Not sure how I feel about this place…read more.... There is nowhere to really sit some tables would be nice besides these plastic chairs. You can not self load your card with a debit/credit card, you have to go to the counter. It is a bit too cold for my liking.....maybe turn the heat up?? After all it's currently 30° The machines aren't all that large & look very old. No vending machines.....it would be nice to grab a tea, water, small snack & not have to drag my kids down the walkway in the frigid temps. Dryers are awful & don't dry worth pretty disappointing when you have to go to another place to finish what you can't here..... Oh well onto the next place next weekend....not sure I'll be back here. Also you cant put small nominations onto your card! What if you don't use all the money & have no plans to come back?? Do I just toss the money aside Definitely won't be back......update your machines pronto

This place is terrible. The couple that owned the place did great but they retired. The new people…read moreworking just said they were filling in fir a bit... they bought it. They overcharge you for everything and are rude. My brother went to get his suit tailored and it had no more material to pull down so he was going to get a new one. The lady working INSISTED on finding scrap cloths to match it and he kept politely telling her he did not want to be serviced anymore. She was very rude and would not stop harassing him. I just got a brand new dress and wore it once and went to get it cleaned and it came back with several holes in it. Don't waste your time on this terrible place, their is better stuff down the road. They should look for a different t job because they suck at cleaning clothes. Overall... Rude staff They overcharge you They damage your clothes

Use to really love this place. Always clean and staff was always very kind and helpful. However…read morethat wasn't the case last night between 9:30-10pm I went to dry my clothes as I have done since the day of its grand opening. As im loading my last basket into the dryer I start to hear the employee start talking about ME to other customers in the laundromat. telling them "its unfair I got to use the large dryers because I wasn't a REAL customer, like they were." and that i "shouldn't even be allowed to use the large dryers, because now they couldn't if they wanted too." what bothers me is I don't understand her intention in saying anything. not only was it rude and very unprofessional to be speaking about customers behind their back but her end goal is what bothered me. what she trying to start a fight between me and the other customers for her own entertainment? because going around gossiping to strangers is just weird, it felt like she was some high school bully trying to sow discord between 2 people. mind you in the last few months we have loaded and spent well over $500 at this location. I have a infant and laundry is a constant for me, and I was recommended the larger dryers several times before by much kinder employees. Additionally if im PAYING FOR A SERVICE then I should be allowed to use whatever dryer I would like to so long as its unoccupied. Keep in mind never once did she approach me to inform me it was an issue. so if you do go beware of the bright blonde girl, with a tan and tattoos up her arm, she clearly isn't there to make your day pleasant and may even try to start something between you and other people. stay safe.
