Discount tire is my go to place! Exceptional staff, always going above and beyond! I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase my tires!

UPDATE 1/23/26: I've been going to Discount Tire for years. Always helpful & quick service. Today's visit was for a rotation & balance. Appt at 8:15. Granted, I was dumb & chose the day before snow-mageddon to do this, so the wait was longer, but it's overall been longer each time. Appointments only help so much. The wait time tracker is almost pointless. They (assuming driven by Corporate) book too many appointments, not leaving adequate room for walk-ins. People will arrive after me without an appt but be serviced before me. Churn & burn. Everyone is overworked. Back to my point - Somehow, they didn't have a deep socket for my lugs. I saw the guys looking through the cargo area of my car for a deep socket. I think it'd be courteous if they asked me first before searching my car. I could have told them nothing was back there. Just stop & think about what you're doing for a second. Shoutout to Jaime (always great service) - he went to Lowe's & bought a deep socket to get my car done while I was there & even gave me a socket to keep my car for next time. Talk about an awesome guy! 1.5 hrs later, my car was done. I get home to find another nick on one of my wheels (special order from Japan; took 3 months to get). And, yes, it was definitely DT, as I check my wheels closely, and this time it was next to the lug nut. It's the second time it's happened. Once when I had the tires & wheels installed, and today during the first rotation. The guys in the bays are simply going way too fast. They're overworked & paid too little. I'll just do own rotation going forward. It's not worth the wait & continuous damage to my wheels. I still love Discount Tire & will return. But, Corporate, in the rare chance you read reviews, allow more time between appointments & maybe implement additional training in the bay. read more

Bought tires here about 10,000 miles ago. Been here several times for issues. The problem is always that they overbook appointments. This time I made a 1:15 pm appointment for tire rotation and balance. I checked in at 1:00pm. Was told via text I should be out by 2:02pm. It is now 2:08pm and my car hasn't moved. This is the second time in the past two times they have changed my tires that they damage all 4 wheels. They left pry chips on the edge and scratches all the way around the outside of rim. These are custom powder coated wheels that I have to get fixed AGAIN because they don't train properly. Tire machines are never to touch the wheel but they don't know how to properly use them. NEVER LETTING THEM INSTALL TIRES AGAIN. read more

Took my boyfriend's car here for a balance before leaving for a roadtrip. Paid $60 and the tire pressure was off on all 4 tires even after leaving the appointment. It was brought in with 3 of the tires at a 26 psi (32 recommended for the car). Not sure how you can properly balance tires with the psi is not to factory recommend psi. Also, told them there was a nail in two tires and they said they checked all tires and pulled one but the receipt says they didn't find any nails... Just take your car someplace else. read more

Rollin' On! Well, I don't know much about tires except for the fact that they are expensive. We usually go to our hometown "good 'ol boy" shop but since we were out of town for errands today we decided to check out Discount Tire. We're going on a road trip this week so the sooner we could get new tires the better. I just had four 16's (I think ) put on my Yukon for $400 and some change here. Cheaper than any of the other places that quoted me. And man were they fast! We had just enough time to pay, sit and have a cup of complimentary hot chocolate, take a potty break, check in on Yelp and they were done! And this place was full of people! The workers were on the ball! I definitely recommend stopping in here for speedy quality service! read more

Look, the guys here are quick and good at their jobs. I never give reviews but I'm pretty unhappy wasting $2200 on mud tires. I have had these Mickey Thompson Baja boss mts for about 12,000 miles and the wear on them is astonishing. The guy at discount tire just looked at me and said "we'll that's what mud tired do" I have had the nitto trail grapplers for 50,000+ before these and they were awesome, as well as the geolander mts and they never did this. The Baja boss' have lost like 25% of the tread already and I have rotated them twice. I called Mickey Thompson and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I'll have to buy new tires in about 10,000 more miles and it definitely won't be Mickey Thompson's ever again. I'll be going back to nitto. read more

After gateway gave us a run around and being charged twice in the same day for an alignment that didn't fix the issue, and tried to say truck needed $1800 worth of work not related to the issue. Three visits to them within less than two weeks. Finally took the truck to discount who has documentation and pictures that, not only are the two front tires two different sizes from the back tires but the back two tires are mounted backwards. Yet gateway kept saying nothing was wrong with the truck. The truck belonging to a couple in there 60s one who just had two heart surgeries and couldn't ride in the truck due to the wobble so bad. Discount resolved the issue for 250 dollars and a hour wait. Thank you discount for putting safety and your clients first! read more

Went to get my tires rotated, got pestered to buy new wiper blades, plus new lug nuts because mine were worn and damaged. (They are the only folks that have touched them the past half dozen times. I wonder how that happened.) I've bought several sets of tires from them. I think I'll do something different the next time around. read more

