Mural near my spa massage chair

It was medium busy on a Saturday afternoon and sat down in the waiting chairs just taking the work tables and spa chairs. I went up to the counter when I figured out what I wanted, a spa pedicure. Here to be a very lovely and calming interior. The owner asked me to select my nail polish color and then immediately directed me to massage chair #5. It was a very hot, jetted spa bath, but the lady Lin adjusted the temperature for me, while her husband the owner got me my choice of water to drink, though I also saw two types of slushy machines in there. I stayed in the spa bath and the chair for about half an hour just relaxing before Miss Lena came over and clipped my nails, rub down my feet with a file. I also had very hot towels wrapped around my feet and legs, which was quite wonderful and then she sugar scrubbed my calves and feet and put lotion on my feet. She then sprayed sanitizer on my toes put on little foam sandals and toe spacers a base coat, the OPI red I had selected, and then a topcoat. She was very kind and was happy to chat with me when I wanted to chat and focused on her work when I was quiet she was very friendly. Then she led me over to a chair where I sat with my feet under a light so they were dried and cured. I wasn't told when to leave but she did tell me I could wear the sandals out and drive in them so she was very helpful. This was my first time ever having my nails done outside the home so I was very impressed. The only downside was my big toes had the corners clipped a little too short in a couple spots but it was fine otherwise.

I've been going here for years. It's always hit or miss. The only reason why I've continued to go is because it's close and cheap. I paid 35$ for my dip nails and the lady cut me up! My fingers were so sore and my nail beds were BLEEDING. Not only did she make me bleed my blood got all over her tools and she didn't clean them. Disgusting! It's this old lady that sits in the back she's terrible. Once she saw what she did, all she said was sorry. Like wow I feel so much better? Didn't get a refund. Didn't get a reduced price. Awful place will never come back! Should've went to vogue nail bar In Greenville. Oh and I didn't tip because hello look at my nails?! I'm so mad.

Dianna did such a good job!! She really took her time and made sure each nail was perfectly pointed, symmetrical, and had no imperfections! She did exactly what I asked for!

So cute! Only $30 for shellac and design

She sprayed them with alcohol and acted like everything was fine, but it wasn't. My toes were bleeding, and the pedicure itself was mediocre at best because she was too busy dealing with other things to focus on her work. I understand that things happen, but if you are unable to focus on a client safely, someone else should step in. Before she ever came over, I specifically requested gel polish, was given the color book, and selected my number. Another tech relayed this information to her, and she acknowledged it. Despite this, she took several personal phone calls during my appointment and was clearly rushed and distracted, which is likely why I was cut in the first place. She then chose a completely different color than the one I picked and said she would add glitter. I was confused but initially assumed it was still gel. After waiting for the lamps that never came out, I realized she wasn't even applying gel at all. When I asked, she told me I had requested regular polish. I never did, not once. I haven't worn regular polish in years. At that point, I accepted the regular glitter polish simply because I was overwhelmed and close to tears. While sitting and waiting for it to dry (which it never properly did, regular glitter takes forever), I finally asked my husband to speak with a manager and requested that the polish just be removed so we could leave. It should also be noted that my husband's nail tech had to step away as well to help deal with the same personal situation involving my tech. When my tech returned with the manager, they began yelling at each other in front of me. She then aggressively removed the polish, while my toes were still freshly cut and bleeding. She offered to repaint them with gel, but I declined. My feet hurt, and I just wanted to leave and never come back. At checkout, the manager did not acknowledge any of my concerns, offered no apology, and still charged me full price. The only comment I received was, "We good now, right?" I again mentioned that my toes were bleeding and was ignored. I paid and walked out with bare, cut, and bleeding toes. I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for a safe, calm, and relaxing experience because this was absolutely not it.

My set was 80$. glue on tips and then acrylic and gelx paint on the tips and design. My nail beds are nice even and smooth, no extra glue or nail pieces on the sides, and underneath is clean. The lady that did mine was a little young, I don't remember her name but she took her time and made great effort to make sure that the paint and shape was perfect for me every step of the way.

The place I usually go to makes me provide my own powder and I still pay full price. I drove 30 minutes after seeing this newer salon with great reviews. I called to make an appointment and verify they would do brush on acrylic before heading that way. As soon as I set down the tech doing my nails asked why I didn't do dip nails. I said it isn't strong enough and always cracks. She assured me her way of doing it would be better than I've ever had before and it would last longer than the brush on. I drove all the way there to get what I wanted. I told her I would like what I requested and she said she usually only offers that on longer nails, mine are so short that I really don't need it that way. This is what a lot of the conversation was the entire time she was soaking and removing the old color. Once she got to the new color she was like just try it my way and started dipping! Now it's been less than 48 hours and $102 later (got a pedicure too) and I've got chipped nails and one that's cracked and wiggles when you press ok the corner. I posted a picture here of the chipped corner and posted a video with details of the cracked nail that moves! Don't even get me started on how they are using dish soap to clean your feet during a pedicure! Definitely not worth the money or time to drive out of my way! I
