What really stood out was how seamless and fast the whole process was--I had everything back before lunchtime the same day. That level of efficiency, care, and professionalism is rare. After I showed him pictures and videos of the damage, he promptly scheduled to come over at noon to start the repair. He understood the urgency, since I had to turn off the water to prevent further damage. He arrived on time and as promised! I could not believe it! In my experience, they usually say they'll come over in a span of 4 to 5 hours, only to arrive in the last hour. But not this company. No waiting and wondering for hours about when they'll arrive! I thought the repair was not simple since it involved replacing a meter valve and a couple of pipe fittings. But he finished it in less than an hour. I thought the work done was excellent. From the time I called in until he finished the repair, it only took 4 hours. I've never seen such a fast response, punctuality, quality of service like this company. It's amazing. Thank you!
