I love this place! So warm and inviting like a farm house. Great booth seating. Service was great. We came in closer to closing and they still seated and served us without any hesitation. Great options for brunch! Avocado Toast was delicious! Fresh avocado and nicely cooked egg. The Salmon Frittata are excellent! Super tasty! The ginger carrot juice is very tasty! I will be back! Big parking lot. Nice little patio with a few seats. Large groups can also be accommodated. read more

With so many gentrified options bursting through the seams of metropolitan Atlanta, First Watch is one eatery that has managed to not disappoint nor blow me away with its menu selections. The Chorizo tacos are typically my go to meal, they're good, but mostly because of the quickness in which they land on my table. Today I went with the granola, and again, not disappointed nor impressed! read more

Went to dine in this morning and there was a 20 minute wait for seating. We chose to eat inside and the tables are a good distance from each other. Our waitress was great and all staff wore masks. I had the trifecta with French toast. The food was good and so was the service. read more

Horrible Service! I have been here before. My waitress took my order and never came back to my table. He name was Sarah. The hostess was also rude, like it's my fault I don't have my receipt!!! Did Sarah bring it?? No, because she never even came back to my table!!! There were only about 10 customers in the entire restaurant... read more

I got an order to go this morning after work. I was expecting some delicious food to fill me up so I could get some good sleep. The omelette (ham & cheese) was okay, nothing spectacular. The potatoes were so burned that I could not eat them at all. The reason I gave even two stars is because the food was ready super quick and the workers there were really friendly. Disappointed read more

Finally a brunch spot close to home. Located in the Sprouts shopping plaza with plenty of parking. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon around 12:30pm. Got sat immediately walking in. The atmosphere seemed nice. They offer lots of menu items to choose from. I ordered the Farmhouse Hash skillet. The potatoes were a bit salty for my liking. But it was very filling! Service was okay, could use a bit more work. read more

The family went here for Mother's Day brunch and everything was pretty good. Considering the holiday service wasn't too slow and our server was very attentive. It's your standard breakfast foods, nothing super remarkable. I had the eggs, bacon, and waffle which was pretty standard breakfast food. Also had one of their fresh juices and as one who makes their own juices I thought it was pretty good, I don't typically drink mine on ice though. I had the Morning Meditation juice which is beet, ginger, orange, lemon, turmeric, and agave nectar. My sister had the turmeric lemonade (lemon, turmeric, and ginger juice) which had a bit of a kick...as expected, but both juices were very good. The avocado toast was actually very delicious and perfectly seasoned which can be hit or miss with avocado. Probably would come back for the avocado toast if I'm feeling like I want something light for breakfast/brunch. There lots of seating inside and they have a few tables outside. Also ample parking outside. read more

((((((Bad Review))))))) Hello, My name is David (6'3 African American) This is a honest and true review on my experience at First Watch at 2571 Blackmon Drive, Suite 100. I called from the parking lot to see about booking reservations. I was told to download the app/website or come in to book reservations. I booked my reservation but did not receive a text message or email but I seen the app said confirmed with a 45min wait. waiting 50 mins. We walked inside to be told they could not find our reservation. After my friend (Dante) advised he booked a 2nd reservation just incase. The DM, Chad Gwen (5'7 white male) got extremely loud, and said you were suppose to come in and confirm your reservation. So I calmly responded this was not advised anywhere, he responded even louder "the reservation is just not here." So to deescalate the situation we left because people begin to stare due to the DM yelling. This was such an unpleasant experience to a place I enjoyed before but will never again. I understand being a black tall male in these type of situation, I am consider the threat if I was to raise my voice. This was extremely embarrassing and horrible customer service coming from a DM. Very disappointing. read more

We came here after our Saturday morning workout and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent and were very helpful. I was so excited to come to First Watch for breakfast for my first time this morning, however, I am thoroughly disappointed by the customer service. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated (which is understandable for a busy Saturday) I waited an hour for a waffle because my server never put in the order. If she would have came back to check on the table within that time frame, she would have had the opportunity to fix the mistake and notice all the food wasn't delivered. Instead, I had to go get the manager to notify her and get a waffle to go because the rest of my table had already finished their food. Update: Got my waffle to go and it's not even warm. I hate this place. read more

I got the Traditional breakfast. The eggs were average. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and really tasty. The chicken sausage was a little salty for my liking. BUT THE BREAD OMG WAS SO DELICIOUS! And the jelly too. I honestly wish I could've ordered a plate of seven pieces of that bread. Definitely a great spot, I will be returning to try some of the other menu options (and get more bread lol). read more

Only thing I'll be ordering from this restaurant is the Kale Tonic. This Decatur location needs a lot of work. I've had the Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, which were good but served to me cold for some reason (I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time). On my next visit I ordered the Chickichanga to-go. The tortilla and potatoes were burnt. The dish looked nothing like the photos they're advertising. This is a good brunch place chain! I went with two friends on a Sunday morning for brunch and it was very busy. The waiting time is long, so if you're really hungry I recommend going elsewhere. I believe we waited around an hour before being seated. However, the meal itself was very satisfying! The menu has a large variety of delicious options and I actually had difficulty deciding what to get. I decided on the chicken chimichanga and it was great. The item is very filling and it comes with a nice, creamy sauce on top. My friends ordered the avocado toast and the omelet and were satisfied as well. All of the food items are good portion sizes for a good price. We left the place happy and filled with food to the brim. This brunch place will satisfy any family that has differences in taste; there's something on the menu for everyone! read more

