Adopted them, all as my kids! Ava, is a TRUE professional with the ART OF NAILS. She's an Artist, at her trade. They call me Mama Jackie, and they treat me like, I'm their mama, too. It's a clean, comfortable, and accommodating environment, & experience! I won't give my hard earned money to any else now, cause these folks, are just precious, and I FEEL GOOD when I walk in, and, I LOOK DAMN GOOD, when I walk ‍ out!!! Honest Review I went…read morein for a nail fill and pedicure, but I was charged for a full set, which is not the service I received. I was also charged an additional $5 for a massage that I never requested or agreed to. On top of the incorrect charges, my nails looked horrible. I asked them to fix the issues and questioned the charges, but I was completely ignored. I'm very disappointed with the experience. Customers should be charged only for the services they actually receive, and concerns about the quality of the service and billing should be addressed professionally. Why prices not posted ? It's seems like not posting prices allow them to make up charges at their our will.

Overall I like this place, but disappointing they act inconvenienced or dumb when you mention a special that they send you a text about. I understand it's better for the business to get you to pay full price, but this is a turn off as a customer. Their selection of colors is fantastic. The techs are hit & miss. Some are great, others are very rushed.

What stunk was the amount of drilling, sanding, and buffing was far more than I would have ever wanted. My natural nails are so weak now that my nail beds are sore to touch and bend every time I touch something. I grew my nails out to the length of my preference and now I may have to cut them down and start over. BEWARE: If you want your natural nails to have strength, don't let them near you with that drill or sanding box.

The place I usually go to makes me provide my own powder and I still pay full price. I drove 30 minutes after seeing this newer salon with great reviews. I called to make an appointment and verify they would do brush on acrylic before heading that way. As soon as I set down the tech doing my nails asked why I didn't do dip nails. I said it isn't strong enough and always cracks. She assured me her way of doing it would be better than I've ever had before and it would last longer than the brush on. I drove all the way there to get what I wanted. I told her I would like what I requested and she said she usually only offers that on longer nails, mine are so short that I really don't need it that way. This is what a lot of the conversation was the entire time she was soaking and removing the old color. Once she got to the new color she was like just try it my way and started dipping! Now it's been less than 48 hours and $102 later (got a pedicure too) and I've got chipped nails and one that's cracked and wiggles when you press ok the corner. I posted a picture here of the chipped corner and posted a video with details of the cracked nail that moves! Don't even get me started on how they are using dish soap to clean your feet during a pedicure! Definitely not worth the money or time to drive out of my way! I

She took extra care of me and was all about the detailed when doing cat eye gel on my toes. She made sure length was matching both feet, made sure water temp was to my liking, was so sweet and gave a great massage. The whole experience was great. I definitely will return and hopefully make this my new go to spot.

Came in in the morning and there was only one other person in there with me. It was very quiet, clean, peaceful and relaxing. I wanted a new set because my old one was growing out and I had a wide range of options. Both techs at the salon was kind and did an amazing job. Both work together: one tech took off the old powder and had my nails soaking while he finished with his previous client. Once a second tech finish, he came over to my station and started working on my new set. Kept everything I wanted (length and shape) and did an amazing job with the finished look! Super impressed. Super happy. I already scheduled a follow up for next month. Like I said, do not sleep on this hidden gem.
