5 STAR + RATING I own several properties and businesses and have utilized this companies services over the last several years. Anthony is the owner and was referred by the local fire department. He conducts annual site visits to the different properties and checking/maintaining the extinguishers. He's also very friendly and responsive to calls, texts and emails. My words mean little to nothing for what Anthony and his team has done for me in a 1 week span. I can not emphasize enough on how incredible and precise Anthony is. My restaurant was in its final phase before opening and the fire Marshall needed to see some changes before signing off. (Side note* Pinole Marshall was hands down one of the nicest inspector I've met.) we'll get back to that. Anyways, I called Anthony to get a quote for ansul, fire extinguisher, and sprinkler. Initially we agreed upon just extinguishers and Ansul (very affordable pricing) but Anthony went above and beyond for helping me with sprinklers as well. He is verified/licensed for everything stated above, but mainly does Ansuls and extinguishers. A week goes by and my contractor told me the ansul was not needed because his people will complete it. Anthony said no problem. (No one works for free). So I thank him for that. Fast forward a week, after some city permit mix up and my ansul not being signed off, I told my contractor that I'll be hiring Anthony to complete the halfa** job they've done so I can finally open. Called Anthony 9PM at night asking him if he can open a slot for me and take on this job. He told me he was pretty booked, but will do it for me because he saw how stressed out I was. I couldn't thank him enough. Came by the next day to knock out some and day after to finish. Marshall came by and signed off on all of them and told me "you're very lucky to have hired Anthony. I have never had a rescheduled inspection signed off in 2 days notice". Not to say, Anthony was late for his next appointment because it took some time for the Marshall to examine everything. long story short, I would have been doomed as the Marshall was going on vacation for 3 weeks. Which means I wouldn't have been open till 3 weeks later. So what I'm getting at is ... IF YOU NEED FIRE PROTECTION WORK. ANTHONY IS YOUR GUY. super honest, clear and upfront about everything.
