I was looking for US Nails phone number and was shocked by the reviews. I love this place. I live 2 hours away in the Fort Worth area and also travel a lot. I have tried many places and this by far is my favorite. My parents and sister and I have gone there for years. I haven't found a place that gives better leg and hand/arm messages. My nails also last for a long time. When I took my 86 year old Mother there yesterday Vickie who was doing her toes had her stay in her chair that she had been in for her manicure. Vickie got on the floor and did her feet because she has trouble getting in and out of the pedicure chair. All the workers we know, are amazing (Kelly,Vickie,Lisa,Lynn and even Sally who can be very serious is amazing) I wait until I am in Greenville to get my nails done. New management ruined US Nails. May have the same name, but not the same place as 15 plus years ago. Have been going to this place a long time. In last year, at least 2-3 new managers. Went there a month ago, the place was ok. Today they go by appointment only because they have less than 3 employees. So here's what I will say, not very customer service orientated. I asked my nail tech if she could do my nails without a drill, she proceeded to tell me that she had use the drill because the nails would lift otherwise. Not a true statement, when I told her that she became offended and wouldn't speak to me for the rest of the service even though I apologized for offending her, she didn't want to really work. I settled I will never go back there EVER! If you go here expect to get what your given not what you'd like, check and make sure they actually went to school that could be the problem! read more

I waited 45 minutes to get my eyebrows done. The ladies always do a good job, but when they are busy one waits a LONG time for a 5 min. wax session. This has happened twice now, because they do not bother to look at their waiting list inbetween clients. read more

This place is the worst! They have so many hidden charges, plus you have to get a deluxe spa pedicure to receive complimentary wine. The deluxe spa pedicure is $30 and I'm spending $60! I don't see what that doesn't warrant for their complimentary wine when I'm spending more than a deluxe spa pricing. The technician servicing me left my heels feeling rough and when I asked if she can smooth it, she said it would be an extra $2. I mean, really? I drove from Dallas to Greenville to visit family and decided to get my nails done here and it's left a horrible, bitter taste in my mouth! The people are very kind and nice. It took a very long time to get a manicure (gel) done and there was nail polish on my cuticles.

CAUTION!!! 12/17/15 I went to this salon only because they were open before anybody else in town. At 9:30 am, I waited 30 minutes before they got started. (Which BTW defeated the purpose of opening earlier. Other places opened at 10. I should have waited) I had NexGen powder over my real nails. While soaking off my previous color she did a polish change on a ladies toes next to me. She used the same drill she had used on my hands to cut down the length on this ladies toes! When she came back to my hands I asked her to change drill bits. GROSS!! Went through the entire process and at the end I thought she was going to shape up around the edges, but apparently she was finished. She asked me to wash my hands and I was done. It's three days later and I've had 4 nails crack and chip at the tips. I'm following up with my regular salon today to get good service. (Will post pictures as well on Yelp. My nails are beautiful after I had to coach the nail tech the ENTIRE time!! She became aggravated when I insisted on having two coats. She became even more aggravated when I asked her to fix the shape of my nails. They were going in all different directions when I asked for a simple round shape. She charged me $2 extra for cutting my acrylic nails down when all she did was file them. I'm very vocal when it comes to my nails, so I had no problem asking her for exactly what I wanted. I guess she wanted me to just take what she gave me. I hate that I can't remember her name!!! Even after all that, I still have her a tip. I am new to the array, I tried many places before making this my place to get my mani and pedi. Nice people, very friendly.

After being a faithful customer I was treated very poorly. When I asked about the extra charge for polishing only tips & advising that I had not been charged that before the staff member became agitated & yelled at me in front of the manager. Another employee laughed. When I spoke with her about it she told me 3 or 4 times that I had been charged that every time & that I "don't remember". Then she told me she remembers me & that when she had told me before that there was an extra charge I told her to polish my entire nails. That never happened. I've never had them polish my entire nail. Funny that she remembers things about me that never happened yet she claims it's me that doesn't remember. I won't be back. It's not the extra charge, it's how they treat their customers. read more
