This is a family owned business so you're helping community vs. a big company! I told her my specific needs as I have mostly all wool rugs and those need special cleaning vs carpet steam cleaning. She was very thorough explaining what they do and the pricing. The pricing was very fair and scheduling was very easy and convenient to my schedule. Patrick the tech that came out couldn't have been more professional and meticulously clean. He suggested I add the rug protector as liquids and stains come right up, don't damage the rugs and kept them cleaner. My rugs all look like new, were deodorized and left smelling really fresh. Robert and his brother, Charlie came out to clean the carpet in the hall, stairs, and bedroom this morning! They were very respectful and told me what to expect. Also, I told him that I am very sensitive to scents, and he let me smell the products before he used them to get my approval. The stairs have been dirty for a very long time, and he was very upfront and said it may not look perfect when he is done, but it is so much better. Thank you for the owner (man who is in the picture....found this to be true after a few people…read moreindicated the guy in the picture is indeed one of the owners) for not getting back to my neighbor and I to which he aggressively harassed us while we were standing waiting for the bus stop with our children. The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.

My dingy, pet stained carpet looks practically new with no chemical or heavy perfumed smells. I also had George clean my white tile foyer (which I hate) with grout that was formerly white and was now brown. I have tried scrubbing and bleaching the grout and never could get it clean, but George restored the grout back to the original white! I couldn't believe my eyes! It looks brand new!
