We can't recommend Todd Morris Fire highly enough. Our first contact with them was around 20 years ago when we discovered that the sprinkler heads in our (then) newly purchased house were part of a recall due to them leaking. Sadly we missed the deadline for the recall, but Todd did right by us. His crew did a great job. Most recently we noticed evidence of a leak on our ceiling. Our roofer identified the problem as being with a leaking sprinkler in our attic. (News to us as we didn't even know they were there.) Kudos to Ryan for trying to get someone out the same day we called, but alas he couldn't make that happen. Gabriel and associate were out the next business day and not only replaced the offending sprinker head, but the other two as a preventative measure. Although we haven't comparison shopped, their prices seem reasonable - especially in light of the quality of their work and great customer service. read more

Todd Morris FP is always knowledgeable and great customer service. They responded so quickly when we were in a bind.

Not knowing where to go, I Googled fire safety and Todd Morris fire protection came up. We called and explained what we were thinking we needed for our downstairs newly renovated apartment. Todd's team came out and not only educated us but gaves us the required list from what we can and can't do installing a sprinkler system. I'm so grateful Marin County has a business like this for personal use residents not only for commercial buildings. We highly, highly recommend Todd Morris. read more

I had a Friday afternoon emergency...our inspector valve on the outside of our house became dislodged. Todd showed up himself late on a Friday to see exactly how bad of an issue we were dealing with and then had Jesus, who was amazing, at my house at 9am Saturday morning. He was quick, efficient, and fixed our issue. Wow. I cannot recommend this business enough. Thank you Todd and Jesus for saving our weekend, as we had no water until the problem was resolved!!! Todd Morris did a great job installing our fire sprinklers and interfacing with Ross Valley Fire Department. He was available and responsive on all communications. read more

There's a reason every review here is 5 stars. The pricing is fair and the service is top notch. Todd and his team installed fire sprinklers for us as part of our home expansion in Millbrae earlier this year. His crew was on time and worked quickly and passed all inspections. What really prompted me to write this review was that they truly stand behind their work and engineering calculations, which was critical for us in successfully appealing a public works (the city) $25K request to install additional pipes off the city main line. Todd and Randy were incredibly responsive and helpful during this stressful time for us as. They provided calculations of multiple hypothetical scenarios the city requested, and in every instance were able to prove the set up as is would work as is. Their deep understanding and professional expertise in this field really showed through. Would not hesitate to recommend them - thank you Todd and team!! read more

We have done a major remodel of our house and needed a sprinkler system put in. Todd and his team did a great job with the entire project from bid all the way to getting the inspections done. This was something that I had no experience with and Todd and his team made the process very easy. It helps when they focus on one thing and do it well. For one of the inspections, it was just me and the fire marshal present and he also had a high opinion of Todd's work. That says a lot. read more

Todd Morris Fire Protection is great. Todd has been in the business for over 35 years. There's no one better out there.

We recently purchased our home and I recently ran into an issue (that I caused myself) when trying to fix a leaky faucet. Todd was gracious enough to send Jesus out to take a look at the fire sprinkler system and he helped me understand how the system works and how to safely turn off the water. I had a plumber over and they were less than helpful! Todd stands by his work and he went above and beyond to send Jesus out and give me great insight into the system they installed. Highly recommend them! read more

We had a water issue late on a Sunday evening with a valve connected between the domestic water and fire sprinkler system. As a result, we were unable to turn the water on in our house, and with 3 kids, this was pretty close to an emergency. Todd responded at 4:45am and had one of his team members over to our house at 6:30am on Monday morning. Problem solved almost immediately after that. 5 stars for the high quality service, knowledge, and prompt response. read more

