Multigrain Pancake
Alex M.

The place is usually full but today we arrived a little earlier and it we got seated right away. Our server was very friendly and the food arrived quickly. I had the avocado toast, it was very simple but I enjoyed the simplicity. Bread was slightly toasted and it came with a lemon wedge which I appreciated. I wish I had ordered the basted eggs as they come since the scrambled eggs were very plain and stiff. The multigrain pancake was good. Big shoutout to the million dollar bacon, it is all you expect and more. Slight peppery taste, sweet, and crispy. Must get if you like bacon.

We love it here. In fact we are regulars! We enjoy the fact that they change their menu yet we can always find our favorite. Today I got a treat with a happy face! Thank you!

Service was excellent. Food was amazing. 5 stars. Oh and my wife may have had the best French toast ever here. We easily managed to get a table for brunch without any bookings on a late Sunday morning. The menu is pretty large and there was also an additional special summer menu (where my wife found her dreamy French toast ). We tried some of the unique juices that served their purpose of being healthy enough to make us feel better about the day before and also being very tasty. The place has a great ambiance, and the servers were both professional and fast. (I actually do not like waiting around for a cheque and this was provided as soon as we were done with our meals.) But the main reason we'd come back is the food. Hope they keep up the quality!

I love everything about First Watch. The service is excellent from the minute you walk in you are greeted. The menu has everything you could want for breakfast or lunch. They have a lot of fresh juice and some great juice combinations and concoctions. They have a few extra drinks like Bloody Mary and Mimosas. It's very clean and nice decor. I've been to three locations: LWR, Bradenton, and downtown Sarasota

My first visit to First Watch! The servers were so friendly and they serve coffee right away, and cream is on the table. which I love. I had classic eggs, were perfectly cooked and about 4 slices of bacon. Everything was delicious! Prices are reasonable and our food came out quickly. Since this is a chain, was a little Leary about the quality of their food, it's a great solid breakfast restaurant! The tables were clean and a view of the kitchen in the back. I will definitely go back again !

Carne asada hash with eggs over easy and eggs Florentine with seasoned potatoes
James C.

Both of our meals (eggs Florentine & carne asada hash bowl) were tasty and very good sized portions. It was quite a busy Saturday morning, so it took 40 minutes to get our food, but the kitchen staff and wait staff were hustling. Our server Julie was polite, knowledgeable and gave fabulous suggestions and honest tips when we asked. The coffee was just okay, but the morning meditation juice was so yummy and the pomegranate sunrise was delish! We also can recommend the seasoned potatoes. The ambiance was lively. We were quite impressed that the restaurant doesn't have a microwave! We would have take a half star off instead of one star if it were possible, for the average coffee, the wait time for the food and the pomegranate sunrise, and the sticky table, but we would absolutely return.

The service was great. Ambiance is always cute and casual. The food was great. It was during holidays time so I was stopping in during shopping. Great place for dining solo !

Triathlete ( substituted egg whites for regular eggs )
Cheree L.

Service was great fast and friendly for an Easter morning as well as ambiance wasn't too packed and no wait to be served. 5/5 would definitely order the triathlete again as well as the blueberry pancake. ( the pancakes are actually huge so you only really need to order one unless you think you can fit two inside your stomach )

First time here the service are phenomenal. I'll will bring all my family and friends here Thanks for your wonderful service. Theodis the general manager wanted and made sure that everything is OK and they were just wonderful. It seemed like a very happy place to work.

My shot.

This was the Cortez first watch not off Lockwood Ridge thanks for replying though. Again the a.m. superfood's bowl was in a shot glass or a shot cup instead of a bowl for the price that you pay for Uber eats and delivery. You should get at least a serving of food.

Fresh food, friendly wait staff, ample parking. Breakfast menu is out of this world. Everything is delicious. Did I mention fresh??? Avocado toast, farm fresh eggs, great bread, yummy bacon, and their own blend of coffee make this restaurant a must visit.

