Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I was…read moreshopping for either DIY or professional install of security cameras -- for no particular reason at this time. And I only planned to have cameras installed after some work that was scheduled to be done on my new house. I reached out to Eyal of Protection Now via Yelp a few days before the escrow closed on my house. Eyal spent an hour on FaceTime as I showed him around the house to discuss the number and location of cameras needed. The house seemed untouched when it was filled with staging furniture for weeks. Stagers removed the furniture over the past weekend. Upon my visit at the house on Monday, I noticed the patio door of the ground-floor master bedroom was unlocked. I then saw there was water all over the master bathroom floor, the toilet seat was up, the shower door was wide open, residual water inside the bathtub basin, AND there was a lighter on the bathroom counter. Moments later as I was measuring the room, I noticed a partial footprint on the window sill and dirt smear on the side wall of the window. Of course, I called Eyal immediately. He speedily set in motion to get my cameras installed the next day. When Eyal and his team arrived on Tuesday, Eyal made a much-appreciated authoritative suggestion to me to also install an alarm system. They completed the installation of both security cameras and many alarm sensors in one day. Ernesto made sure the apps were set up correctly on my iPhone and patiently gave me a tutorial of the NVR functions. Everything was fully operational by the end of the day. All were done timely and within my budge to feel so much safer. Thank you, Eyal and team of Protection Now!

They recently completed a complex, multi-building installation for our condominium association--designing and setting up a 20-camera security system. The job required numerous long, difficult wire runs through finished interior spaces, and they handled it flawlessly. When we were interviewing vendors, Eyal stood out immediately. Unlike others who tried to sell us standard off-the-shelf templates, Eyal actually listened to our specific needs, working collaboratively and creatively to design a system tailored precisely to our property. Whenever we hit seemingly unsolvable logistical hurdles, his inventiveness and perseverance provided a smart solution every single time. His team--specifically Ernesto and Manuel--were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are exceptionally hard workers who take immense pride in their craft. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they took great care to preserve the aesthetic appearance of our interior spaces during the wiring process. Clean, professional, and thorough from start to finish. If you are looking for someonewho is innovative, reliable, and truly cares about the quality of their work, hire Eyal and Protection Now.

This company said they would sell me a new system to replace system I had. On the suggestion from my wife, I called a computer repair company in Walnut Creek who sent a technician to my house to simply replace the non-functioning HD with a larger, industrial quality CCTV HD. It so happened the technician knew exactly the problem I had and ordered the correct HD. The new HD did not even to be formatted!! Cost for the new CCTV HD was $150.00!!! I don't enjoy being "played" by merchants such as these people from this company!!l Response/reply: I spoke to a "receptionist." She put me on hold for a few minutes; when she returned to the call, she told me the "manager" told her to tell me the company doesn't service systems they did not install. Plus they are not familiar the brand of CCTV. At no time was I given the option or ever asked if I wanted a technician to go to my house to check out my system. The original installer wanted to sell me a new system as well!! The original installer said my CCTV system should be replaced if it stops working because the NVR is not serviceable. My system was warranted for 3 years; the HD in the NVR failed 2 months after the warranty expired. Response: I am simply writing (recording) what I was told by the receptionist. I told her my CCTV was giving me an error message "not recording." I asked her "...do you service CCTVs?" She said the manager said they don't service my brand of CCTV. She said the manager said,, "he is not familiar with your CCTV." ***I found the NVR brand and cameras on AM.Z.N. I simply said "OK!"
