I'm not a breakfast/brunch girl however, my friends wanted to have brunch here. We had a 20 min wait but it's Easter so no issues. I ordered the Tri-Fecta that came with eggs, sub/biscuit, potatoes, and bacon. First off they give you a lot of food. I didn't come close to finishing. Everything was fresh and definitely homemade. I wish my biscuit was fluffy instead of toasted but other than that I have zero complaints. Really nice breakfast/brunch spot.

Look here my husband is not the biggest fan of healthy eating . But he said first watch was really good . So if he likes it . I feel like anyone would . Service was great ! Nice to know we have a healthy place we both like and enjoy .

The Works Omelette

This yummy place is only open until 2:00 so the menu is breakfast item heavy. We've eaten at several locations so this time I decided to try something I hadn't yet It was chilly outside so something warm sounded comforting. I chose The Works omelette. Delicious flavor and ample portion. Comes with a lightly dressed spring mix salad and their really great whole grain artisan bread toasted. This location is a little loud and not very cozy. The open kitchen makes a lot of ruckus in a big glass enclosed room full of hard surfaces It is not a place for intimate conversation but it is tasty Service was good and I enjoyed the water bottle and coffee pot left on the table.

Proof of purchase!

Disappointing to say the least. I've been to First Watch in Sarasota, Florida and loved it. When they started opening the restaurants here in Dallas, I was very excited! I ordered the Trifecta, eggs over easy, Belgian waffle with strawberries, pork sausage link. When I cut one egg it was fine. The other egg was so runny I had to take my paper napkin and fence off the watery run off, so my waffle wouldn't soak it up. I ate only part of one egg. The waffle was soft and tasteless. For almost $20 this was an expensive and very disappointing breakfast. Will not return. PS: while I was waiting for my check, another patron, setting behind me had issues with her breakfast also. Not a good sign

Carnitas breakfast burrito (winter seasonal)

I dont tend to review chains but I had a great experience here today! Pretty much I never come here unless my friends want to, as I've always been disappointed at all the locations I've been too. Service is usually slow, food has been cold and not that good, not worth any wait. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this location! My service was excellent! Everyone was very friendly and my food and coffee came out very quickly. The carnitas breakfast burrito was HUGE and really tasty! I hope it makes its way to the regular menu since it's a seasonal option. If my friends want First Watch again, I'll for sure suggest this location. Definitely the best run First Watch I've been to!

Friendly staff- gets busy on weekends. The food is 10/10 but I will keep returning for the Kale Tonic.

The reservation required prepayment, was nonrefundable, just shy of $5k per night and required additional paperwork. This was my second time reserving this room in the past year. I flew in from Fort Lauderdale, stayed in a smaller suite the first night. The following morning, I was informed that the penthouse would not be available because the current occupant had an emergency and the hotel "was obligated" to allow them to remain. I was moved to a different penthouse, given a significant discount, and treated professionally by management. However, the issue was never the discount. The issue was that the accommodation I specifically selected, prepaid for, and planned my trip around was not honored. The Loft Penthouse was nice. The staff was courteous. But after traveling from Florida for a once-in-a-lifetime reunion, I left with the understanding that even a prepaid, nonrefundable reservation for a specialty suite may not actually be secure. That's something future guests should know when making their plans. What troubles me most is that this occurred during the FIFA Club World Cup, when Dallas was hosting numerous athletes, celebrities, executives, sponsors, and VIP guests. While I have no way of knowing who remained in the penthouse, it is difficult not to notice that a reservation I made nearly two weeks in advance, prepaid in full, and completed additional paperwork for was the reservation that was displaced. If the Penthouse and Loft Penthouse were truly equivalent accommodations, there should have been no issue relocating the guest who extended their stay to the Loft Penthouse rather than relocating the guest who had prepaid for the Penthouse nearly two weeks in advance. The partial refund that was offered, does not restore the experience that I booked and planned around. What I experienced was unfulfillment of a contractual obligation from the hotel's end while I kept my end of the contractual obligation. Whether I was the least important person in the room or simply the easiest to inconvenience - What was done cannot be undone.

We were amazed at how much space there is. The back room got pretty tight when we first arrived since there was a group of 12 there already....they had taken over the tall tables in the middle and the couch. The brisket risotto balls were good. Think "boudain" balls. Reinspired and tasty. I ordered the Duck & Rope Pasta, my other half ordered the Beef Arrarbbiata and my daughter and granddaughter shared the Steak Frites. All of it was delicious! The duck confit in the Duck & Rope Pasta was perfect! Don't be scared on this one. It is worth it! For dessert, we ordered the Ferrero Rocher and HOLEY MOLEY! It was huge and delicious. From the moment I sat down, the experience reminded me why this place became such a favorite. I started with a sample taste of the frozen D'USSÉ margarita, which was the perfect way to kick things off. For appetizers, I ordered the deviled eggs and the fried salmon bites, and both were absolutely amazing. Flavorful, fresh, and cooked just right. For my entrée, I clearly came hungry because I ordered both the jerk chicken with greens, smoked turkey, and mac and cheese, plus the catfish and spaghetti after our amazing waitress Justice highly recommended it. Let me just say, she did not miss. Everything was seasoned well, hot, and worth every bite. For drinks, I had the blackberry margarita and the tequila old fashioned. Both were strong, smooth, and definitely only for those who either walked there or took an Uber! Justice made the entire experience even better with her recommendations, attentiveness, and great energy. Overall, Kitchen + Kocktails is still amazing.
