I'm shocked they have 4 stars on Yelp. I may have come on a reeeeally bad day but I will never go back to see if that were the case. My bacon was extremely burnt. I can't even believe they served it to me. It almost seemed as if they were being funny, that's how burnt it was. Like there's no way they were serious. But yup, they were. I ordered 3 scrambled eggs but it looked as tho there were only 1 on my plate. I ordered a side of avocado mashed. It was maybe 1 tablespoon at best. I ordered hot green tea that was brown and taste like "nothing". I also ordered French toast that was stone cold. The butter on top would not even melt. My husband could barely get through the bread with a fork. He said it was not right and didn't take another bite of it. It looked like stale bread. I did not even try it and left the entire piece of French toast there, but still paid for it. What a horrible experience.... I'm good on this place for forever. read more

I'd like to say our server was excellent! She was very sweet. The food was good but not like wow! Maybe it's just what we ordered. It would have been a better review but we waited way too long to be seated. I went in to put my name down and was told 15 min wait. Totally fine with that. But then was told soon as table finishes, we are next. He said he will text us. I know he put my number down correctly because I did get first text saying "when table is ready, we will text you" we waited and waited in the parking lot like i told the guy we would do since i had an elderly and a baby with me. 30 mins later, I decided to go in again and ask. They didn't have my name down anymore. What the heck? And I even showed the text. They were not apologetic at all and was like ok fine, we can seat you now. Maybe that alone made the food not taste all that great. Idk. I've been to better breakfast places so I guess I will not return here. I will say pancake was not good at all. Eureka, YASSSS, Okurrrrr and whatever other phrase of happiness you use. They only have the freshest ingredients and it's so comfy and quaint. I literally would eat at the Richardson location everyday when I worked around the corner. I'm so happy that they are now in Frisco and the quality is still superb! I ordered the Trifecta with the Waffle and Million Dollar Bacon.....literally every bite made me close my eyes and savor. Our first visit was soooo amazing & the best breakfast spot ever. The food was so good I was able to personally thank Chef Alexis(Lexi). The presentation of the food on the plate was the best. It wasn't as thickly sliced as I had imagined, but it was quite tasty with four slices of bacon (perfect to split between two people) with a kick of cayenne and a bit of sweet maple syrup. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Really, everyone we interacted with was nice. We came by on a Saturday around 10 am and there was a 10 minute wait. I have heard this a pretty popular place for the after-church crowd on Sundays. Their concept and menu is so well thought out with seasonality, freshness of ingredients, quality, and theme! Being an RD, I loved seeing the calories on the menu (I think this can help the consumer choose what they are truly wanting and be well informed). We were greeted and seated so quickly on a Wednesday at 1PM, our waitress was super spunky and was recommending her favorites as well as most popular items. Upon me telling her the 6 items that I was most interested in, she gave such beautiful descriptions and painted the picture. We ended up getting 1 plain pancake, 1 carrot cake pancake, Italian omelette, and huevos rancheros (off their rotating menu). Both pancakes were delish! My husband loved all of the flavors and textures (especially the cherry tomatoes) in his omelette. My eggs were just a tad toooooo over-easy but hey if that's my biggest issue here I'd rather them be a little under than over! Such great flavor with the salsa verde. The first time I visited a First Watch restaurant was in Tulsa, Oklahoma on a business trip. I had a great experience there. So I was expecting nothing less here near where I live. As we walked in, there were already a few parties waiting. The "wait" area is so small and gets crowded so easily. The wait was only about 15 minutes, which was not long considering it was a Black Friday morning. We ordered the Florentine eggs benedict and cinnamon waffles, plus coffee and a kale tonic. When the waiter delivered the eggs Benedict. I was surprised and disappointed to see the two "broken" poached eggs. We let the waiter know and he was kind enough to take the dish back to the kitchen. I was wondering how the eggs got to our table in such a bad shape! All other items were great. The kale tonic tastes really refreshing and invigorating. I liked the dark greenish color of the drink and its gradient look. The coffee was fresh and smooth. The cinnamon waffles and the fresh maple syrup made an unbeatable delicious combination. The service was really slow that morning most likely I think because of the unusual crowd. Except for the broken eggs, all other food items were fine. I may come again at another time, definitely not during rush hours. read more

I did the BLT eggs Benedict. Overall great! I asked for the potatoes as the side--loved the seasoning and crispy bits and carmelized onions. The Benedict was tasty--loved the arugula and dressing. Only issue was one of the eggs was under cooked. Reading other reviews this seems to be recurring. One egg was perfect though. Note to restaurant....no one likes translucent eggs. I will give you 2 tips. 1 - Do not go to First Watch Frisco. Or 2 - If 1 is not possible, go when it is convenient to them and not when you are hungry or need food. You serve them and not the other way around. I was made to stand and wait for more than 30 mins beyond my pickup time for breakfast today without any updates. When I asked what happened to my food I was lied to that it will be available in another 5 mins when the bag was actually placed at the bottom of the pickup shelf without anyone calling my name or giving me an update. When I said that my pickup time was 30 mins ago, I was told by that girl to talk to someone else as she is not dealing with this anymore. And that someone just walked away when I tried to talk to her saying she will update me once she helped other patrons. It was by sheer luck that I looked at the shelf and saw my bag. Visited on a Sunday right after church, we were sat right away for how busy it looked which was great! We ordered coffee and water, and they leave the carafe for both on the table which is great in theory but quickly makes the table cramped. Ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and won't order again. The pancakes were plain and the only thing making them lemony or ricotta is this custard they serve on top which is a little too sweet for my taste. The portions are huge, my friend ordered the Italian omelette and said it was delicious. My kids each enjoyed their meal. They got the half waffle breakfast and the egg and bacon plate. The fruit served was fresh and sweet. We will be back, it's a convenient location and bathrooms were clean. read more

We came here for bunch today for the first time. We've driven by probably a million times and have talked a lot about giving it a try. Our wait for a table for 2 was 30 minutes at 11:15am on a Sunday. Once seated we got water and ordered. Summer Blush juice. We were disappointed that a brunch spot didn't have mimosas or any speciality coffee to order. The place is busy - but our waitress was attentive. Our food came out quickly. We ordered the Monterey Club and the Biscuits and Turkey Sausage with eggs and potatoes. The Monterey Club was good, but the Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy was rather flavorless. Probably won't come back anytime soon with other local competition offering a more diverse brunch option. But it was awesome to give the place a try. My bf and I always order the usual; western omelette and the breakfast tacos. He gets his protein and while I get my savory. I've tried the AM Super Bowl option and that was pretty darn good. I've also tried a few of their juices. Their fresh juices quenches your thirsts and it tastes natural and refreshing. They work with Uber eats and deliver with care and package the food well. Presentation is always an A grade for me here. The way it's pictured is how you get it. No lies. I will most likely continue to order from here. Y'all should try it too if you're looking to have a healthier diet. The food is filling and you gain energy instead of feeling sluggish in the morning.
