Secondly, I got a few suits done and a weeks worth of dress shirts for 1/3 off of what I just had paid in Minneapolis, MN. Lastly, the quality of the cleaning was spot on! It was a busy Saturday and they came right before 1pm :) I was given an email notification, and a text notification! When you sign up, you have the option to give specific instructs/directions, I gave them my location and room number and the gentlemen came right to the door! :) I told him my husband was leaving in the afternoon the very next day and he said, "Not a problem, I'll put a rush on it!" The next day, I sent out an email with a confirmation that our clothes would be here before 3pm (check out time here) and I got a super fast response verifying that my clothes would arrive no later than 2:45pm. Went to take my dogs out, and left my phone in the hotel room, and at 1:50pm I received a text message my DRYver was arriving and a voice message saying he's on his way and to ask for my room number to deliver our clothes. Because I left my phone in my room, he went to the concierge and she called me asking if I wanted him to come, but I said I could run down real quick. He was waiting with all of our folded clothes in an awesome bag and boom! Super convenient! Super easy! Amazing price (21lbs for $34, AND it was rushed) Great customer service! I'm not sure why they say I never responded once customer service finally reached out to me because I have phone records documenting the repeated communication that we had (keep in mind this all happened five months ago, so we are going back in time a bit). Apparently what happened is that even though I submitted my comforter for a *cleaning*, the dry cleaners were confused about what service was needed so decided to try to stitch up a few of the tufts (unnecessary and this is what ruined my comforter). I gave DryV a chance to reclean the comforter (which is why the comment posted to my review doesn't make any sense), and the stitching wasn't fixed. They put a credit on my account, but I have chosen not to use it because I'm so bummed about my comforter being ruined by them. I think it's funny how they offer to reclean my item when I've stated repeatedly that the issue isn't the cleaning, but rather how the stitching came back awry. Customer service reached out to me again a few weeks ago to follow up on how my issue was resolved and I stated exactly what I represent here - that I am not going to use the service given my lack of confidence in receiving items back in their original condition. They put another credit on my account and assured me that they would specify that future orders wouldn't be directed to the cleaner who did the original damage. I wasn't planning on using it, and now I definitely won't now that a company representative falsely claims on my review that I was unresponsive to their outreach. Happy to provide email and phone records to anyone at DryV if you'd like to use this as a learning experience for your team. Good luck with everything. I'm still just bummed over here that I'm left with a comforter that won't lay correctly due to the damage done by the DryV team. ------------------------------------------------- DryV ruined my comforter and their customer service has refused my repeated attempts to get ahold of them after my order was delivered. I had a gilt city voucher for this service, so I thought I may as well get send my comforter in since it's too large to fit in my dryer. As you can see based on the photo, it looks like some seams came loose during the wash and the cleaner tried stitching it up themselves. However, they pulled the seams too tight so now my comforter won't lay flat. It's all bunched up in every spot where the cleaner added seams. This is incredibly frustrating, but what's more frustrating is how DryV has repeatedly failed to respond to my concerns (I've sent two emails two nights in a row after the guaranteed 24-hour response window passed).

Hiring A Personal Touch Cleaning & Restoration was the best decision my family could have made. Andrew and his crew were attentive and meticulous throughout the whole process. For the air ducts they pulled each vent on every floor and wall to ensure nothing was missed. You'll be surprised how nasty the buildup can get in these air ducts if not cleaned regularly! It's already been a week since the air duct cleaning, and I can feel a difference from the quality of the air inside the home! For the grout they sprayed a commercial grade cleaning solution beforehand, let it sit and used their commercial grade machine to pull the soil/dirt from the grout.
