The price is low for the wonderful work they do. I brought in a jacket and the sleeves were totally floods on me. I looked ridiculous. They immediately told me they could help, she added on about 5inches and it was flawless. Nobody could tell I had it altered. I will continue to be a loyal customer here and I highly recommend using them for any and all of your tailoring and cleaning needs!

First of all the shirt is couture, and was not remotely cheap, and has only been worn a hand full of times. Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The owner is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Do not spend your money here.

Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of responsibility…read more I had two very bad experiences with this dry cleaning. First, I brought an expensive dress (around $500). When I came to pick it up on the promised day, they could not find it. Staff searched everywhere -- clean items, dirty items, everything -- and the dress was completely missing. Only the next day I was informed that it was "found." Where it was and why it disappeared remains unclear. Because of this, I did not have my dress for an important event. Despite this serious issue, I gave them another chance -- which was a big mistake. I later brought two expensive white blazers (one ~$500, another ~$300). Both were returned ruined. * One blazer came back with multiple stains that were never there before and is now completely unwearable. * The belt from that blazer was also lost and only returned later after I came back again. * The second blazer (part of a matching set) came back yellow/ivory instead of white, making the set unusable. I received my items in worse condition than when I brought them in. When I pointed this out, staff denied responsibility and claimed the stains were already there, which is absolutely not true. The only "compensation" I received was a refund of the $5 cleaning fee -- for items worth over $800 total. If you care about your clothes, especially expensive ones, I strongly recommend staying away. A clean-looking location and decent Google rating do not reflect the actual quality or accountability of this business.

At least 1/3 of the washing machines and change machines are not working. Some just have tape over…read morethe coin slot you really need to look first before putting in a load. Place is kept clean, but even the machines that are working at least top loaders take forever to fill. Took 4 minutes to fill and if you use hot it would barely trickle in. No A/C first time I went in July and thought well maybe they had to get it fixed along with the washers and dryers, but a month later and still not working. I'll go a little further across the river to Cool, Clean and New Machines at Laundry World in Algonquin from now on.

I needed my formal dress repaired (loose sequins) and dry cleaned. They scheduled a pickup and were prompt. They quickly took care of my dress and called me to schedule a delivery. Upon receipt, the repair was perfect and the dress was in excellently cleaned condition. Further, for all of this amazing service, I paid no more than what I would had I brought it in to the average cleaners--more than great value for the price. Highly recommend.
