Yummy food, good vibes, shop for 805 gears. Servers are nice, they even tell you what's happening around the town. My server suggested us to come back to Solvang in Christmas!! Looking forward to it. Sadly they ran out of the Mind Haze to-go-pack I wanted to buy.

We are staying at the Hampton Inn and decided to walk to the Firestone Walker brewery up the way. Always wondered what it was like. Very nicely done thoughtful interior. Comfortable booth seating bit lots of table to accommodate larger groups, events and bar seating. There is also a nice patio that must be wonderful when it's warmer. They did have heaters out there. Nacho provided us with an enjoyable experience. The food was very fresh, well presented and delish. Can't ask for more. So glad we went and look forward to returning.

First time at this location. Family friendly. Beautiful day for patio seating during lunch. Light crowds. Our waiter was helpful with beer selections and food. We will definitely be back. Just a short bike ride or drive away from anyone staying at Flying Flags RV Park.

Stayed in Buellton for a wedding and Firestone Walker Brewing was a 3 minute drive away from our hotel. We met up with another couple as well. We were seating immediately. The brewery was amazing inside so cool! We ordered the brussel sprout appetizer which was amazing and smokey. If you love brussel sprouts you will automatically love this dish. I ordered the S.O.B. - South of the Border Salad with chicken. It was very good! It comes with a jalapeno dressing which wasn't spicy at all. I'm not a fan of spicy stuff so it wasn't overwhelming for me. Our waiter was amazing and so friendly and personable. It was so good we come back the next day for lunch. This is a must place to visitor if you ever catch yourself in Buellton.

A brewery with a great use of space and own built in restaurant. They have a AC and a nice sized patio. Love the simple decor and use of old kegs, its all in the details and the history of how they came to be. We stopped by for a couple beers so we sat at the bar for faster service and Mark was very friendly and attentive as well as the rest of the staff. We got to sample a few of their beers and took a couple growlers to go. We enjoyed our short visit so will def return next time for food and more drinks when we're on this side of town again. Loved the use of old kegs to lock your bikes and the old outdoor tractor for pics. They also have plenty of parking and are kid/pet friendly.

My husband, Father and I were famished. As soon as we all unloaded our things at our hotel we drove around looking for places to eat. Christmas Eve and all this was a difficult feat. But we found Firestone Walker Brewing and we were please beyond words. They accommodated us(10 minutes) before the LAST serve. They were so nice, the music was good and THEIR service -OUTSTANDING'. 3 - fish n chips a beer and 2 root-beers! DELICIOUS

Everything is good. Sure the bill might end up being bit pricey but the food and drinks are absolutely good. The smash burgers, The portabello mushrooms, the fish and chips are amazing!

We stayed down the road from here for a friends trip. We guessed a group of about 15 including kids would be hard to seat. But two nights in a row we were welcomed in and taken care of!! This location is HUGE! The first night was almost more special since we got sat in an emptier side room that felt so private and allowed us to catch up without feeling like we were interrupting other groups. Our kids could wiggle too since it was so spacious. The staff here was fantastic! You could tell they were working hard but also enjoying their customers. Our waitress the first night (i wish I got her name) was so friendly and even came to say hi the second night, even though we weren't in her section. Food and drinks came out quickly. We weren't never feeling rushed or like a burden. Im so glad we visited this location!

We were coming from Solvang headed to Lompoc. And decided to do dinner here. AMD boy am I glad we stopped by. The place is huge from the outside and impressive in the inside. The place looks top notch probably the best looking brewery I've ever been too. We were at in the dining area on the second teir were you could see the entire brewery. We all ordered some of their beers and input our food order after the beers showed up. The beer were delicious, crisp and smooth. Depending on the ones we're each got. 3 of us ordered burgers and one ordered poke tacos with fries on the side. Everything, and I mean everything was amazing. The burgers were smashed to perfection and juicy. The fries were crispy and garlicy. And the poke tacos delicious and refreshing. Every moment we spent here we enjoyed. Next time I am visiting in the area I will stop by again.

Another delicious dinner at Firestone Walker Brewery. I had the pleasure of eating the Brie & Prosciutto with hot honey pizza & my husband enjoyed the Italiano pizza. The ambience has a fun bar vibe & the service was good.

Always love Firestone! But had to remind server for happy hour discount and still was fully charged for one of the two beers. Make sure to check your tab with your server!

One of the only restaurants/breweries in Buellton/Solvang but it's worth while. Located off 101 highway exactly next to Hampton Inn Hotel. Interior decor is super cool. Nacho my server is so helpful and super attentive. Burger, fries and poke tacos were delicious and fresh. Beer too many good ones to choose from. Plenty of free parking in lot or on street. I shall visit again really soon. Stop by for happy hour $5 beers and $2 off appetizers 3-6p daily but Saturday. There is locals discounts on Mondays too.

