunch time. I went with the chicken pesto bowl, which WOW I didn't know how healthy I could get, but this was pretty dan healthy. A huge bowl of chicken, sundried tomatoes, pesto sauce and quinoa for days. It was SO flavorful, my mouth is still watering thinking about it. We also added the floridan french toast, which was great and I liked the kiwi addition and blackberry jam. I've been to First Watch several times but it was my first at this location. We opted to sit on the patio which was a nice size and well kept. The menu has a great selection of various items for both breakfast and lunch. Some of the lunch items sound good but I usually lean towards breakfast when here. The benedicts and million dollar bacon are my typical go-tos. I also love the juice options they have, specifically the Morning Meditation. Service is usually prompt and food quality is good. My only negative is that you have to go to the front counter to pay. It boggles my mind that you can have full table service but the servers aren't able to complete the full transaction for you. I went to the counter after we finished and someone else was waiting to pay but no one was at the counter to assist. I took the opportunity to use the restroom and by the time I got back, still no one was at the counter, although the other table must have paid as they were gone. Whilst waiting, I just decided to use the QR code to pay so I could get moving. I prefer to close out with a person rather than my phone but maybe that's just me being picky. read more

I've been to first watch a number of times but this one was different. I usually attend with my family when they come from out of town since they have a wide variety of menu items. My family loves the Belgian waffles and the sunrise granola bowl. This time we decided to change things up a bit and order some fun breakfast drinks! We got the spiked lavender lemonade and the cinnamon toast cereal milk. Both were lovely, but the lavender lemonade was my favorite! As for food, I don't think you could order anything here and not enjoy it! I ordered off the seasonal menu getting the shishito brisket hash and let me tell you, IT. WAS. AMAZING. The creativity put into this dish with the brisket, garlic aioli, and pickled onions was an insanely delicious combination. This was a good pairing with the lavender lemonade. My handsome brunch date ordered the Trifecta. It was the perfect ratio of sweet and savor pairing a light and fluffy Belgian waffle with eggs and a chicken sausage patty. Our waitress was also super sweet and made sure we were taken care of! This establishment is always well maintained and I really thought the Nebraska themed decor was a nice touch. We've been wanting to check this place out for brunch for a long time. I got the biscuits and gravy with potatoes, scrambled eggs and cheese. The biscuits were dry and hard. The gravy was decent. The seasoning on the potatoes was good, but the different sizes in the potatoes led to inconsistency in cooking. Some were undercooked while others had a nice crips. My wife's French toast was excellent, but it was very odd that it didn't come with sides. I had more than enough so we shared. The service was friendly and attentive. And the hostess and server were so kind! I stuck with my usual order of the Elevated Egg Sandwich which had by far the crispiest bacon on earth! The side of potatoes was amazing and just enough to share with my friend joining me! They had so many new items on the menu and a lot of variation to make you full but not feel like a cow. I've been at this First Watch several times now for breakfast and lunch and it's generally good. Service is always "fine"- never remarkable and never bad. Food is always between good-great. I've had anything from their pancakes to quinoa and eggs benedict. On my most recent visited I tried their carnitas with potatoes, eggs, pickled onions, and salsa verde and it was delicious. A little heavy on the potatoes (cheap ingredient) and I would've loved more pork, but the flavor was tasty! What I love about this location is the convenience, spaciousness, and overall the aesthetics of the interior. If you're going in the morning I would avoid the spot furthest East because you'll get the sun in your eyes. Again, this place is a safe bet for a decent meal. The hollandaise did not have a lot of flavor even before it was watered down from the underdone egg. Service was also just ok. 3 peoples meals came out all at the same time. Hit this new spot for breakfast after our check out. Nice new very clean facility. I ordered the Bacado omelet with side of ham. The salad that came with it was a nice touch but the dressing was so acidic it made my mouth hurt. The omelet was great and the multi grain toast was actually really nice. A ciabatta bun instead of an English muffin,, soft poached eggs covered with a somewhat tasteless sauce, tomatoes...tomatoes?!...home fries sprinkled with strong seasoning that blew away the otherwise delicate taste of the dish, ham that tasted like Arby's did it. Ordered BLTE which includes egg. Pretty good, but this is a case where non-artisan food is better. I like a BLT with crispy iceberg lettuce. The contrast between the iceberg and bacon is what makes the sandwich an icon. The First Watch BLTE comes with some wilted spring greens on the side. That's not the lettuce that belongs in a BLT. Takeout was smooth and as they are within walking distance of my new office I will be back sometime, but for something different. read more

The avocado toast was fine- the toast was nice, but the avocados were a bit carbonated (this means that they were fermenting and likely stored in a metal container). The kale juice is fine but the turmeric juice was wayyyy to sweet. The eggs Benedict Florentine was not great because the bread was cold and not toasted well and the tomato was hard. The biscuits and gravy was very yummy though. When I was deciding on what to order I looked at the chia pudding online. To my dismay there was a whopping 50 grams of sugar and when I talked to the server she confirmed my suspicion that it was mainly from agave syrup. It really bugs me when restaurants like this claim to be healthy when in reality they are misleading consumers. At least with fast food like McDonalds they don't pretend to be healthy, but this is really misleading for people who want a nutritious meal. read more

No comps or discounts asked for, offered, or given. Volume inside was very loud. Food wasn't too bad, other than missing ingredient. The eggs were cold while the potatoes were semi- hot. This told me they either had to make another batch while the eggs sat there or someone forgot to bring the dish to our table when this was ready. Disappointing to lower the 5 stars to a 3 rating and I hope this will be corrected if I return. It probably won't be for a while due to this. read more
