They're finally open! I missed the email of the soft opening, but wasn't going to miss their official opening, with free coffee (i think till Sunday) and got a free tumbler for being one of the 100 first guests! It was a quiet morning and got see the sunlight come in as I drank my coffee with mix of hazelnut and french vanilla creamers. Didn't see any dairy-free ones though. They don't offer the seasonal menu here yet, so went with my usual Bacado order. They forgot the side of greens, so got a plate of it, which meant I had some for my leftovers! The omelette was just as expected, good cut bacon with just enough crunch and could find actual slices of avocado within. They have a mix of bathroom options, ada-female/men, and unisex with the vacant or occupied signal locks. And not sure if it was intentional, but the toilet paper had both options for those that like it over top or under bottom. Still some newness showing through with some kind of tape hanging from light above the vanity, but overall cute and quaint bathroom to yourself. Seems like they have enough staff roaming around, which they'll need once the locals find out this is here and open, as the previous spot always seemed to have regulars. Let me start by saying if you want to have breakfast in a timely manner please stay away from this place. We arrived this morning and the restaurant was empty so we were seated right away. Then we were introduced to our waiter he came took our drink orders then a female waitress came to take our drink order again and then she became our waitress but she was not very happy about it. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the tres leches French toast it took every bit of an hour to get our food and then she came to tell us that the breakfast tacos were not as I ordered them so they were remaking them. I appreciate her catching it before they came out but if it took you an hour to make the food incorrectly and you have a fully staffed kitchen there's a big problem. The food it self was ok but the entire experience there was horrible and I definitely would hate to eat there when it's busy because I couldn't imagine the wait for your food then. read more

Friends brought us here and we were amazed as we'd never even noticed it driving by so often. It's a lovely large room with high ceilings and plenty of booths. The service we received was pleasant and attentive. Very professional! We had carafes of coffee on the table so we never went without! Several in the group ordered the French toast which filled the plate and looked so delicious. One was covered with fresh fruit. Oh my! Don had the veggie omelet which he said was one of the best he has ever had. A few of us opted for lunch and I had the half Monterey sandwich and half Cobb. I was thrilled with this option as I couldn't decide whether I wanted a salad or sandwich! This combo was outrageous. So many fabulous flavors - avocado, perfectly cooked crispy bacon. ENVIRONMENT It's very nice on the inside since they've only been op e for 3 weeks. Lots of space for parties of four and outdoor seating. Bring a hoodie because the air conditioning inside was blasting inside. SERVICE Service was slow, but very friendly. They seemed a bit understaffed in the kitchen and in front. Our waiter went table to table letting people know that their food was coming and that the cooks were new which is why everything is taking so long. I'd go back once they get their cooks squared away and their portions/presentation matched what they are marketing on their website. FOOD I had the Market hash which is two eggs over potatoes and some veggies. The description said mozzarella and goat cheese, but the cheese was missing. The table next to us also sent a dish back because an ingredient was missing, but I was too hungry after waiting 30 minutes. It looked nothing like the image on their website. It was good, but the serving size was a bit small for $14. I was still a bit hungry when I left. I'll definitely go again once they are a bit more consistent. read more

I have been to other locations of First Watch before and have always loved it. Today Saturday around 1pm, it wasn't too busy and I met up with some friends. I ordered the Escalated (I think it's called) Egg Sandwich and it was so good! It came with bacon, cheese, arugula, and avocado, with a side of cut potatoes, and everything was so delicious, I almost ordered 2 eggs in my sandwich instead of 1 because it's a good portion but I could've taken another egg. My drink was the butterfly pea tea which I've never had before, and it was so amazing! I just kept drinking it. I love juices and sweet drinks right now and it was dairy free which was perfect. Perfectly sweet and tart with the lemon in it. Overall was very pleased with the atmosphere and the food and I'll be back as always. read more

