Horrible customer service. I placed an order online and showed up on time to pick up the pizza. They said it's not ready and they had me wait for another 20 minutes. And then, when I get the pizza it's not even hot which suggests that it was sitting somewhere this whole time. This is a family run business and I have consistently had great service. Traditionally Halloween and holidays are extremely busy except xmas and turkey day. Recently made an online order with First Class Pizza, I was extremely satisfied. I would like to put emphasis on a request made for the preparation or Ranch Dressing, asking the dressing to be addressed to "Princess Lana". Not only was this request fantastically adhered to, but I would like to praise the penmanship of the person who wrote "Princess Lana" and also drew a very nice shining crown. Additionally, upon opening the Pizza's Container-Box for the Western BBQ pie we found an additional colored illustration also addressed to "Princess Lana". One word: DELISH! Seriously, I have been sleeping on First Class Pizza!! One night, my sister was having a cheat meal and wanted rice from the Chinese food place in the same shopping center and I decided to order a personal pizza at the last minute. Came in on a Sunday evening and it was a good amount of people eating and ordering food. I kept it simple with a personalized pizza with extra cheese & sauce, pepperoni and sausage. I also ordered their potato wedges (I know so random LOL) The girl at the counter who took my order repeated it back and made sure my marinara sauce was included and my ranch too!! I'm a die hard ranch fan so I cannot leave without it!! I have no problem paying extra for ranch either!! I will say, next time it is better to order ahead because my food took over 45 minutes and my sister was getting impatient and probably hungry LOL. I have to take a star off because they burnt the crust and top of my pizza way too much for me. I told them about it on IG and they ignored me. There were bacon bits and meatballs in the Western BBQ, and the pizza was also topped with onion rings. One of the best pizza places in the area! Despite being the same as the Jamboree location, for some reason this one is way better. If you're craving a meaty pizza that'll make you full and end up having leftovers because of how big and loaded the slices are...look no further. My go to is the porker because they really do pack on the meat. Their ranch is also one of the best ranches I've had. Great customer service every time I go in. For dinner, we got size small with half Popeye's favorite and half Sweet Pig. I was a little apprehensive because there is broccoli on the Popeye's favorite and I didn't know if I'd appreciate that. Ordered a small and this was more than enough for my boyfriend and I. The mushrooms were cut thick, you can see the chunks of garlic, the sausage was mouth watering and falling off each piece and the wax peppers perfect for anyone that likes a kick. There were whole peppers on the pizza! Looking at the other tables, all the pizzas looked like this with tons of toppings. This location also serves beer - a perfect pairing. I never write a review but I feel the need to share and hope the owner reads the review. I have been going to the Irvine First Class Pizza since it first opened. One of my favorite pizza places always a great experience until yesterday . My husband ordered a pizza arrived on time and checked in with his name and order. After 20 minutes and them calling the wrong name it was discovered the wrong name was on the order. Instead of taking it as a mistake was made the blame was solely placed on my husband and he was told it was not their fault he doesn't know his name. They told him how much it was after sitting there for 20 minutes. My husband reiterated the mistake and instead of them offering some sort of apology or to remedy they instead acted indignant. Other employees became involved asking what was happening and giving each other high fives in front of him. Shame on you for your behavior. I hope you realize if you don't remember CUSTOMER SERVICE you will lose more customers. read more

I used to live in this area a few years ago and I remember First Class Pizza as being super greasy and not very good. Well, fast forward to now and the pizza I ate here was delicious. I'm not sure if anything changed, but I'm with it now. We ordered a large salad to accompany the pizza and I was very impressed. Normally salads at pizza places are an after thought. Not here. The lettuce was fresh and the salad was beautifully dressed with toppings. Definitely not what I was expecting. The beer list is dope and they even have really good bottles available. My only complaint was that the service was kinda slow. I would have thought they'd drop off the salad first, but they didn't bring it until after they dropped off the pizza. I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza which was good but nothing that can really stand out in terms of toppings. If you are going to stand out on toppings it has to be some in house sausage being made and really fresh ingredients which this place does not have. The place was busy and bustling- with multiple sporting events being broadcast on their many flat screen TVs. They appeared to have multiple beers on tap, if that's your sort of thing.
