i will not visit them again. went in for a pedicure. the lady doing hot stone massage burned my leg. the lady employee Who was acting like the manager came to ask what had happened. when l shared that she had burnt my foot and could see the burn mark the lady did not apologize rather told me her staff were trained to do it. she waffled and walked away. no apology or options to help with the burn. the lady who had burnt me apologized. read more

I was disappointed in my services today. The lady who did my mani and pedi was pretty cranky. She was rough with my pedicure and made my big toe bleed. After applying the callus remover she went to start scrubbing with the metal foot file and I politely asked for her to let it soak longer so it could soften. She just said "no it's fine" and proceeded to scrub my feet. Needless to say, it wasn't very effective. What a waste of money this place was. read more

I am so relieved to have finally found a nail salon that I can continuously go back to. Vivian (who I believe is the owner/manager) is the sweetest and very dedicated to her clients. Her desk is right up front and if she can't get to you, she'll make sure you are in good hands with one of the other amazing nail techs. Last night I had to go in unexpectedly due to breaking a nail off, and although they had clients with appointments, they teamed up and took great care of me. They all make you feel very welcome (which is crucial in having a great experience), they are super clean, and truly give 100%. Let's not forget about the arm and neck massage after every manicure!!! I used to get my nails done here several years ago and I received a gift certificate for Christmas and decided, "Why not!". Terrible idea. They advertise a set of acrylic nails for $25.00, I was told that they actually used solar acrylic and it was going to be $35.00 for the set (this is after my nails are done.) I came in when they opened. Behind me came in four other ladies though, and it would appear that several of the girls were late coming to work. One of the ladies there spoke harshly to the late girls and let them know that we were waiting. The woman working on my nails seemed pretty pissed. She did not listen to what I wanted, she did not talk at all. Just tapped my hands when she needed a certain finger. Ok, I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is the fact that my nails cost $35.00, and it's 8 days later and NONE of them are still on my fingers. They were brittle and just crumbled...washing my hair broke a nail. By the second day, several of my nails were already lifting up off my real nail. There was a huge gap between my real nail and where the acrylic started. If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all we sat for an hour with our feet in tubs of water. The water had to be refilled 3 times because it kept getting cold. They offered me a drink but not my daughter. The one giving my daughter her pedicure was not paying attention at all. I kept telling her she had a bruise on her leg and to be gentle with the massaging. She started taking off my daughters finger nail polish and I told her no we just want pedicures. Which is what I told them when we came in. They kept asking if she wanted a polish change. No. Just pedicures. I'm very disappointed. We will never be back. Even if they do have the kid chairs. I moved in the area last yr and had tried a few places and one glued half my nails on so crooked they couldn't be fixed without ripping them off, then after trying another place later they were lifting within a few days. I started working in Rockwall and asked my boss where she got her nails done she said first class nails so I tried them. I have to say these are the best nails I've ever had, I'm a dog groomer so I'm pretty rough on my nails. The first time I went 3 weeks before getting a fill and there was very little lifting, I was so impressed at the quality of the products they use. I'm at 3 weeks again and no lifting! Really bad deal. My daughters 19 & 13 went in for simple pedicures and manicure. They put acyrlic nails on my 13 year old and did a terrible pedicure on 19 year old. I actually just left the establishment. After expressing only wanting a mani/pedi I patiently waited for an available seat. After being placed in a pedicure chair I discovered the water almost cold. Once I noticed no one followed up with me I asked for help explaining the water was cold. The lady turned on the hot water for a moment never allowing for the water to warm. They never turned on the spa so I was basically sitting with my feet in a bowl of cold water for a half hour prior to simply getting up and leaving. This place is so great! Every time I've come in, I am sat down and serviced within 5 minutes. I have come here for pedicures, regular manicures, acrylic nails, and NexGen nails, and every time I leave happy. This last time I was in, my nail tech was so funny and nice, and did a fantastic job with my Nex Gen nails. One of my favorite things about this salon is the hot towels; not every salon does the hot towels and hand/arm massage, but every time i've been in, I've gotta this luxe treatment without any extra cost. Since I needed to get new tires at Discount Tire, I decided to walk to First Class Nails to get a Mani/Pedi during my wait. I paid $75 for shellac. The owner lady is desperate for business and continued to try and upsale me. After clearly and kindly saying NO twice, I lost my patience and said "I said NO" very loud. She continued to work on my pedicure and gave me faces that clearly told me she does not enjoy her job. After filing the skin off my heel, she decided to show me how gross it was. So I've always had really good service when going and they almost always do a great job with my nails but my most recent visit has actually left me in tears. The boss of the salon was the women who ended up doing my nails because my usual girl was busy with someone else. She sat me down and started buffing down my nails since I still had a fake nails with the dip powder. She cut me several times and didn't even seem to notice or she just didn't care and instead of taking off the fake nails and putting new ones on she just layered on more dip powder (this is not what should be done). After only a week one of my nails falls off but in reality it was a good thing because I noticed I had developed a fungus under the nail. I took off the rest of my nails and found out that not just one, but SIX OUT OF TEN OF MY NAILS HAD DEVELOPED A FUNGUS! This will take months to get rid of and I have to pay the price due to the fact that my nails were not properly taken care of. If you do decide to go to this salon, you can still get a good job done, but make sure the boss of the salon stays far away from your nails. read more

She told me to ask for the owner to do my gel nails and I did. The place was dead...when I walked in, the owner lady was asleep on one of those pedicure chairs. Let's just say she was yawning the whole time she was doing my nails...took 3 cell phones calls...while in the middle of my manicure. You can guess the outcome. I went in during my lunch hour and I've done my nails during that time frame before without issues. Maybe this lady doesn't get a lot of practice or she wanted to get rid of me ASAP...but my nails looked awful! I got the french manicure and the white part was streaked into the clear part and there were bubbles underneath the white polish. As you know with gel, it's hard to redo without going through the UV light treatment and I had 10 mins to get back to work. I decided to just let her finish and vowed never go to back. read more
