Well... I really wanted to like this place, but I am left feeling a bit underwhelmed with the quality of the services provided. I gave them a try a few months back for a gel pedi - the staff is very friendly and inquisitive, drinks are offered, and it is located close to my home. Unfortunately, the gel lifted at the cuticle within a week. For reference, I can usually get a month, or more, out of a gel pedi before lifting or peeling occurs. I coach gymnastics PT and am usually barefoot and my toes get beat up I went back Friday evening for a dip manicure, instead of waiting 10 hours to stop by my regular nail salon, big mistake. I asked for an almond shape and a raspberry pink color. What I left with was far from what was ask for. The tech was a little wild with the buffing drill and caught the flesh of my fingers more than once and I left with a pretty painful cut. The owner asked how I liked my nails and I was fairly honest without being rude, and simply stated the color was not what I asked for. The only explanation, no apology or solution offered, was that someone must have switched out the caps. I was still charged full price for their mixup. You may be asking, "why didn't she say something sooner?" I didn't b/c another customer, that was checking out the color I "picked", was assured that it would change once she was done buffing and top coat was on. Definitely not the case. Giving them 2 stars because they are super friendly, but I won't be going back. read more

I was thoroughly impressed with everything here! They are under new management and after a previous bad experience here, I decided to give it another try and I'm really glad that I did! I brought my two daughters with me in which one got her nails and toes done and the other just got her nails done. Everyone was very sweet and the man who did my nails knew very good English. It goes along way when you tell someone what you want and they truly understand you. I'm a cosmetologist myself and he was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of nails. I was in the neighborhood and this was the nearest place. I was the ONLY person in there so there was no need to rush. For the dip only they charged me $35. I usually add a little nail tip, and have the sqoval shape and my place does not charge extra for this. They charge me $35. When I asked for all that they quoted me $50! Yikes! They don't even lotion or massage your hand. Not even 24hrs later my nail chipped and there's this peeling. Ughhh! Like I said I was the only one there so you think they would be extra careful. Read the other reviews and take note. Under new management or not, stay away! I will not cheat on my regular place ever again! read more

It was fantastic--I will definitely be back! I recently moved to Fate and was hesitant since this salon is in a small town connected to a gas station but it was great!! The customer service and technique from Trina and Tony were both outstanding. I was very impressed with how clean the spa was and enjoyed the paraffin added to my pedicure. This is the only salon that charges to remove gel manicure polish. Every other salon I've been to, removal is included in the price of a manicure. They probably thought they could "pull one over on me" bc when I walked in I asked "how much to remove the gel manicure polish?" Their response "10". I said "well how much for a manicure?" They said "15". I said oh ok well let me just do that then. So I received a basic manicure and when I gave her my card to pay she came back and said 20 was charged...15 for manicure and 5 for polish removal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I usually go to a nail salon in Rockwall and will continue to give that salon my business. Decided to give this salon a shot and will NOT RETURN. They lost my business over $5 measly dollars. read more

Even though my nexgen manicure bubbled on a few (4) fingers I am still giving this place 5 stars. I had one of the best pedicures ever!!!!! Their champagne and Rose pedicure is to die for!!!! I will be making this place a regular spot for me. I love that they serve soft drinks and wine and have kid chairs. Seriously love this place already!!!!! read more

Great place! I had the gel done, I was a little skeptical since i was visiting out of town. I was even more skeptical when I noticed the place was next to the gas station, I actually passed it the first time without noticing. The place was great and had lots of colors available. I'm a bit disappointed. At first I loved this place but after several times of having my nails done, the quality in service has decreased. I have showed up 3 times after the opening hours only to find the doors still locked. This saddens me as I love to support small businesses. Also, my nails have been very thick and lift after only a few days. I have taken my business elsewhere due to poor customer service and quality. read more

i go here whenever i'm in a rush or i didn't plan on getting my nails done. sometimes they are great, sometimes not so much, it all depends on who you get. last time i went the man cut me and made me bleed several times, and once i pulled away & he told me "stop moving". i don't think i will be returning, but if you get one of the women they are very sweet and gentle! read more

I came here a few months ago after reading wonderful reviews about this place. I don't remember what day of the week I came but I know it was either a Saturday or Sunday and I know there were only 2 girls working. One girl seemed to be doing all the work, the other girl was just chatting with her most of the time. There were about 4 customers including me and the girl doing most of the work was trying to juggle between all of us at the same time. The girl not doing much was helping her file and buff the nails before and after which she was doing horribly because there was several times I asked her to stop because she was hurting me and getting my fingers rather than my nail. I had a maroon nexgen on from a previous salon that I used to go to when I worked elsewhere from a couple of weeks before so she soaks my nails in the acetone (why? Where's the foil or little finger clips? Because now I have marroon color leaking and staining my fingers). At the end (I really wish I would've done this review sooner and thought to take pictures) my fingers and nails looked pretty horrible. Maybe on a day when they had more staff (but seriously, it's the weekend, where is everyone???) this place would be better but I'll never go again to find out. read more
