I was extremely nice especially knowing that they misplaced my clothing. She didn't find anything in the system but called me back immediately and said she found them. I was extremely excited and again very nice. She said that half the items were paid for but I still owed $36! Again, I was still extremely nice and said no problem. Definitely should've argued, but I was just excited that they found my clothes . My mom went in to pick up my items and when she told her that they almost got rid of that items because we hadn't been there to pick them up for six months my mom was upset and argued with her over the matter. The lady did not apologize and still wanted my mom to pay $36 which my mom refused. She rudely told her to take her items and leave. She called me separately for I don't know what reason, to get her anger out. Still not apologizing and being extremely rude. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dry cleaners! This is the best laundromat in Chicago . I actually drive out of the city to come to it. It takes me about 20 minutes but it's well worth it because of the price customer service they're wash and fold service that they provide. It's the best place I've been to in Chicago when it comes to a laundromat.