I can't say enough good things about Todd and crew. We had a fire sprinkler pipe burst at 5am on a Saturday. I turned it off in under 3 minutes but major damage still occurred. :( My first order of business was to get the cleanup people here. Once I had that started I called around to Fire Sprinkler companies to see if anyone could replace the broken pipe as we had to shut off our home water. I had no idea who to call and tried Todd. I left him a message to give me a call on Monday, if possible. Well, at 11am on Saturday he called and said he could send a crew immediately!! They arrived and looked in the area I thought the leak was. In actuality the leak was hidden inside a sheer wall. I have no idea how they found it. While they were here they also replaced the pressure gauge on the system and gave me the special key to flush the system in an emergency. Our family can't thank Todd and team enough for all the hard work - on a Saturday too! Finally, Todd came out to inspect our system and determined the cause of failure - when then house was built a wire was attached to our piping causing even more temperate change than normal. We will have Todd help us fix our system so hopefully this never happens again. read more

Our sprinkler pipe developed a leak, and felt lucky Todd sent a guy over to fix the joint that afternoon. Jesus even found that the one way valve on our riser wasn't allowing water into our sprinkler system. The riser needed to be replaced. Again, I felt lucky that such a big issue had been diagnosed!! Todd and his crew replaced the riser and recharged our sprinkler system to full working order. Thank you for a clean and thorough job!!! read more

On a Friday night, we had a fire sprinkler go off accidentally (kids were playing and knocked it setting it off) creating a lot of water damage. Fire services had to come and shut off our water. Called Todd late that Friday night and he said he would be out first thing Saturday morning. Sure enough, 7am, Todd was there to assess the situation. He sent his man Jaime out to fix the busted sprinkler (and pipe). In less than 2 hours he had it all repaired, replaced our faulty alarm bell, tested the system and had our water back and running. Jaime was very professional, cordial, knowledgeable, and conscientious. They are going to be my FIRST AND ONLY CALL for anything fire sprinkler related! read more

I am contractor and needed fire sprinkers designed and installed on a house I was remodeling in Marin county. I had dealt with Todd from years ago on another project and he was very helpful back then so I was glad I connected with him again. Todd handled every aspect of the project from start to finish and the communication was fantastic, he was in constant contact with me through the entire project. There is no other company that I will consider doing my fire sprinkler needs other than this company! Thank you again for a job well done and I will be using your company for all my future projects, Thank you for the quality work!! read more

Todd and his team are amazing - they're not only experts in fire sprinkler systems but also reasonably priced for such a specialty and valuable service! My pipe burst in the attic and I needed someone certified in those systems to come out quickly to repair it. This is the second time I've used Todd Morris Fire Protection and wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Todd and his team, Carlos and Jose, are top shelf. My husband noticed an issue Sunday afternoon that looked like it could be really bad and was definitely worrisome. They were very professional, courteous and got the job done swiftly, preventing further damage. Thanks Todd! read more

10 years ago I got fire sprinklers put into my house by a sub-par contractor. I had a couple of issues to fix and that contractor would no longer return my calls. Todd and his team came out and fixed the issues in an expedient fashion and at a very fair price. They also gave me advice on how to mitigate the issues in the future. Top-notch organization. read more

I found Todd through a friend's referral and I couldn't be happier with their service. Todd was very responsive on phone and over email. Everything was finished on time. No problem with inspection whatsoever. Pricing was quite reasonable. We actually created some extra work for them because our blueprint wasn't in AutoCad format (our architect was too old school). They were really nice about it and drew everything in AutoCad from scratch without charging us extra. read more

I am a general contractor who needed to engage a fire sprinkler subcontractor who could perform design / build services for the renovation of a 111 year old carriage house in southern Marin. Todd was recommended to me by another subcontractor. Todd over-delivered on every promise made. His crews were punctual, clean and driven to get the job done. His crews were eager to offer solutions to field conditions encountered while on the job. I look forward to worker with Todd as my go-to fire sprinkler contractor on future projects . read more

Had what I thought was a leak in my fire sprinkler system. Called Todd and although his team was all out on other jobs he came over in person within minutes. I'd hire him in a minute if my fire sustem ever needs work. read more

