This is my first yelp review because of my terrible experience that I want to warn customers about. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST CLEANING QUALITY. I called this company to come out and clean a few puppy stains on my light carpet. The tech came and was done in 20 minutes. A week later, all the spots came back darker. I called the company and the same tech came out again (another day wasted). He treated the spots and they were gone. Two years later, we called ECOsteam to come back and clean our carpets. A tech came out, cleaned a hallway and one room (for $179). A week later, 5 huge white spots showed up. The carpet looked noticeable worse than even before we called. I called the company to come back. They sent the same tech out again and another young looking man. They explained that some customers fall through the cracks and unfortunately I was one of them. Carpets looked good for 5 days and then guess what... 5 huge white spots came back AGAIN. I called and spoke to the General Manager. He gave me the same speech about inexperienced techs and how he is going to send his best guy out to fix it. He is also going to leave giant fans to flash dry the carpet (for 24 hours). Now we are on the third day WASTED. The technician called, asking to come a day earlier. I said okay to accommodate his schedule. Guess who showed up... the same two guys as the first two times!! My husband was home and they cleaned the spots, put the fans on for 20 minutes, unplugged the fans and left. 5 days later and all of the white spots came BACK. Of course. General manager tried to blame it on my husband for telling them to take the fans with them. (He then called to apologize that he read that wrong and the tech's took the fans on their own.) Still no remorse or apology from the company. Just a lot of excuses. Long story short... I am left with dirty carpets, no refund, and complete lack of respect for ECOSteam. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company. I will be contacting another company to come out and fix ECOsteam's mess. read more
