Every time I get my manicure & pedicure done, I get EXCELLENT COMPLIMENTS from women, & men!!! They are very respectful, kind, and very accommodating to their customers. I've. Adopted them, all as my kids! Ava, is a TRUE professional with the ART OF NAILS. She's an Artist, at her trade. They call me Mama Jackie, and they treat me like, I'm their mama, too. It's a clean, comfortable, and accommodating environment, & experience! Overall I like this place, but disappointing they act inconvenienced or dumb when you mention a special that they send you a text about. I understand it's better for the business to get you to pay full price, but this is a turn off as a customer. Their selection of colors is fantastic. The techs are hit & miss. And to be told "well I liked it" well honey, we ain't going by what you like now are we? Then she wanted me to wait TWO weeks to come in to semi fix it. Heck no I'm not going back, why?