Todd Morris was incredibly responsive on a weekend morning when we needed an emergency fire sprinkler repair. He sent a technician within hours and was upfront and clear about the estimated cost. It's been 5 years since Todd Morris installed all fire systems in our new home in Kentfield. Were happy originally once we moved in, and still happy. I decided to write this review since earlier this week I reached out to replace one of the sprinkler caps with a larger one since my drywall guys left a gap that was bugging me - he instantly knew which one we needed and had it for me same-day, very responsive the entire time. read more

We're in the middle of a remodel / addition in San Anselmo and couldn't be happier with Todd and his crew. We found him first on Yelp and then others that we spoke to kept bringing up his company. Turns out he lives in our same neighborhood, so it was no-brainer. Once we started the project our general contractor even said that Todd is one of the only fire protection companies he uses...because they're trustworthy, reliable and do amazing work. We're new to the world of fire protection, but Todd has been amazing at getting us up to speed and explaining the entire process. He takes care of everything (design, permitting, installation, trimming out) and it's a relief to know that we'll have that significant layer of safety for our new house and family. Given how many positive things I had heard about Todd, he was the one sub-contractor where I didn't even bother getting other bids. If I were to do it all over again, I still wouldn't even bother with other bids. He's your guy and you'll be glad you went their direction. read more

Wow, I am just so impressed with the service, responsiveness and overall experience with Todd Morris and his lead foreman, Jesus! We have had a bad ceiling leak which I thought was from the recent rains and we have had no luck getting any roofer to even respond to emails or calls. After I realized that the the sprinkler head itself may be leaking, I called Todd Morris this morning. Two hours later Jesus was at our door, very patiently diagnosed and explained the leak, helped me to better understand our fire suppression system and had the faulty part replaced quickly. I am so pleased with the service and this company. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend them for your fire suppression/sprinkler needs. read more

We worked with Todd and his team for the design and installation of a new fire sprinkler system for our house, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. It was Memorial Day Weekend - friends visiting - the sauna & jacuzzi were in full use! All of a sudden the sprinkler head in the sauna 'went off' and the fire alarm sounded! We managed to turn off the water main and silence the alarm - but then what?!? Enter Todd Morris - the 'super hero' of fire protection and fixing problems. He answered our call directly, understood the situation, and arrived in solution mode. He explained in simple (but specific) terms what had happened and he provided various solution options. He provided an immediate solution to get us 'back on track' and then set up a follow-up appointment to provide a more comprehensive check. He also took the time to explain the complete system and helped us re-set our valves to make sure our water supply was back to 'normal'. What could have been a major disaster actually turned into a great learning experience - thanks to Todd. We suggest you have his number ready just in case! Safe & satisfied in Tiburon. read more

I called Todd to bid a sprinkler system for a house I'm remodeling. I also called two other fire sprinkler contractors. Todd made it easy to decide who would do the work. He was responsive, prompt, and professional from the start. When we first met to go over the scope of work, he indicated that his crew would consider things like sprinkler head placement in relation to light fixtures. He also indicated that he'd do what he could to fit my smaller project into the schedule quickly. He also gave me a price that I thought fair. He kept his commitment to get plans and engineering calculations done promptly, and a crew out to do the work in the time frame we discussed. His crew was outstanding. They were fast, communicated well, and did excellent work. Todd responded to calls/emails quickly and professionally. I would (and likely will) hire Todd again without reservation. read more

As part of my renovation, I was required by the city code to install a fire sprinkler system in my house. Not too familiar with such systems I did an online search and came across Todd Morris Fire Protection here on Yelp. I called Todd and he was able to come out to my house the same day, walk around and give me some valuable information about what's involved in installing such a system. Soon after, he was able to provide me a detailed quote. For my situation, his designer was able to create a system that will work just fine based on the pressure of the existing city water line coming into my house, thus saving me thousands of dollars in not needing to install an expensive reservoir and pump. Todd took care of getting the permit from the city. The installation of the entire system in the house by his team was fast and efficient, and all done within the original quote he provided. His installer was on hand when the city fire inspector came for the inspection, and the entire experience went very well. If you're looking to install a fire sprinkler system, I highly recommend Todd Morris who specializes in this type of work. read more
