First time to Luxe Nails. May or may not return. Had Phil for pedicure - not impressed. Unsure who did nails but she was ok- not great Smell of chemicals overwhelms you when you walk in they need better ventilation controls as I have been in many shops in which the chemical smell was minimal. On a good note: the owner could not have been more attentive and concerned about the service I received! She gave me a discount which was a nice gesture read more

While the staff was very nice I would be amazed if they all actually have a license. My nails were done thick and made larger than my actual nail beds, which are small. I swear getting them off is like removing super glue and it's been almost a month. They look horrible and I would Never go back. Stay far away. read more

Nail Luxe - That's my nail beds still attached as I swear they must have used a super glue of some kind. Horrible. - Nail Salons Near Me - Sulphur Springs, Texas

Please don't EVER consider this place (Sulphur Springs, TX location) if you want lash extensions; the girl super glued lash sections (like the ones you get at the store) to my lashes. The whole process was about 2 hours until I finally said enough! That's when I realized she had super-glued them. read more

.............................................................................................................................................................................................................I had forgotten to mention, oops silly me, she was very agitated that my cuticles were not up kept to her liking. Which I had never had an issue with a nail technician before. I will not be going back. I do not support businesses that do not treat their customers with respect. read more

underestimated time, unfriendliness and overpriced for the quality of service. Went in for a birthday treat and toes were unevenly cut, not filed or smooth and french tip was very amateur, not even or matching from toe to toe. read more

Been here multiple times but prob won't be back. If you plan on getting any type of design, don't come here. None of the women can do any type of design and if they try and it turns out crappy, they'll still charge you $40. Literally bought new polish after the apt so I could fix it. I wanted simple orange flame on my big toe and she left thin, squiggly, ugly lines. This place is way too expensive and the quality does does not match the price. Crappy massage and watered down drinks. No refills either. read more

Nail Luxe - Supposed to be flames....... - Nail Salons Near Me - Sulphur Springs, Texas

I chose this nail salon because of their reviews and suggestions from friends. While the staff was friendly and attentive....I was talked into getting my nails dipped. My natural nails are long, strong and well shaped and taken care of. Nails looked beautiful for the first few days....until they started breaking off in the quick and taking most of my natural nail with it. I lost 4 nails in 2 days. I called the establishment to speak with a manager about my complaints and to try to resolve the problem, I was laughed at and hung up on. I am extremely disappointed in the way they do business and I won't be going back there. In short.....I do NOT recommend this business. P.S. I am in Sulphur Springs not San Francisco. Not sure why it says that. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could! My sister and I had a horrible experience. We said we wanted two full sets and the lady who seated us got frustrated when we went the wrong way, after nobody acknowledged us upon entering and stating we had an appointment. We were then seated and the woman (whose name I do not know, no one had name tags! So unprofessional!) doing my nails starts doing French tips with dip powder when I requested acrylic so they came out HORRIBLY uneven. She also took phone/texting breaks every five minutes. She told me "clean my hands" when they were dusty from filing...like..I thought that was your job to do with a dusting brush...so needless to say they turned out very uneven and brittle looking. Nothing compared to my poor sister, whose nail tech messed her pinky nail up horribly, and instead of properly fixing it cuts both pinkies to an uneven size in comparison to the rest of the set. Not to mention they were sloppily painted, and bulky. After finishing my sisters nails, we ask if she can discount for the horrible looking sets and only takes $5.00 off! Then when checking out we find out she tried to STEAL from us, and charge $15.00 extra as if we wouldn't notice! We had an overall HORRIBLE experience I do NOT recommend this place at all. read more

Nail Luxe - As you can see, BOTH of our nails are horribly chunky and uneven. My sisters look like flare nails...not what we wanted at all. - Nail Salons Near Me - Sulphur Springs, Texas

I left a very bad review on this salon and it looks like they have some how over rode what I put with another review. Don't go here. Just a warning. Pedicures are ok, but the girl that did my nails was TERRIBLE. She cut my fingers up with her file. She had the gooey acrylic liquid all over my fingers and was trying to file it off!!' I kept saying "OUCH" and she giggled and kept going. There is more but I don't want to waste any more time going through this again read more

From the moment you walk in Nail Luxe you are greeted with exceptional customer service! The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. Brought my husband with me and we both had deluxe manicures and pedicures. All 4 of our technicians were kind and professional and the best treatments. I highly recommend for your next nail service! read more

I moved to SS about a year and half ago this was the first nail salon I went to in town I have been going there since the last couple of times their service has been ok. I feel like I'm putting them out when requesting what i want, today was no different I told the lady what I wanted she told me they were out of the color I wanted, she suggested a lavender color excuse me ma'am the color I wanted was a dark drown with one nail goldish color but you are suggesting a lavender color ok that's a no. I switched the color and I ask if she could do a heart in one of my nails she said yes, but when it was time to do the Herat she said she couldn't find it. Ugh ok so no heart. Anyway when I was paying she wouldn't even allow me to entered my phone number she just wanted me to pay with my card which I told her I was paying her in cash omg you think I was telling her that I was paying her with rocks. I really liked the place and now i see why it's empty every time I go there. Time to find a new place. read more

I wanted ombré for my wedding, and showed them a picture I told them it was for my wedding. I was on lunch from work. They got done and it looked awful! I was hoping it was a trust the process situation. They look nothing like the picture. The last checking me out asked about them I said they're awful they look nothing like the picture she agreed asked if I had time to fix them. I started crying and said no becAuse I was on lunch and this was the last chance I had to do them before the wedding. Still had to pay for them, but definitely didn't tip. Wedding day nails are completely ruined, and I'm very unhappy! read more

LOVE this salon and the family that owns it are truly wonderful I've been doing pedi's and NexGen French on my nails at their Rockwall location for years- yes driving 2hrs round trip, but it was always worth it. Tried their new Sulpher Springs location last week and found it to be just as awesome! Clean, beautiful inside, friendly staff and Andy did a beautiful job on my NexGen. I've tried several of the other salons in SS, this one by far is the best! So glad they opened a location closer to me read more

I was not impressed. We visited for the first time and it was a C+. Maybe they'd do a better job if you're a regular customer there but really didn't earn a 4-5 star from me. Just being honest. read more

2 of us visited for the first time. Staff was nice and got us right in for our mani pedis. Pedicures were awesome. But her gel manicure had to be redone 3 times! The first was bumpy and lumpy as well as polish was randomly on the bottom of her finger. We asked that lady to smooth out polish. She was nice about it and used clippers to trim around her cuticles, not the polish. The manager asked if it was okay fix and we showed her it was not. She stated she wanted to make sure we were satisfied and she said she would redo the gel polish herself. Instead of soaking to polish off... she used hand drill and grinded polish off quickly. The polish was much better finally. She offered a 20% discount! Really?! Her cuticles are bleeding in spots and very sore... 20% off! We will not be back. read more