Date of Visit: Nov. 15, 2025…read more The wife and I were on another road trip from the other side of the Skyway. We had stopped at another place for a beverage but were not hungry at the time. We did a little bit of shopping and worked up an appetite and wanted to stop by this burger joint I had visited a few months back but the lot was full and no place to park, we kept going down the boulevard. We weren't sure if we wanted to give this another try but we did, mainly because they had spots open in their parking lot. We made our way across the street and entered the cafe. Lucky there were two openings at the bar. We sit at the bar usually cause the service is better. And this where it was dejavu all over again. We had been here several before and really had good service. Took a while the get the bar tenders attention, again. We finally did and ordered a couple beers, then he disappeared when we were ready to order and the other people behind the bar ignored us till we spoke up, "We're ready to order" and the one girl looked at us like deer in the headlights. She had to go and get her gadget to place the order. The menu had several good choices but I wasn't taking any chances, I ordered the double smash-burger with fries and the wife the classic club with slaw. After ordering I could see they were still working on the place after last years storms, the kitchen was set-up in front out of a big trailer and for as many people this place can seat at least 200, there were only two unisex bathrooms, wow. The food arrived and it looked pretty good. I liked the burger, not the best I had but fair. The fries were average as well. My wife's club was huge, she could only eat half of it and she said it was good as well. The best part was the slaw, she had me taste it and it was very good. Once again, when we were ready for our check the bartender was more interested in the college football game on the TV, that took a moment to get his attention. If you can look past the below average service and just above average food, the ambiance is the best part of this place. Right on the shores of the Gulf of MEXICO...Peace.

We love this little breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Bradenton. The staff are super friendly,…read moreand they always have yummy specials available. My husband, on this visit, ordered his usual favorite: banana pancakes. There was light fluffy, and tasty as always. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheat, with a side of potato salad. Their potato salad has a mustard and mayo dressing, and is delicious! The chicken salad was good--but lacked a bit of seasoning. In the past, I have gotten their burger, which I think I would order again as I really loved the burger. On my next visit, I plan to arrive at breakfast time, and I will try the oatmeal for breakfast, along with a side of their homemade corn beef hash. Maybe I will even treat myself to a grilled homemade cinnamon roll! Keep in mind that this is a breakfast and lunch place only. They close at 2 PM.

Looking for a quick, convenient lunch spot i stopped in Robin's. It has a busy, busy lunch period,…read morebut I snagged a table and was waited on quickly. The food took a good bit of time, but everyone was hustling. My cuban was just OK. It was kind of thin and had little substance. The fries were very bland. Lots of salt and ketchup didn't help much. I only had a few and left the rest, which is unusual for me. Pricing was OK. I'd check out the many other options nearby.

The Toasted Yolk Cafe knocked it out of the park with the Southern Fried Arnold--hands down one of…read morethe best breakfast dishes I've ever had! This creative twist on eggs Benedict is pure Southern comfort food heaven. It starts with two fluffy, perfectly split biscuit halves as the base (way better than the usual English muffin for this vibe), topped with crispy, hand-breaded chicken tenders that are golden, juicy, and seasoned just right. Then come two impeccably poached eggs with those runny yolks that ooze out beautifully when you cut in. The whole thing gets smothered in rich, creamy country sausage gravy that's loaded with flavorful sausage bits and has that perfect peppery kick without being overwhelming. Every bite is an explosion of textures and flavors: the buttery biscuit, the crunchy-yet-tender fried chicken, the silky eggs, and that savory gravy tying it all together. It's indulgent, hearty, and ridiculously satisfying--exactly what you want when you're craving something over-the-top for breakfast or brunch. Served with their hashbrown casserole (which was cheesy, crispy-edged perfection) on the side, I left stuffed, happy, and already planning my next visit. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, service was friendly and quick, and the portions are generous without feeling excessive. If you're anywhere near a Toasted Yolk location, do yourself a favor and order the Southern Fried Arnold. It's not just breakfast--it's a mood-lifting masterpiece. 10/10, will crave forever!
