My family and I really like coming here. We've been coming here for about a year now. Although we've had various different servers, the one that we had yesterday was definitely the best. I believe her name was Julie or Julia. Very professional and very attentive. I will not be surprised to see her in a supervisor or managerial role at some point. A wide open menu offers everything you can imagine for breakfast from pancakes to egg white vegetarian omelettes. Nothing premade about this place. Pumpkin pancakes were a big hit and best of all tasted natural not like the over top pumpkin flavor you often get this time of year. My BFF and I went here on 7/14/2024 at noon, before I left my house I checked the website and there was a 50 min to 1.5 hour wait, so I put us in line via the website before leaving my house, love the ability to do this! When I arrived about 30 minutes after I put us in line, I was quoted a 50 minute wait time, but we were sat in about 30 which was nice. We were greeted quickly by a nice server and got two waters, when he returned with them we put in our orders, I got the salmon benedict with no red onions and seasoned potatoes instead of mixed greens as a side, and my friend got the ham and gruyere melt (which comes with mixed greens) and the million dollar potatoes. I do not recommend the salmon benedict, the hollandaise was way too lemon forward for me and lacked flavor overall, the poached eggs were overcooked and not runny, unfortunately this meal ran flat and overall was just under okay. The potatoes were average. My friend said her meal was great! Service was friendly, but he was a little forgetful and didn't check on us after we got our meals. I would try this spot again based on First Watch's reputation, but I certainly was unimpressed during my visit. read more

If you make a reservation online, you still have to confirm your reservation when you get there and wait another 10 minutes or so. I started off with a beet, carrot, and green juice. It was refreshing. Then I had the lemon ricotta pancakes, which are so delicious! Then I had the scramble eggs with brisket and potatoes. Stopped in at First Watch for breakfast this past week. The place was ridiculously busy for a Thursday morning. I had to wait a few minutes for a table - less than 5 minutes. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata. It is served with toasted Ciabatta bread - and your choice of dressed greens or roasted potatoes. I went with the taters option. And coffee. The food came out in about 10 minutes or so. The Frittata was slightly overcooked and slightly under seasoned - for my palate. I added a bit of salt and cracked black pepper, plus a good bit of hot sauce (I put hot sauce on any and all egg dishes (fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, quiche, frittatas, etc.). Overall, it tasted very good. The roasted potatoes were also good - I had 3 or 4 potato cubes that were underdone - kind of weird considering all the rest were nicely cooked/roasted. I added some salt and ketchup to the taters. Service was good. You can pay at the register - or scan the QR code on the receipt - and pay via your smart phone. Sometimes we wait 20-30-40 minutes for the food when we pickup which is unacceptable. But - if you sit down I do like the call ahead as it is pretty reliable. I also ordered the Cobb salad, and it was pretty good as well. I wouldn't say there is anything special about it, as it just tastes like a standard Cobb salad, but it tasted fresh. I have also dined in at this location in the past, and the service isn't bad, and the restaurant is nice. I would say that I probably prefer just taking out from here though, as it can get quite busy, especially over the weekends. Overall, a pretty solid place to get brunch. Our actual server never introduced herself and even dropped off syrup without saying a word. We asked for the check halfway through our meal because service was so slow. A water glass bottle is left at your table so you can refill yourself. If you order hot coffee, they give you a nicely sized refillable thermal stainless steel carafe. The coffee is good. We ordered pancakes, smoked salmon eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash etc and everything was superb. I would eat here daily if possible. I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday at First Watch with my older sister who was visiting from out of town, and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. There's a young lady named Amani who I had already been telling my sister about before we even walked in. The moment you meet her, you'll understand why. She's attentive, enthusiastic, patient, kind, and has a natural gift for making every customer feel valued. Sure enough, as soon as we arrived, she came walking through with her warm smile, greeting everyone, and I had the joy of introducing her to my sister. Within seconds, my sister was floored by Amani's customer service and genuine energy. When I mentioned that it was my birthday, Amani went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. At one point, my sister's plate had a small mishap (an eyelash landed on the dish). Instead of it being a negative moment, it turned into a blessing. Amani handled it with such grace--she brought out a fresh plate, gifted me a handwritten birthday card, a $20 gift card, and even comped the meal. None of that was expected or asked for, but it showed how much she cares about her customers. She truly turned the moment into something special and memorable. As I'm writing this review, I'm still sitting here enjoying my Trifecta breakfast with medallion potatoes, smiling at how incredible this experience has been. We got the pomegranate pear juice and iced coffee, both of which were amazing.
