Our roofer identified the problem as being with a leaking sprinkler in our attic. (News to us as we didn't even know they were there.) Kudos to Ryan for trying to get someone out the same day we called, but alas he couldn't make that happen. Gabriel and associate were out the next business day and not only replaced the offending sprinker head, but the other two as a preventative measure.
