The food here was good, but the service was not up to par. When my family and I got there on a Saturday late morning, it was pretty busy. I figured we were going to be on a wait list. Well the host was not friendly at all to us. She looked over at me and asked what do I want? I was kind of taken back by this. Plus she was trying to help another person. I told her I needed to put my name down for a table and she said I had to wait. Even the guy she was helping looked uncomfortable. Well while waiting for a table, my husband noticed many tables not bused and just sitting their. Once we got sat , the waitress seemed a bit frazzled. She didn't take down our order correctly, our food came out at different times, and I had to ask someone if my sons food would show up. For how much we spent on our meal, I think the staff could of done better. read more

We happened to walk in on the VIP day today prior to the actual opening. They were still training and looking for feedback on the food. This place is a little gem! We all had breakfast so I can comment on the lunch items. The biscuits and gravy were really really good. The gravy was just the right consistency and the biscuits were fluffy and fresh. The pesto chicken quinoa bowl was really good also. I had then Parma hash and it was great as well. The service was pretty good, considering they were just training. I've been here 4 times now, the first time around was excellent! Great flavor, hot food, great service! However, that was the last time i could say all those things... i like to give the benefit of the doubt to places when I've had a great first impression. In the following visits the biggest problem was the temperature of the food (breakfast every time), the food continuously comes out less than luke warm, and in the case of my last meal the egg was cold, the yolk was actually cold to the touch. The wife's benedict was exactly the same egg was cold, my biscuits and gravy was about luke warm. Her food went back, my eggs went back, i decided it's eat the biscuits and gravy because the flavor was good, and i was hungry. Took about 15-20 minutes for the replacements and my eggs were just warm, and her benedict was really under done and barely warm again. The previous visits i brought my daughters and same show, everything came out just under luke warm. Not really understanding why the food can't come out hot at breakfast, it wasn't that busy. They did credit the cost of the bacon as a comp. The flavor of the food is good, i really enjoy the million dollar bacon and the biscuits and gravy, even luke warm. Went into the First Watch of Northglenn for the first time today. I wasn't sure what to expect never eating at one, but was it ever tasty. I had an omelet and my girlfriend had the poached eggs. I highly recommend both of those options as well as the fresh juices. Two thumbs up and will be back!!! read more

First franchise in Colorado, but clearly not the last. Speaks of a quality breakfast and lunch dining experience. As with most things a notch above, the price is commensurate but reasonably. I was excited to try this place when I saw that there was to be a new breakfast option close to home. The decor is cool and homey with lots of room so it doesn't feel packed. They even offer free newspapers for your reading pleasure. I had a hard time deciding what to try first and ended up choosing the Chickichanga...good decision! It is a few eggs whipped into a pancake and wrapped around seasoned chicken chunks, chorizo, veggies and avocado, topped with some kind of delicious sauce and sour cream, though not enough. Very very tasty. The potatoes were awesome! I usually prefer hash browns over country style potatoes but these were fantastic, cooked with onions and seasoning. I will definitely be returning here to try another sure-to-delight breakfast. read more

I walked in wanting to love this place as it's very close to my house. I arrived on Sunday morning with a party of 8 and was baffled by the lack of attention given to a new group wanting to dine. We were completely ignored for the first 5 minutes. Not even a hello, I'll be right with you. When we were finally approached, we were told it would be another few minutes and then we were ignored again for another 10. The manager was incredibly unfriendly from the get go, as was the staff. Finally we were shown to our table. It was missing a seat, we weren't given enough menus and there were not enough place settings. After another 10 minutes of being totally overlooked without so much as a water to start with, we decided to walk out. No smile was delivered in all that time! I would never normally do such a thing but my goodness, what a horrible Sunday morning experience! read more

Coming from CA where Avocado Toast is the hottest trend I figured I would try it and I was NOT disappointed. They top it with salt and just the right amount of olive oil. Yay the newest, cutest and most delicious new breakfast/lunch spot. I had the Tri-fecta and my hunny had the Bacon Avocado Hash and they were both amazingly delicious. I love the Belgian waffle and how it's airy and it doesn't make you feel like a thousand pounds when you eat the whole entire thing! Score!!! The fresh orange juice is also a plus but the iced coffee could be better and more fresh other than that it's all around 5 stars!!
