I came in with a wild idea and a bunch of random reference photos and the owner and technician helped me figure out exactly what would look prettiest. My nail tech was Sam and he was very kind and funny, being very sweet the entire time. I also have many cuts and scabs on my fingers because I have a horrible habit of picking my skin, another reason for me wanting to get nails. Sam was very careful and I didn't feel a single sting from the chemicals he used to do my nails, and he didn't cut or knick my sensitive skin with the nail file. This was very appreciated. Lastly, for all the shebang the total cost was ~only~ $60, I am more than happy with the cost for the beautiful result. Will definitely be returning.

The lady that did mine was a little young, I don't remember her name but she took her time and made great effort to make sure that the paint and shape was perfect for me every step of the way.

The place I usually go to makes me provide my own powder and I still pay full price. I drove 30 minutes after seeing this newer salon with great reviews. I called to make an appointment and verify they would do brush on acrylic before heading that way. As soon as I set down the tech doing my nails asked why I didn't do dip nails. I said it isn't strong enough and always cracks. She assured me her way of doing it would be better than I've ever had before and it would last longer than the brush on. I drove all the way there to get what I wanted. I told her I would like what I requested and she said she usually only offers that on longer nails, mine are so short that I really don't need it that way. This is what a lot of the conversation was the entire time she was soaking and removing the old color. Once she got to the new color she was like just try it my way and started dipping! Now it's been less than 48 hours and $102 later (got a pedicure too) and I've got chipped nails and one that's cracked and wiggles when you press ok the corner. I posted a picture here of the chipped corner and posted a video with details of the cracked nail that moves! Don't even get me started on how they are using dish soap to clean your feet during a pedicure! Definitely not worth the money or time to drive out of my way! I

I was also charged an additional $5 for a massage that I never requested or agreed to. On top of the incorrect charges, my nails looked horrible. I asked them to fix the issues and questioned the charges, but I was completely ignored. I'm very disappointed with the experience. Customers should be charged only for the services they actually receive, and concerns about the quality of the service and billing should be addressed professionally. Why prices not posted ? It's seems like not posting prices allow them to make up charges at their our will.

I have tried many places and this by far is my favorite. My parents and sister and I have gone there for years. I haven't found a place that gives better leg and hand/arm messages. My nails also last for a long time. When I took my 86 year old Mother there yesterday Vickie who was doing her toes had her stay in her chair that she had been in for her manicure. Vickie got on the floor and did her feet because she has trouble getting in and out of the pedicure chair. All the workers we know, are amazing (Kelly,Vickie,Lisa,Lynn and even Sally who can be very serious is amazing) I wait until I am in Greenville to get my nails done.
