The space itself is extremely small, so the process is basically waiting outside until y you are beckoned or called to come in, place your order and grab your drink. It's not the most friendly or comfortable setup, especially not a small talk venue. The space is limited so their focus is to turn out orders and move you out. The coffee was good and well-made, but personally, I think it's a bit overhyped for the experience. Still worth trying at least once if you're in the area and curious about the local coffee scene.

It's so beautifully presented too, with three dates on top. Really, really good food overall, and generally just really friendly staff every time I've been to all of the locations I've visited. This specific location is right downtown, so it's a quick walk to the Ferry Building, which makes it an amazing spot. This was my first time here but my friends have been raving about it. The employees were great. As soon as we sat down, they brought menus and waters for the table. We ordered 5 Irish coffees and they showed up at our table within minutes. That cold, heavy cream on top is perfect, and while you can definitely taste the whiskey, it's not overpowering. We couldn't stop at just one. It's loud and crowded here but the staff were so efficient, they were clearing empty glasses the second you're done. Parking around Ghirardelli is a nightmare as usual, so just head straight for the square's garage or take an Uber over. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!

The sweetness of the maple balance perfectly with the cinnamon. I had never heard of the ginger scone before, so I decided to give it a try and it was surprisingly very good. I was scared that the flavor of the ginger would overpower the sweetness of the scone, but quite the opposite. It had the spiciness of the ginger and the sweetness of the scone. Overall, would 100% revisit. It's also a great sport to work remotely, with a lot of sitting areas and tables.
