Although, I wasn't pleased with my waitress taking care of other customers orders that came in after I did. I had to ask another waitress to take my order. The salad I ordered was extremely soggy and not the freshest. Worst salad ever. I have no complaints about the iced coffee. It was delicious. Not too sweet nor bitter. I visited First Watch again, this time during lunch hour. We were seated immediately and attended to right away. The service was pleasant. I, of course, got the coffee since it's so delicious! I tried the Rueben sandwich with a Cobb salad. The sandwich was perfect and I devoured the whole thing. The Cobb salad was beautifully displayed and had cuts of bacon and ham in it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and they had good lunch prices. I will go back! read more

This is one of my favorite breakfast places. The Benedict plates are always good. The service was friendly and the food fresh.

well we're do I start... we checked online for reservation, you can put your name in but it's says this is not a reservation. so we walked in told 45 minute wait, while waiting people there already over an hour even when there were empty tables for 20 minutes weren't being seated, customer questioned why aren't we being seated, they said that's for folks who put there name in online(hmmm online said that wouldn't be a reservation.) Doesn't seem business smart would think you would want people in those seats by filling them with the walk in. note we had children with us, it's now an hour and we're seated...we order food did take sometime, it did not all come at the same time , one person got theirs then someone else, then the rest. food was cold, anyone like cold eggs, not me. it's a shame because the food is really good, pancakes outstanding, I can only image how good if all came to the table warm. this was our first time, I unfortunately will not be back it was over 2 hours for breakfast. read more

First time visit yesterday and we loved it! We stopped for lunch, and Janine took great care of us. Sat outside since it was a very nice day for November. Went in on a Saturday and waited about 30 minutes. After ordering the food came out in a fine amount of time. However one of the two meals were wrong. When we asked to have it corrected, the server made us to feel like it was our fault. No mushrooms means no mushrooms. Not sure how we messed that up. When the food came out again it was still wrong. Granted they messed up a different item but still wrong. I got to enjoy my date as they finished their meal before I got the second wrong plate, and they got to watch me eat. Maybe I am just not hipster enough for this eatery, but I do know it's too expensive to mess up this much. I could have eaten at a fast food drive thru and had a better chance of the food being correct. read more

My family and I used to eat at the First Watch in Crestview and were super excited about this location opening. I've now been here several times. The service is always good and the food is fresh and delicious. Like others who have reviewed, I'm surprised that they didn't streamline the waiting area and process a bit. With only enough space for about 8 or 10 people to wait, it gets crowded and awkward when they're busy... which is pretty much all weekend. We will continue to come back though. This is by far the best breakfast restaurant company I ever eaten at. Been to crest view hills and stumbled onto Florence location. All I can say is you have to go to experience the service and quality of food. It's healthy and tasty always has been. Banana granola pancakes and omelettes to your liking. All other kind of breakfast foods too along with lunch. The Florence location is very rustic which I like and always busy which means people are liking it. Once upon I lived in a world where tortillas were considered part of the main entree. I like to believe I still live in such a world. My taco entree. Which was called the farmstead tacos, had cold tortillas that fell apart as I ate them. I was extremely disappointed by the entree. Also server knowledge was extremely poor. My compatriot who ordered her meal did not get all that she wanted. Overall a very disappointing time. 1\5 would not go there again read more