I only have eaten at this restaurant a few times in the past two years. My husband seems to like it for breakfast, but I can't say that I've ever had anything to me that stood out and makes me want to return. I recently had to start eating gluten-free. Now I understand that the majority of customers are not asking for gluten-free bread but for those of us who are we don't want bread that was bought maybe five months ago. Also the scrambled eggs on my plate looked like they couldn't even feed a child. Definitely not two eggs, and I'm not sure whether they were real eggs or powdered eggs. Definitely were not good. Potatoes were very salty and nothing special about them. I told my husband if he wants to go back for breakfast there he can go without me. I really hate to make this update. We stopped by this morning for breakfast and were seated at 11:45am. We did not receive our entrees until 12:50pm, and they were stone cold. Sent back. Remade food came to the table for one entree and it was cold AGAIN. Grabbed our tab, sans the food that was never delivered. We tipped the waitress on what the bill should have been, as it wasn't her fault. Not sure what happened between now and a month ago, but there are some serious kinks to work out, for sure. I'll be back again when service is what is was during launch. Such a shame! read more

First time visitor and so disappointed from start to finish. I started off by browsing their website and saw the "2 for you" listed. When attempting to order online, I had to first download their app. Not a fan of this practice but did it anyway as I was eager to try somewhere new. Once on the app, I wasn't able to find the 2 for you so I attempted to call the restaurant for assistance. The phone rang unanswered for nearly 5 minutes before I hung up and opted to simply order a sandwich. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and bowl of tomato soup for $14. As you can see from the photos, there was practically no roast beef on the sandwich (I literally counted only 2 slices of beef on the entire sandwich!). The sandwich also seemed extremely greasy, presumably from the sautéed onions. No horseradish was provided on the side as the app indicated. Their "bowl" of soup appeared to come in an 8 ounce cup that was only 3/4 of the way full! While it was tasty, it wasn't anything spectacular. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed! The only positive is that the order was ready at the time they said it would be. You'd be better off with Panera or even a Publix deli sandwich at 3/4 of the price!! There are far too many quality establishments in the area to waste your money here! read more

The healthy choices are abundant. Love the avocado toast as you get lots of avocado. Always am happy with the food. Service is always spot on. Fun healthy drinks if that's your thing. Only complaint is the lines and noise. It's very loud inside and long lines on the weekends. read more

What a find this place is in a sea of mediocrity! We frequent another local restaurant often and finally made it back to check this place out, and wow, are we glad that we did. We started with the Holey Donuts, which are small fresh donut holes rolled in cinnamon and sugar. They come with a warm berry jam and chocolate sauce. The berries are the way to go! We enjoyed our drinks of Purple Haze and Morning Meditation with them. Both were delish. We ordered the Chikichanga and the Market Hash and could not help but split a Carrot Cake Pancake. The pancake was delish, but our least favorite of all of the things that we had on the morning. The Market Hash was absolutely delightful and full of fresh flavors. So amazingly good. My husband had the Chikichanga and reports that it was an unusual combo and very filling. Slightly spicy that did not overpower the combo of flavors. He loved it. Our server was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was a wait to get in, but we completely understand why now. read more

My 2 daughters & I went here for lunch. Big mistake! We were pleasantly seated & a waitress came for our orders. Nothing terribly challenging. I ordered a sandwich, one daughter ordered an egg dish & the other a bowl of soup & salad. Then we sat....& sat....& sat. The waitress NEVER came back. I had to ask someone else for additional water & finally after 45 minutes we left, never to return. I did notice the table behind us kept returning food which didn't make us feel better. Called in my order, the person answering the phone came across as annoyed. I gave my order and she repeated it back. When my husband picked it up they told him everything was in there. (Meaning the bag). All was correct except the fruit I ordered was replaced with grits. We are from out of town. So ordering is important. A few days ago they missed compote for a Belgian waffle. I will be back in a few weeks and if I go back, it will have to be to eat in.