Had great drinks, food , and service while sitting at the bar at Firestone Brewing. It was Sunday and they made sure we had our NFL game on the TV right in front of us for optimal viewing. Love that they do a dry rub on the wings and they were cooked extra crispy just as we requested. The michelada was delicious and had all my favorite garnish!

The staff was so attentive to my mom, who's 90th birthday we were celebrating. The staff was busy with us and the other patrons, so I didn't get their names. Our waiter gave great suggestions. I would never book an event at this venue. First, there are two separate rooms connected by a hallway. Apparently the host of the event was not notified there was another party going on in the backroom. This normally wouldn't have been a problem except the food from the kitchen had to be brought through our party. Not enjoyable when we are all starving and the food keeps being brought through our room to another party instead of to ours. Unfortunately, it gets worse: I put in a simple order for my kids: 2 buttered spaghetti dishes. The head waitress put the order in on the computer (at least that's what it looked like). Ok so 10 minutes go by and still no spaghetti. My kids are starving so I ask nicely about the spaghetti and the waitress brushes me off and says it's on the way. What made me really mad was when another kid received his ravioli that was ordered 10 minutes after my order. And we still didn't have our spaghetti! At that point I was pretty upset so I asked the waittess if the pasta was being made because an order after me just came through. Instead of admitting she forgot my order (which was obvious) the waitress gaslighted me and said our orders were placed at the same time. I was with the other person who ordered the ravioli and he definitely put his order in well after mine. After about 30+ minutes my kids just ate the bread and gave up. The spaghetti finally came out and no one touched it. The waitress didn't apologize for the wait or anything. She just placed the spaghetti on the table and walked away. I've never been gaslit by a waitress in my life. Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. I will never come back here again.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. We were looking for a laid-back and unique venue, and Brass Bear absolutely delivered. From start to finish, the team (especially Emily!) went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The space itself is welcoming and full of character, while also feeling elevated and thoughtfully designed. We actually saved a lot on decor because the venue was already so beautiful on its own. The top things that really set Brass Bear apart (aside from the space itself) were the staff and the food/drinks. The staff -- Every single person we worked with was kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly and that it was truly the party of our dreams. They were incredibly accommodating, handled logistics seamlessly, and anticipated needs before we even had to ask. It honestly felt like they cared about our wedding just as much as we did. Also throughout the evening, on their own, the amazing staff checked in on me and the groom, seeing if we wanted a drink refill or a cup of water. The food-- Hands down the best menu we sampled while choosing a reception venue. We wanted a place that would have a spread guests would talk about long after the event, and for months afterward our friends and family were still bringing up the tri-tip and how good everything tasted. Not only was the main food insanely delicious, the welcome charcuterie table was put together beautifully with so many options. The drinks -- The open bar was fantastic! Brass Bear offered a great variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as part of their open bar, the flow of guests being served at multiple bar stations stayed steady all evening with no bottlenecks, and they even helped me create a custom cocktail to match my purple hair. I also probably emailed (literally) a thousand questions throughout the planning process, and every single one was met with a kind, thoroughly explained answer, or a "let's see if we can make that work!" response, which made the planning feel like a breeze and really fun. If you're considering Brass Bear Brewery for a wedding, celebration, or any special event, do not hesitate. They helped create memories we'll treasure forever, and we are SO grateful we chose them. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Seemed to close early, 8pm, for a brewery, but I guess it's a quieter area. Arrived past 7, hoping we can still get food and we were still good for food and beer! Ms. Kristie was so efficient and friendly and awesome, hustling back and forth from reception to seating and dropping by to check on all the patrons. Like a one woman show! I went for the Peanut butter falcon since I like a good brown beer. The peanut butter was initially nice, but it kinda became tiring as the sips went along, since peanut butter seemed a bit much over the beer. Got wife the German Pilsner and that was excellent! Smooth with a hint of malty sweetness too! I am thinking maybe the Lawn Order blonde ale is probably going to be great as well, but too full from late lunch to consume more than one. For food, went with the birria melt and the salmon salad. Birria melt had some awesome authentic flavors to it! Kid devoured it with the consomme. I enjoyed a quarter of it, but too full, so worked out perfect since kid didn't want to share more either, lol. Salmon salad was perfect! Pan seared on both side for that wonderful crust yet tender goodness. Salad dressing with cherry and almond slices made this salad so enjoyable while staying lighter. Was not expecting such salmon from a brewery, excellent food here!
