Overall I like this place, but disappointing they act inconvenienced or dumb when you mention a special that they send you a text about. I understand it's better for the business to get you to pay full price, but this is a turn off as a customer. Their selection of colors is fantastic. The techs are hit & miss. I have tried many places and this by far is my favorite. My parents and sister and I have gone there for years. I haven't found a place that gives better leg and hand/arm messages. My nails also last for a long time. When I took my 86 year old Mother there yesterday Vickie who was doing her toes had her stay in her chair that she had been in for her manicure. Vickie got on the floor and did her feet because she has trouble getting in and out of the pedicure chair. All the workers we know, are amazing (Kelly,Vickie,Lisa,Lynn and even Sally who can be very serious is amazing) I wait until I am in Greenville to get my nails done. The thickest ive ever had and I even went through a phase of trying to learn how to do my own. None of the nail shapes match and are SO tacky that every person in my immediate family has pointed out asking where I went and if I paid full price for them. ON TOP of that. When I went to pay, I had my husbands card. It declined the first time when I had added a tip ( yes I will still tip, like I said I felt TERRIBLE that an old shaky man was painting my toes, sue me. ) anyway the card wasn't turned in yet so it declined. Well at that point I had already Texted my husband asking him to turn it on. But had decided I was going to tip in cash, that way I could give it all to the man doing my toes. The lady doing my nails stopped the man from going to grab the older gentlemen ( bc I had said to the man taking my money that I wanted to give it to the older man directly ) she stopped him and had him run my card again. He set it up and after reviewing the charge when we got home, he ALSO added a tip ( the button you click yourself at checkout on the card readers where you can add a 10,15,20% tip ) he added a tip before taking my money. So they got a tip on my card and in cash without me realizing until later.