I was seated within 5 mins of entering the establishment however, I sat outside for about 10 mins and no one came to take my order. When we came there was a super long wait. They told us 30-45 minutes and it ended up being about a 50 minute wait. The staff seemed pretty unorganized so we ordered our food immediately when we sat down. I do have to say they were pretty efficient once we got our order in. I had the traditional breakfast (scrambled eggs, chicken sausage and gluten free toast), my husband had the egg sandwich and my sister and her boyfriend split the matcha pancakes. I think we were all satisfied with our meals. I would stop in here again if there was no wait, but I don't think I'd ever wait again for that long. read more

I have been a fan of First Watch for several years after trying it in another city. I was excited when this location opened just five minutes from my house. The first experience at this location was iffy but I blamed it on them being new and "working the bugs out". However, the last three visits have gotten progressively worse. We actually haven't been in several months, but decided to go back and give one more try. As with the previous two experiences, the order was wrong and both entrees were barely room temperature. We also ordered biscuits and gravy to share. The biscuit was literally cold and the gravy was lukewarm at best. I understand being busy and I understand mistakes in the kitchen - I know it will happen from time to time. However, there is ZERO excuse for serving cold food ... EVER. Our server was attentive and addressed the issue - even securing a discount without a request from anyone at the table. She really was trying and it was obvious that she was frustrated with the kitchen as well. I may seek out other locations if I really want First Watch specifically, but this location has used up all of its chances. Sorry! If you want a salad or a sandwich, you'll probably be okay here, but if you want hot food, my advice is to search elsewhere! read more

don't bother until they do some real server training it was horrible service for a good restaurant!!!

First time here today. Signed up for their Sun Eclub and received a buy one get one entree free offer. The food was really good. We got pancakes, had to try the million dollar bacon, morning market omelet with potatoes and the French toast. Total bill was only $25 because of the free entree. The service was fine. She was super nice just really busy. The pancakes were good... light and fluffy. The omelet was definitely healthy but tasty. That bacon was everything. French toast was just ok. It said it was made with brioche bread but it was kind of flat and thin. No real taste inside. I would still return even without a coupon. read more

Had brunch on the patio, the service was good. The salmon fritata was yummy, I was inspired to make my own. The fritata came with what is generously called a salad since it was just mixed greens with a little dressing. So worth it! From the comfortable seating, to the impeccable friendly service to the delicious food and drinks, this place is a winner. Curtis is a great server...attentive, described meals well and shared lots of smiles. We had the fresh kale, pineapple, lemon & ginger juice that was perfectly balanced and fresh squeezed OJ & grapefruit juice. Small size was plenty. Our breakfast was plated on fun rustic plates, each a different shape and color. The coconut chia pudding was light & airy and the granola was tasty but a little chewy (maple syrup). Fruit was all fresh cut and the marinated berries were great, not mushy or too watery. The Florida French toast was ALOT, but very good. The carrot cake pancakes were like eating a light & fluffy cake. We got a side of greens which was a huge serving and delicious. We would definitely recommend this chain. Did I mention how clean the restaurant was and that the diverse staff was kind and quick? Oh, meal price range is $8-12. Add-ons could get each person up to $17-18 though. read more

A friend invited me to brunch here. It was during the week so it wasn't that busy. Cute restaurant, good location, menu was very good. I had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict (how can you ever go wrong with Eggs and Smoked Salmon together) and Skillet Potatoes with Coffee. Coffee was great and not bitter, the Soon Benedict was on ciabats bread I believe and was delish!!!! The skillet potatoes were very good... Cooked well, soft not dry and seasoned well. I tried the Cornbread Carnitas Bowl (hold the cheese & egg) and wow.... when I say I have never had a bowl with such impressively diverse flavors that all still complemented each other perfectly.... that jawn slapped, period. The hot chocolate and coffee were both good, the fruit (my date's side) was sweet and fresh, and everything was cooked perfectly. In total my meal came to about $15. Average wait-time for the food & our server was polite. I left absolutely stuffed and content. The menu also had at least a dozen other menu items that caught my eye, so I can't wait to come back & try different plates! Definitely would recommend to anyone as both either a cute brunch date spot or somewhere to eat breakfast by yourself (or with colleagues!) early before work. Also-- really appreciated that there was no up-charge for gluten-free substitutions! read more

Just called to ask what the wait time would be if i arrived within the next ten minutes... I was given unnecessary attitude from Rosa, who proceeded to tell me "first of all we can't know what the wait time will be in ten minutes." Understood, but you could have been nice enough to tell me what the current wait time was. Instead i was told to go to yelp and see the wait time for myself. I was looking forward to eating here today, but her attitude turned me off. read more

My favorite place to go to that is closer to me. I typically reserve through Yelp though because it can be up to 1 hour before you can actually get seated on the weekends.
