The contractor was not able to come up with a design that passed the calculations and insisted the only way to proceed was upgrading the main line (into the meter) from 3/4" to 1". This is a $22k, 4+ month project with the water company. I reached out to CFP based on the good reviews and with the first phone call with Leon found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and confident we can work something out with the 3/4" main. Within 4 weeks we had an approved design and permit from the city. 8 months later we passed final inspection. In all our interactions, I found Leon to be friendly, responsive and generally very helpful/accomodating.
