Showed up here twice during my stay in Holmes Beach. Folks here were extremely friendly and helpful - otherwise I wouldn't have gone twice. First visit, I went with Sandi's Spicy Omelet. Omelet was huge and very tasty. Just the right amount of jalapenos. The avocado cream didn't do a lot of lifting. Homes Fries were wonderful. Crispy on outside and soft and cooked through on inside. I opted for a biscuit instead of toast. Biscuit was massive. They nailed it on the biscuit. Was not a fan of the mango butter. Second visit, I went with Eggs Benedict. The eggs were poached perfectly. Was not a fan of the hollandaise sauce. Was a little too runny and not extremely flavorful. The ham was okay & the english muffin toasted well. Nothing ruins Eggs Benedict for me more than an under or non-toasted english muffin. Need to have some crunch. Went again with the Home Fries - still wonderful. Lastly, my son ordered pancakes during my first visit. I took a bite because that's what I do. Not good. They were tough, not fluffy, didn't absorb much syrup. Almost tasted like they were overcooked. No flavor. In summary, omelet and home fries were great. Skip the pancakes. read more

Great breakfast and brunch restaurant on AMI. Plenty of free parking in front. Fast and friendly service. The corned beef hash is excellent. My wife's eggs, potatoes and bacon was excellent. They have a great variety of salads for lunches also. On nice days you can eat on their front patio. You have to make this a special place while you're at the Beach. read more

Called in an order for a Denver omlette, with sides of home fries and multi grain toast and an omelette with spinach, onions, tomato, and avocado with sides of fruit and English muffins. The food is incredible tasty with huge portions and enough to eat again tomorrow. Best omelettes ever. We will be back. read more

What a beautiful cozy place to have breakfast. The food is always consistent and the staff are all so amazing. We typically order the same thing each time we are there, and it is always to perfection. I can't think of a better place to go The wonderful group I remember are Nikki, Yohanna, Andrea, and Zoe, but they are all so nice and efficient. I was completely surprised with this strip mall restaurant in Holmes Beach near Dollar Tree. Cozy, upbeat atmosphere with excellent service even when they were full house with waiting list. It has a very large menu and each of our selections were pure quality! I will be back often. read more

Delightful breakfast spot! I had homemade hash with mushrooms, corned beef, potatoes, onions and peppers. Very tasty. Mr partner had amazing looking French toast with mangoes and toasted coconut. I never even got a bite but he said it was delicious. read more

Pretty decent food. Fair pricing. Clean establishment. Way too many employees. I'm not sure how the owner affords the pay payroll. They have more employees than they do chairs for customers. For the most part, the service was pretty good. Although there was one large girl there that couldn't care less about you. She was terrible. She sat us down and we never saw her again. Everybody else had to pick up the slack. Most likely won't return. But if you're in the area, give it a shot you might have a better experience. read more

Pretty average breakfast spot and not to the standard of their Sarasota place I went to several years ago. Breakfast cost about $40 with tip for two. We had the biscuits and gravy, traditional eggs benny and two coffees. The biscuit was stale and the gravy slightly warm. Oddly, it seems the dish could be purchased for less money as two sides. The eggs were done well but the lemon overpowered the sauce. Coffee was weak. The decor is clean and the staff very pleasant. read more

What a delight! We have been coming to AMI for 25+ years, and we liked going to Peaches after Sunday mass. To our shock, it has been changed completely to Toasted Mango Cafe. We went 2x this week. Food: very nice menu twists on breakfast and lunch. The bean salad with mango was a lovely surprise. Daughter got the power wrap and insisted we go back again to get another one. Everyone enjoyed the food. Service: every single person there was upbeat, helpful, ready to fill coffee mugs and proved a new cup of ice tea before asking. Smiles and genuine appreciation were shown for our business. Ambiance: nicely repainted and decorated, new tables. We will return! read more

Went for breakfast. Coffee was generic robusta black water. Fruit was Publix quality. Toast was toast. Main reason for review was the quality of service or lack thereof. Missed water as requested, no coffee refills, .... Basically dropped the food off and ghosted us. Too many places to eat breakfast that are good with good service to recommend this one. read more

Currently on vacation here from the UK and went out to lunch at Toasted Mango. It's been a little nerve-wracking being a vegetarian abroad, not knowing what I can eat. But, this place was amazing and so accommodating! We were served by Robin who was very friendly and very knowledgeable and eased my worries about what I could eat. where should i start? oh how about renaming this place to mediocre microwaved mango leftovers! i would avoid this place and go a few doors down to Cheesecake Cutie which has great sandwiches! The staff was helpful and kept checking on us but they forgot what we asked for multiple times. i felt out of breath between re asking for my food and practically gumming down my pancakes. When i tell you if someone told me this was a squishy fidget i would have believed! We could have started our own tv show real or fake! i would have been better off getting a pancake box mix from publix and tossing it in the microwave! my silverware could not even cut into it it was so stiff! i went full caveman style eating with bare hands and teeth! I was playing tug of war with myself while eating these! My friend ordered a meal and they waited until everyone else's meal came out to tell her they actually didn't have it. she waited until her slimy avocado toast was brought out! i still feel nauseous just thinking about how soggy it was. the egg was like touching slime and the avocado tasted plastic and fake! my other friend ordered the BLT he said it was mid and flavorless and the fries were soggy. the ambiance was pretty good but not good enough to take away from the trust issues the pancakes gave me! would not come back here unless your looking for a microwaved masterpiece! read more
