They picked up two area rugs, cleaned them extremely well and delivered and put in place. I can't recommend them more highly. There were several unfortunate stains on our living room rug. They were gone after they treated and cleaned them. I paid an additional amount for a special treatment to prevent stains. I'm embarrassed to say that our teenagers rooms were bad. Mystery stains everywhere! I did not think they would come out. After the guys left my husband went up stairs to check it out and he yelled, "oh my gosh!" He could not believe it, I ran up and was amazed! Our carpet looks brand new! It's 15 years old! Fiber King did amazing job. They arrived right on time, protected our walls and our furniture. They did what I thought could never be done! Cannot recommend them enough! Truly terrible customer service. I reached out to request carpet cleaning, and was replied back with estimates and services offered. Once I decided to agree to their service, I emailed back (2 days after receiving the estimate), acknowledged and agreed to the price and requested to set up cleaning on a Friday or Saturday, letting them know I was willing to wait for those days due to my job, even if it would be scheduled several weeks out. NEVER heard back. Must be nice that they have so much business that they don't even feel the need to respond. Rudeness and poor customer service have become so commonplace that we just accept it as part of our daily lives. Why do we accept it? Please let them know it's not acceptable by choosing a different carpet cleaner. read more

I just moved up here from Houston Texas and needed all the carpets cleaned from the movers tracking in salt and sand from the snow. They were excellent. They came when I needed them and the pricing was really good. The guys that cleaned the carpets actually got out stains that my landlord said she couldn't. Both myself and mom have used Fiberking to clean our carpets. They are extremely professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. My mom was closing on a house and found the carpets were filthy once the sellers left. She needed the carpets cleaned ASAP since her movers were on their way to the house. I have tried three other cleaning services and only Fiber King does a consistently good job of cleaning and drying our carpets. Cheaper services have done a much poorer job, leaving stains and residue on the woodwork, or leaving the carpet very wet.
