Mr. and Mrs. Park are the most courteous with how they treat their customers; many that have been with them for decades. They don't just do dry cleaning, but alterations as well. I've personally had them stitch up and/or alter very expensive garments of mine that exceed even my expectations. When your clothes dry cleaned, you get exactly what you pay for, you do NOT sacrifice quality by coming here. Parking is ample here though it's at the corner of the strip mall, but you can always find parking. If you do come here, please tell them Jeff and/or Eddy sent you - you will not be disappointed as I never have been as well. If it's not broken, don't fix it, this place has been around for a while and there is a reason why people keep coming back. I would give them six stars if I could. Side note: to the reviewers below that left a single star, take note that if something isn't done right or if you notice a stain - tell them prior to leaving and also inspect before you drop off your items. They always make it right, I've never heard of said described of them not willing to fix an issue at hand.

I called ahead and explained we only had 24 hours before the funeral and were told to come in and she'd see what she could do for us. Some quick pinning and a lot of love shown my dog, and the owner felt confident she could get the alts done for us. She handed the work back to me the next day, offering her sincere condolences, and once we tried everything on, we were thrilled! It's hard enough to get something done on short notice--and I'm never one to rush alterations on good clothing. And given all of the restrictions amid COVID, we were half expecting to tape a hem for my husband's pants and leave it at that. But Hinsdale Cleaners did beautiful alterations work, steamed out the new pieces, and made us feel smart looking for a very important day. I wouldn't hesitate to bring both my dry cleaning and alterations work to Hinsdale Cleaners--you shouldn't, either! Thank you so much!!

She said no, at first, but then said yes, but we don't guarantee any stains. When I went back, she told me flat out we couldn't get it out, and it looked like they didn't even try. I noticed the first time the pleats were not pressed well, and it looked exactly the same, poorly pressed. It was OBVIOUS they didn't even try. Over priced and dishonest.

They said $90 and to come back on Saturday 9/5/26; the ticket said Saturday hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. I went there Saturday 9/5/26 at 4:30 and discovered they decided to CLOSE for the weekend and Monday without ever telling me, so now I had no chance to get my dresses before leaving town on Monday 9/7/26. After I returned, today I went to the cleaners and told them how they screwed me and asked them to make it better - they said nothing. I asked Please take $50 off and the annoyed man said, "Pay $80" That's horrible. $10 off for leaving a 30-year client hanging with no dresses for a major event?? I probably should have made more of a fuss, but I will probably just look for a new cleaners.

I asked if they could tighten the buttons. This is something that I have experienced in my many years as a cleaners customer to be a complimentary service that every other cleaners that I have used has provided. When I picked up my order, I was charged almost $50.00 ($49.50). That seemed like an awful lot for such a small order. I looked at the receipt and there was a charge for $10.00 for the jacket button and $12.00 for the button on the pants, which is ridiculous. I don't know what happened to this place. I think that they might have been sold to Verlare Cleaners.

Highly recommend for alterations, although I can't speak to their dry cleaning services.
