They showed up ON TIME at 6AM on a Sunday morning to provide emergency mitigation services. I had never dealt with something of this scale so I wasn't sure as to how to go about doing anything. Chris, however, showed great leadership and concern for our family's needs and safety. He said not to worry and that we would work together on it once the insurance got back to me on Monday. His crew cleaned everything and placed the necessary equipment to ensure that bacteria would not be spread nor mold. He made us feel safe and secure.
