Came on a Saturday to fix a leak in our fire suppression system. Carlos and Lester do great work.

When we were remodeling and realized we needed to move a sprinkler line, I called Carlos at Fortify again since they had done such a good job for me installing the system. I know they are always booked out, but they found a way to squeeze me in so my project wasn't delayed. Big thanks to Carlos and the team at Fortify! read more

We worked with Fortify Fire Protection as part of CaptiveAire hood installation. It was a pleasure to work with them! As a result of several prior installation issues they ended up coming onsite 4 or 5 times without charging extra for the time spent. I would like to separately mention Jaren who not only completed the job but also helped us navigate some of the issues with installation as well as identify the root cause and corrective action on part of our general contractor and electrician. Jaren was always super responsive including on weekends. I would absolutely recommend working with Fortify Fire Protection; they are very supportive and make a rather stressful construction process easier. read more

We were having a home theater screen installed in our ceiling and needed a fire sprinkler pipe relocated. Anthony and Carlos were super responsive and scheduled/completed the work amazingly fast and at a very fair price. It's hard to find smart, eager, and friendly contractors that are willing to do small and larger jobs, and Fortify did not disappoint! Highly recommended! read more

True Professionals. Struck an underground fire sprinkler line to my residential garage while doing some landscaping work. I contacted Fortify and they arrived on time. Thoroughly inspected my fire sprinkler system prior to repairing. They explained exactly how they would tackle the repair. They invoiced me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. I highly recommend Anthony's team at Fortify Fire Protection. read more

These guys have been great to work with. Really look forward to working with them on future projects. Carlos and Anthony are solid guys.

My words mean little to nothing for what Anthony and his team has done for me in a 1 week span. I can not emphasize enough on how incredible and precise Anthony is. My restaurant was in its final phase before opening and the fire Marshall needed to see some changes before signing off. (Side note* Pinole Marshall was hands down one of the nicest inspector I've met.) we'll get back to that. Anyways, I called Anthony to get a quote for ansul, fire extinguisher, and sprinkler. Initially we agreed upon just extinguishers and Ansul (very affordable pricing) but Anthony went above and beyond for helping me with sprinklers as well. He is verified/licensed for everything stated above, but mainly does Ansuls and extinguishers. A week goes by and my contractor told me the ansul was not needed because his people will complete it. Anthony said no problem. (No one works for free). So I thank him for that. Fast forward a week, after some city permit mix up and my ansul not being signed off, I told my contractor that I'll be hiring Anthony to complete the halfa** job they've done so I can finally open. Called Anthony 9PM at night asking him if he can open a slot for me and take on this job. He told me he was pretty booked, but will do it for me because he saw how stressed out I was. I couldn't thank him enough. Came by the next day to knock out some and day after to finish. Marshall came by and signed off on all of them and told me "you're very lucky to have hired Anthony. I have never had a rescheduled inspection signed off in 2 days notice". Not to say, Anthony was late for his next appointment because it took some time for the Marshall to examine everything. long story short, I would have been doomed as the Marshall was going on vacation for 3 weeks. Which means I wouldn't have been open till 3 weeks later. So what I'm getting at is ... IF YOU NEED FIRE PROTECTION WORK. ANTHONY IS YOUR GUY. super honest, clear and upfront about everything. He will make sure his job is done at one location before going on to the next. Anyways, thank you again Anthony/your brother/Carlos for helping me during this process. read more

A HUGE thanks to Anthony and Carlos for answering my many, many questions so patiently and thoroughly after a fire sprinkler issue in my home. They and their crew were so kind and walked me through the entire process. They came out 3 different times for a very small job compared to other jobs, I'm sure, but they took their time to do the best quality job I could have ever asked for. I hope I never need their services to rescue me again but it was a pleasure to work with them. Their honesty, integrity, and excellent work will never be forgotten... thank you, Fortify! read more

5 STAR + RATING I own several properties and businesses and have utilized this companies services over the last several years. Anthony is the owner and was referred by the local fire department. He conducts annual site visits to the different properties and checking/maintaining the extinguishers. He's also very friendly and responsive to calls, texts and emails. We had a an electrical fire and were told by the fire department that the extinguisher saved the property! Better safe than sorry, so what are you waiting for? read more

We brought three home extinguishers to Anthony to assess the cost of replacing the extinguishers versus recharging the extinguishers. He was so helpful explaining everything from the best brand of extinguisher to cost/benefits of replacement or recharging. Anthony only carries the best brands of home extinguishers. We left his shop extremely pleased with his service! read more

I spoke with Ceasefire and asked if they could service my specific needs, but they didn't offer one of the services my building needed. The gentleman was extremely nice and offered 2 referrals in my area that would be able to help me out, I really appreciate the honesty and effort to help me out despite not being able to give the business to Ceasefire. read more

The company that I used to use had gotten really expensive, so I decided to try Fortify. They did a great job! I had one fire extinguisher that I didn't think was accessible (it was in a fenced off area after a fire) and the tech got it. I was thrilled. The price was fair. I recommend them! read more

Anthony is amazing! I work for an auto body shop in Benicia and we were down the the wire after we were dinged on an inspection by the Benicia Fire Department. Our usual fire safety company was unable to come out by our deadline but they recommended Anthony at Ceasefire Fire Protection. I called and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes. He was so kind over the phone even though I was a fast talking mess. He said not only could he fit me in by Tuesday, he could come within the hour! He showed up and took care of our fire extinguisher in less than 15 minutes. He was friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable. I am so glad our regular company recommended him because he saved my behind! G&C Auto Body thanks you Anthony!! read more

Anthony went out of his way to help us when we needed help. Absolutely amazing. Not many companies know what customer service is anymore, but this guy does. He didn't make any money on this service call, but he earned a loyal customer. read more

Anthony the owner was very professional. I'd highly recommend him. He was prompt in replying to my initial query and patiently followed up with me. He explained the process in a way that I could understand, and his pricing was very competitive with the other bids I got. Our HOA will definitely be calling him again next year when we get our 5-year sprinkler inspection done! read more

I've recommended Ceasefire to a few small business owners that I work with. They all have raved about his service and professionalism. The prices are better than most in the area and there isn't a job "too small" for him. It's a great service when you have a small operation and aren't getting nickeled and dimed. The guy was courteous and efficient. Glad to continue to refer to them. read more

We are very happy that Anthony, owner of Ceasefire Fire Protection stopped by our business. He replaced our old extinguishers and threw in free signs. He even pointed out that we didn't need the extra one we had. We appreciate and support small businesses and are happy to give him our continued business. Give this guy a try. read more

Anthony was very easy to work with - he was straightforward, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service/response time - I was able to get in touch with him within 10 minutes of requesting a quote. He helped service 12 fire extinguishers at my workplace (ABC & K) and serviced the industrial kitchen hood fire suppression system as well. He offered competitive pricing and walked us through what would be worked on and what needed to be done; furthermore, he provided another walk-through after he was finished which was great so we could better understand the needs of our facility. He was able to articulate and explain fire/building code requirements other companies had overlooked so that we could remain compliant. There were also a few additional things that needed to be addressed and he gladly helped us fix it without charge. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation and plan to do business with him again in the future. read more

The service at Ceasefire was great. I needed a rush job done and Anthony was here within an hour. The prices were really good and one thing i appreciated was that he did not try to upsell me with products or services, he actually helped me save money.
