He then refused to take responsibility and told us that we were wrong, and then he said he will try to contact someone and he will get back to me. After hours of waiting he says there's no one available and then we realized that he completely got our city wrong too! The city he thought we were in was over 100 miles away from us! (And he never admitted fault for anything) He then said that he will find a company to come out that day and our rates will stay the same (which he originally said $99 an hour if we use cash and then he changed it to $105 an hour) and he never called us back! Very unorganized and unprofessional and not once did he even apologize! We will never use this company ever. ****UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE***** There he goes again refusing to take responsibility! We CLEARLY said the 29th and you are incapable of admitting you got the date wrong! And it's funny that you didn't say anything about how you got the city wrong as well. Your response shows why you should get 1 star.

I was told that my two movers would arrive between 9am and 10am. They arrived at 9:10AM! Lambert and his father (the very inspiring) Lamberto got a lay of the land and got to work. I have some large furniture as well as some electronics that I was pretty worries about. Living in a second story walk-up with a switchback and having a similar situation in my home for some of the rooms I was amazed at what this father and son team could do. I am serious, this was heavy stuff! The team was clean, well organized, helpful when I wasn't sure about where something was to go or I changed my mind. I have already recommended them to a local group on Facebook, and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I couldn't believe that they left us and went to another job!

I have very high standards when it comes to handling a move, and they exceeded every expectation. I don't usually leave reviews, but they were so exceptional that I had to share our experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We actually used them twice. The first time was to help move items into a POD when we listed our home for sale. Fernando was so great to work with that we hired them again for our full cross-country move from California to New York once our home sold. What really stood out was how different they were from other moving companies -- our belongings were never combined with another shipment, they carefully packed and protected our large fragile items, and everything was wrapped and handled with incredible care. They made the cross-country move feel effortless, and our belongings arrived the day after we flew in. The entire process was seamless. Joel's team are truly moving rockstars, and we can't thank them enough. Selling a home and relocating across the country is stressful, but they made their part of the process completely stress-free for us. My husband and I are beyond impressed with their work and highly recommend them. We will absolutely use them again for any future moves or even if we just need an extra set of hands. Notably, I found out they also will haul away items too - we never thought to ask them about those services but would have used them for that as we had some large items we paid another company to haul away the day before our full move, but could've just had them handle that too. Save yourself the hassle of shopping around for any moving needs -- just call Jaye and Joel!

The coordinator/administrative staff and movers are all very polite and pleasant to talk to and I…read moredo very much appreciate their hard work. But I must say there is a concerning lack of professionalism in both communication regarding the logistics and handling of the furniture. They did not wrap/pad most of the furniture, did not disassemble the dining table until we asked, and during drop-off there did not seem to be much careful organization or consideration of which furniture to move in first. For example, they moved the TV in before the TV unit and thus had to put the TV on the floor in a way that could have damaged the TV screen when they later moved the TV unit into the room. On top of this we were never informed of the fact that if the move exceeds 10 minutes into the next hour we would be charged for the full hour. The original quote did not include all the fees that were later disclosed when we paid the full balance. When I expressed my concerns regarding their failure to communicate these fees beforehand, I was not given a sincere apology. Overall, the movers seem like very nice people and I sincerely appreciate their hard work, especially considering that one of the furniture (a rocking chair) was quite sizable and required some maneuvering to fit through the door and limited space at the drop-off location. However, I personally would not be using their service again and hope they can improve their workflow for other future customers.

Terrible experience…read more I only had six simple items to move, yet they still failed to deliver one of them completely. My patio furniture arrived missing multiple essential pieces, making it unusable. I cannot understand how so many parts of a single item could simply disappear. Because of their carelessness, I had to drive all the way back to my old residence and search the property myself, with help from the maintenance and cleaning staff, hoping the missing pieces had been left behind. They were nowhere to be found. I lost valuable time, gas, and energy trying to fix a problem that never should have happened. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. My emails have gone unanswered, and when I tried following the contact information they publicly provided in response to another review, the email address didn't even work. It feels like once they have your money, they have no interest in making things right. At this point, I believe a full refund of my deposit is the absolute minimum they should offer. I paid for my belongings to be moved safely and completely, and that service was not provided. The missing items have still not been recovered, and the company's silence has only made an already frustrating situation much worse. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your belongings and expect a company to stand behind its service when something goes wrong.
