My neighbor who is a well know contractor recommended I call Norcal Plumbing and even though it was a holiday weekend Rafael came to my rescue! He installed a new hot water heater and took the old damaged one away letting me concentrate on having fun with my 6 year old granddaughter. Since then I have had Rafael several time to fix what I just fixed! Each time he answered the phone or text right away and came over most times the same day! He is intelligent (diagnosed the problem right away), hardworking and kind. Colton, as agreed, cut a notch in the end of my existing drainage, while I wasn't on the job site. The contracted 8'X1' gutter was an extension of my existing storm drain. Colton had left the job, I saw the cracks in the upstream squared end of my existing storm drain, 1 crack across the bottom and 2 cracks in a "V" up each corner. It was Dec. and I didn't know if the thin concrete or the cracks in my storm drain would survive the upcoming storms. The following Jan. 2018, to keep me from reporting him to his bond company, he refunded my purchase and paid another contractor to remove his substandard, as thin as 1inch or less concrete. In March, 2018 the eroding cracks in the end of my existing storm drain were leaking. He claims he isn't responsible for the damage surrounding the notch he made in the end of my existing storm drain! My storm drain is 100 feet long, the only damage is where Colton's Concrete cut a notch! You have been warned!
