We had to install new fire alarm bells in all 18 units plus common areas. The whole process from beginning to end was excellent. The quote I received form the beginning was exact! No added costs were incurred even though I anticipated some. They got the permits, scheduled the inspectors and even posted notices on the doors. Bryan Corsi was the project manager and he went above and beyond to ensure that this pretty big project went as seamless as possible. I manage the building and also renovate properties for a living and I will say that this organization handled this project from start to finish with the utmost of professionalism that is hard to come by. I highly recommend Aura Fire safety and particularly Brian. He really went above and beyond to make sure that the process was as easy and simple as possible and he truly delivered. 5 stars!

The service was incredibly fast, and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend FIRESHIELD for both business and home service. They got the job done quickly and professionally, and I'm very grateful to Aaron for making the process so easy. Thank you!

Michael had great reviews and could come out sooner than the rest, so he was my first call back. But when his price was the same, I told him I just couldn't afford it again and thanked him, hoping to find someone willing to work with me to waive the 4 hour minimum for a 2 hour job. He completely surprised me. He texted back offering to walk my plumber through the job himself -- and then called in the special parts for me. No charge. Who does that for someone too cheap to hire them? Michael is a genuinely good guy, and the next time I need sprinkler service or anyone I know needs it, he's going to be my first call and recommendation.

After I showed him pictures and videos of the damage, he promptly scheduled to come over at noon to start the repair. He understood the urgency, since I had to turn off the water to prevent further damage. He arrived on time and as promised! I could not believe it! In my experience, they usually say they'll come over in a span of 4 to 5 hours, only to arrive in the last hour. But not this company. No waiting and wondering for hours about when they'll arrive! I thought the repair was not simple since it involved replacing a meter valve and a couple of pipe fittings. But he finished it in less than an hour. I thought the work done was excellent. From the time I called in until he finished the repair, it only took 4 hours. I've never seen such a fast response, punctuality, quality of service like this company. It's amazing. Thank you!
