Above all, the employee that helped me was what made it great! Helpful and friendly made for the perfect combination. She noticed i was not in the system and asked if I had recently moved to the area. when I said I had, she welcomed me to the area and commented on what a nice area it is. She was also very accurate in making sure she knew what I needed with each article of clothing. When my wife picked up the clothes, she also said how nice they were. Now, I realize many people will say, who cares, how were the clothes? I can happily report that they all came out great. I asked for lightly starched, and they were. Creases were all correct. Fold were correct. My shirts actually looked newer than when I dropped them off! As far as prices, I had 3 pants pressed and 10 shirts pressed for a total of $31.00, which as far as I can remember seems about average. This is definitely my new permanent cleaners and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. They argued with him saying it was red sauce (no, it wasn't) and then another guy from the back came out swearing at him telling him he was a scam artist. We had arrived at a pretty easy solution, but they upped the tension each time to really piss us off with their attitude. Just be more customer focused!!

Last week they were at the prices listed below, now they are about $.30 higher. $$$ - Dryers are at $0.55 for 15 minutes What's the same? - Feels safe, well lit, security cameras, bathrooms require a laundry card - vending machines are slightly overpriced, but there's a Dollar Tree within walking distance Though it's more expensive, it's convenient and there's always space.

It completely defeated the purpose of doing my laundry, and now I have to wash everything again somewhere else. When I spoke with an employee, I was told they would give me a credit. However, when I called and spoke with the manager, she refused to honor that, was extremely rude, and even hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. The lack of customer service was honestly worse than the issue with the machines. I understand that equipment can sometimes have problems, but treating paying customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I wasted my time, wasted my money, and was left with clothes that smelled worse than when I brought them in. I definitely will not be returning, and I can't recommend this laundromat based on my experience.
