    Cold coast TRIVIA NIGHT
    Paige H.

We love love love coming here for trivia tuesdays. This place gets packed and everyone has a great time! They bartenders here are awesome people! They have seven beers on tap and our favorite is the Guvn'a. There is plenty of seating and there are lots of board games on the wall to play while tasting their drinks. This place is family friendly. They have a few non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase as well. Pints are $7 and military/first responder discount is available for $1 off your pint. They do not serve food at this location, but they do host food trucks on certain nights. Come check it out!

Counter to order from and the menu. Beer in the glass is a honey blonde.

This spot is so fun! It sort've feels like a high school gym on the inside- wooden floors, rounded ceiling, lots of space to move around. There's tons of seating and on the Friday I was here it was packed! I'm a big fan of blonde beers and theirs is really good! It was easy to order at the counter and then mosey around the brewery. It was also pretty easy to find parking right on the street. Definitely check this spot out if you're in the area!

    Flight of beer, yes please!

Came on a Tuesday night/Trivia Night, super entertaining. Wether your playing or not it's still fun! Beer is good, my favorite is the Guv'Na. So grab a flight and choose 4 beers. I need to try the food truck Kekas that is here too!

Cool spot! Came through on a road trip and the vibe is nice, I was one of the early people so not much of a crowd but based off the amount of tables I can see it picking up nicely especially in summer. Tried the red and the porter both tasty brews only down side is when I came I was hungry and the food truck that day didn't come until 6 so found grub elsewhere. Male(only) beertender was friendly and music on point, tad cold but could be due to less humans when I was there early probably warms up with the crowd. All in all good vibes, and happy hour brews. Cheers

Pictured left Tropical IPA, right the Double IPA, both delicious.

Was camping at Jalama, needed an afternoon break and a cold brew. Came to the right place. Nate was more than welcoming and kind, had wonderful beer suggestions and talked with us about the surrounding area. Now on our regular stop list, cold coast brewing wins.

Ask the Community - COLD Coast Brewing

    Is there outdoor seating?

Shannon, I am so sorry for the slow reply. We do not have an outdoor area in our unit. We would love one, especially during the summer, but our building goes right up to the property line and there is not feasible way to carve out an outdoor area.

    Can we bring kids?

Yes, please. We are a family friendly brewery here for the community. We have a large line of craft sodas, board games, coloring books, origami, etc... Some of our best singers during Karaoke night are 13-14yr olds.

    Do they have poutine?

The Brewing Co does not offer food however they allow for food trucks to sell food outside the brewing.

We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which was surprisingly delicious and the wife ordered a beer. We sat in the bar area and I decided to go with the self pour option where they give you a card to tap a sensor and select any beer on tap to pour yourself. Me and a buddy of mine had some issues with a few of the self pour taps where we just believed they were out of beer and it also over charged us. I told a server about my single issue where it over charged me and he said he would take care of it but my friend had the worst of luck. 2/3 beers he attempted to pour were simply out. This was when Jess, our savior came to the rescue. When it was time to pay the tab, she comped both of our orders. Mind you, I had 4 beers. Guess what the total was? Yeah, $28. Paid for my wife's beer and our pizza and because I had a single complication with the beer self pour station, she comped the 4 beers I had as well as my friend's order. This is Grade A customer service and a reason why I'd return to Blast 825 Brewery, so shoutout to Jess! We all appreciate you.

While I had high hopes for a good meal, the experience was significantly marred by several issues: Poor Service: We were largely ignored, with staff failing to address requests. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, leading to incredibly long wait times for service. It took 25 minutes to be asked what we were drinking, and another 20 minutes for two beers to arrive Food Quality Issues: The food served was of low quality, specifically corn rib appetizer were ice cold , the tri-tip was very over cooked and was difficult to chew. My wife ordered the orcutt hill salad entree. The salad was missing two ingredients. Prosciutto and candied pecans. When asked about it the waitress said I will bring you some. She brought a cup of smoked ham, not prosciutto. She indicated that the kitchen was out of candied pecans. Don't you think that should be disclosed to the customer before ordering ? The salad was small, not an entree size. When we asked about seeing a manager, we got a bill with a neighborhood 15% reduction. When asked about that, I was told, that's all the manager is willing to do. Really ? I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Sincerely, A Disappointed Customer

Out of the 3 bartenders working, only one (a really knowledgeable guy that did his homework about the food and beer) was reliable. They have two bars and this woman at the larger bar took forever to serve us and it wasn't busy at all. When we got to her counter, she seemed annoyed and said that the Amber Beer we wanted wasn't served at her bar and we had to go to the smaller one down the walkway (the Amber was on her menu board, by the way). We got to the smaller bar where the smart guy was and he said he could get us the drink but needed to go to the larger bar we just came from because that's where the tap is. We told him what the woman said and he just shook his head and apologized. This adventure alone took a good 25 minutes. Next up, the food. We saw a sausage combo plate that a young female waitress was carrying and asked if they were different sausages, her reply was "No, All three are the same". We asked the only bartender we could trust and he said they were all different and described in detail what they were a the flavor profile. I thought the ambiance was nice and Danish but the beer and the combo plate was just ok. The owners need to do some remedial training with the staff and teach them how to not only speak with customers but to know what they are serving and where to get it. No pics necessary, but I'd love to go back and allow them to do it again and I will improve my review.

Seemed to close early, 8pm, for a brewery, but I guess it's a quieter area. Arrived past 7, hoping we can still get food and we were still good for food and beer! Ms. Kristie was so efficient and friendly and awesome, hustling back and forth from reception to seating and dropping by to check on all the patrons. Like a one woman show! I went for the Peanut butter falcon since I like a good brown beer. The peanut butter was initially nice, but it kinda became tiring as the sips went along, since peanut butter seemed a bit much over the beer. Got wife the German Pilsner and that was excellent! Smooth with a hint of malty sweetness too! I am thinking maybe the Lawn Order blonde ale is probably going to be great as well, but too full from late lunch to consume more than one. For food, went with the birria melt and the salmon salad. Birria melt had some awesome authentic flavors to it! Kid devoured it with the consomme. I enjoyed a quarter of it, but too full, so worked out perfect since kid didn't want to share more either, lol. Salmon salad was perfect! Pan seared on both side for that wonderful crust yet tender goodness. Salad dressing with cherry and almond slices made this salad so enjoyable while staying lighter. Was not expecting such salmon from a brewery, excellent food here! Locals seem to love this place too until closing time I guess, since a group that seemed to be bar hopping arrived exceited when we got there too:)

We waited about 15 minutes until one of the servers came to take our drink order and then we sat for a half hour before anyone came to take our food order. And the only reason the guy came over was because I kind of gave some eye contact. He was very nice and apologized for the wait. And I sure wish he would've written down our order because it came out totally wrong. We ordered an extra patty on the side, it was missing. They gave me ranch dressing for my salad and I ordered balsamic. They forgot our sweet potato fries so we mentioned it to the runner who served us and they didn't come out until our food was almost all eaten and they still charged us for it! Crappy customer service! Then we waited way too long for the check and I had to go find someone to ask for it. This was the longest stop for a burger ever! Seriously you guys need to pull it together! We've dined here twice before and never experienced issues like this. We came from Ventura as we prefer it over the one near us so this was not worth the drive. It just seemed like a flaky night of unorganized everything! Probably won't bother making the trip again.
