They moved a ton of stuff and cleared everything from the edge of the walls. That is where water flows. They had fans and heaters to address the moisture and pulled carpet back to reduce any mold possibilities. He checked on the basement every day for over a week. Then, they came back in and replaced some of the padding and put the carpet back in place. Kyle was an outstanding communicator and kept me informed all along the process. What a great company. Patrick the tech that came out couldn't have been more professional and meticulously clean. Thank you for the owner (man who is in the picture....found this to be true after a few people…read moreindicated the guy in the picture is indeed one of the owners) for not getting back to my neighbor and I to which he aggressively harassed us while we were standing waiting for the bus stop with our children. The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.

I also had George clean my white tile foyer (which I hate) with grout that was formerly white and was now brown.
