For the air ducts they pulled each vent on every floor and wall to ensure nothing was missed. You'll be surprised how nasty the buildup can get in these air ducts if not cleaned regularly! It's already been a week since the air duct cleaning, and I can feel a difference from the quality of the air inside the home! For the grout they sprayed a commercial grade cleaning solution beforehand, let it sit and used their commercial grade machine to pull the soil/dirt from the grout.
