Bought these tires from the Firestone in Springfield TN. Had a slow leak in one and found a nail in it from construction. The tech wrote the WO to repair it. After he got the truck on the rack there were 2 objects in the tire about 3 inches apart. The manager came thru while I was out and when I got back he told me Firestone would not let him repair per thier policy. Took it to Brothers tire 1 of the objects had not made it into the tire and they repaired the other with no issue. I have had several of my cars and trucks in there several times but will no longer use Firestone in Springfield Tennessee's services again. read more

**MUST GO PLACE** Despite any previous reviews let me tell you about my experience with Firestone In springfield with the help of Wren and Anthony! My wife and I were traveling cross county from NC to CO. Our first day we drove just outside of Nashville and stayed the night. The next morning I was desperate to put antifreeze/coolant in my truck I knew it needed it. So, I put green antifreeze in my truck... big NO NO. Once I felt my gut telling me I should not have used that I began researching if this was something I needed to fix or let slide. Turns out it was an immediate danger. I picked up the phone and called the only place open on a Sunday, firestone in springfield. I was greeted with a generous voice and explained how I needed immediate assistance. I was directed to take my truck over to them to have them look at it and see how bad it was. We drove 15 min from where we were and when we arrived a gentleman came out and met us in the lobby. Now, still reluctant and ready to hit the road he took my keys right away and they had my truck jacked up in 10 minutes. This ironically was my birthday and they had no idea, they immediately began flushing the old coolant and fixing the issue. While they were looking at the truck they told me my wheel bearing was loose and needed replaced. With no question of their integrity I told them to fix that too. They had us back on the road in 2-3 hours and we arrived SAFELY to our destination. Wren was very helpful and Anthony was a skilled technician who had proven competency. Schedule an appointment online three days ahead of time for an air conditioning problem and when I showed up to my appointment I was told that the AC tech was not in that day. The man at the counter told me I should've called to confirm that the guy was there that day. I explain to him when I made the appointment that I specifically put a description in the request box. Tried to get a truck aligned after say they could do it was not able to because it wouldn't fit on the rack most useless place ever

First of all, stay way from this place. Dropped the truck off on Wednesday morning, no call that day. Called the next day in the morning and they hadn't touched it. They said they would get on it right away. I showed up at 3pm and they hadn't touched it. Not only that but their front counter guy, Bradley Wyatt, was rude and as slow as molasses. There were 2 people the the waiting room. One had been there since 8:30 am. The other had been there for an hour waiting on a tire rotation and oil change. Bradley Wyatt basically ignored me for 15 mins while I was standing in the lobby. I finally told him which vehicle was mine. He looked for the key and then went into the garage. When he came out he hot on the phone, helped another customer. He left me standing there for 30 minutes. I asked again about the truck and he just said,"It's not ready yet." I contacted the manager whom I spoke with earlier this morning. He said he would have someone start on it right now. 30 minutes later they pulled the truck in. An hour later it was done. So they had it there for 2 days for an hour repair. Not to mention this is the 4th time it's been there for the same problem. The lady waiting on the oil change was still there when I left. We purchased lifetime alignment for my kia soul ,I got tired of paying over $700 for a set of tires at Firestone and when we started getting it aligned using tires I bought for $232 for a full set on Amazon they started telling me parts in my front end were bad and couldn't align it correctly ,I replaced the parts myself for $40 they were going to charge $312 to replace them and come to find out those parts weren't even bad but I already bought them and just put them on ,in the 6 months I got 6 alignments and the car drove worse and worse with each alignment until I couldn't drive it in the rain because it was so squirly,my tires in that 6 months and 6 alignments are now bald and my rear tires are like new!,on my 6 th alignment the mentioned that it could be my rack and pinion going bad and it would be over $1500 .i got a second opinion from holinsworth and had them do a full inspection and determined the only thing wrong with my car is the alignment! $100 later and my Kia hasn't driven this good since new ! This ordeal cost me over $500 to recover from and endangered my life and prevented me from going to work when it rained .when I confronted the salesman at the desk he said there were new workers there and need more training and the alignment racks were malfunctioning and he'd have the manager call me ,he never did so I called the customer service and made a complaint and she said someone will call in a week so I called again and talked to someone and they said there is no record of my complaint and would call me back in a week and they never did so I called one last time and got the same run around , this corporate company doesn't care about its customers or their safety and is a well played scam .you will find integrity at your small mom and pop shops rather than this heartless soulless corporation .the better business bureau is going to know about this . read more

What's the purpose of an appointment we were scheduled for 12pm and it is now 2 hours later, we are still waiting and our vehicle still haven't went back to be inspected. The only reason we decided to come to this location was that it was close to a car dealership and we needed a preinspection prior to purchasing. We should've just went to our go to location on Fort Campbell, KY. What a horrible experience and poor customer service with this particular Firestone in Springfield, TN. Never again! read more

I took my car here for a simple tire patch and rotation. Something in my rear right tire causing it to lose pressure over time. Simple, right? They called me back saying I need 4 new tires. Now I'm not new to car things, and I knew for a fact I've got at least another 25k left on those tires before I even have to think of it. I took pictures doing the penny trick just for verification and I was well above Lincoln's head , looking at it upsidedown as you're supposed to. I have been to this firestone on 4 separate occasions, and the employees here have been so helpful and are quick to save you money where they can! My car is usually fixed within an hour or so. They are quick to answer any questions, and they are very transparent on how long the fix will take if they have an overflow of customers. LOVE this place! read more

We had a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change and wiper blade replacement. It took 1.5 hours after the scheduled time for them to even take the car back to the bay area. It then took an additional hour for them to come and tell us that the car needed new tires. We said No Thank You. Finally three hours after the scheduled appointment we were charged $96.78 for an oil change and wiper blades, those cost $30. WE do not recommend them and will never go bacj!! read more

I went to this firestone having a bad power steering leak . They looked it over and gave me a 1800.00 estimate on repair. I drove it home and my brother fix it by replacing a 10.00 hose. I don't know if it was because I'm a woman. But I will never go back, Avoid any and all service work. read more