I called and they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment, James at the front desk was so kind and so knowledgeable, and the service its went so quickly! Incredible customer service. I came in after getting a flat, which turned into a new set of tires. The team was great, and I really appreciated their assistance. I went to turn on my car after service, and it wouldn't turn on. Dead battery, seemingly out of nowhere. Long story short -- several team members assisted in trying to jump it, to no avail. I picked up a new battery and they installed it, going above and beyond the service I expected. They just did it to help me out. They truly care about their customers, even when it had nothing to do with their original services. I can't thank them enough for their help today. Real deal, amazing people. read more

Absolutely terrible service. First they call me to tell me my tires are in and they are not busy so I should come in. When I arrived the lobby was full and I was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. So they told me to come back at a specific time. When I returned I was told I didn't have an appointment and it would still be a 1.5 hour wait. They have absolutely no respect for the time of their customers. read more

I went to get my Michelins rotated today as Discount Tire has a lifetime rotation and repair on these tires. They took my keys and went out and measured my tire depth as I witnessed from inside. They came back inside and told me they could not rotate my tires as they were worn out and considered bald. I asked them how this could be as you could look at them and see they are not bald and they only had 34,000 miles on a 60,000 mile warranty tire. They would only tell me that they could not rotate them but they would sell me a new set of tires. They would only say that the depth of tread and pro rating the existing tires would not allow any discount of any tires although they only have 34,000 miles on 60,000 mile tires. I would not reccommend this company as they only want to sell new tires and obviously when you only get 50% of wear out of them. Approach their warranties with caution and don't pay for any additional services as you will not get the service as I describe above. read more

I was visiting my family in Gallatin and had driven a rental car down from Columbus, Ohio. While returning to Gallatin from Nashville my low tire warning light came on. I pulled over and saw the front left tire was low but saw no indication as to why it would be low. I filled up the air and drove closer to Gallatin and stopped at the Publix to pick up some things. I came back out and the tire was really low again. So I pulled in to this location just down the road to have it checked out. I was immediately greeted by Josh and I explained the situation. He took a cursory look and also saw nothing visible. He said they would take it off and check it out to see what was wrong. After about ten minutes he returned and advised me that there was indeed damage to the inside side of the tire which unfortunately was irreparable. The only option was to replace the tire. Josh advised I double check with the rental company and determine their policy and if they would reimburse me if I had it replaced. After checking with them and getting the ok we had it replaced with a used tire and they had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Josh was extremely nice and helpful and helped make a stressful situation less worrisome with his demeanor and service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone for their tire needs! read more

Even tho my ONLY intent was to get a tire plug i ended up getting 2 tires..but its cool..i needed them anyways..staff was very nice i forgot the guys name that dealt with me (i think chris?) He was very nice and professional and they iffered free coffee while u wait! I love free stuff lol was able to leave and return when it was my turn in line so the wait was nothing! read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 2/10/22 at 9:00 AM CST. I was there at 8:52 AM CST. I was greeted by an individual who took my name and phone number. I received a text with my name spelled incorrectly (Timarka Hummbard). I approached that individual and informed him that my name was wrong. It should be "Kimarka Hubbard." He told me that it was okay. I approached Nathan, someone that worked there, and asked him about the waitlist. He said that it was normal procedure. I believed that because I asked about the waitlist I was targeted as aggressive. My car was pulled into the bay around 9:24 AM CST. I saw another car taken to the bay about 10 minutes later. That same car was finished before my car. I received a text that my car was complete at 9:46 AM CST. My car was taken out of the bay about 5 minutes later and I noticed that the technician was talking to another technician through my window for about 5 additional minutes. When I finally retrieved my vehicle, my tires were just as soiled as they were when I took my car in. While waiting on my vehicle I noticed that every vehicle had their tires sprayed and wiped down once completed. This was not the case for me. I believe that because I am a black woman and asked about the waitlist status I was treated as an agitator. I am very disappointed and cannot express enough the feelings that I felt after leaving this establishment. read more

If you are a woman who wishes equal service, do not go here. I called this store yesterday to make an appointment to have my tire fixed or replaced. Chris told me that I didn't need an appointment, that I could just come in and get it fixed in an hour. I went today and stood at the counter for 15 minutes with 2 employees standing right there in front of me, and neither attempted to help me. The phone rang several times and they answered the phone and helped the people on the other end. When I was ready to leave without service, one of them finally asked if he could help me. They put me in the lineup and informed me that it would be 2 or 2 1/2 hours before they would get to my truck. He suggested that I go eat somewhere and come back...I left and went to Gateway Tire just up the road, where I was greeted warmly and treated kindly and like an equal rather than like some dumb woman. I called and told Discount Tire to take me out of the lineup. Gateway fixed my tire, and I drove home. Soon after arriving home Discount Tire called to tell me that my truck was coming up after a few other cars...wow...never again. Never. read more

After contacting Discount Tire via their website as well a few phone calls from me to them and them to me, I'm HAPPY to say the situation I discribed prior HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION. They eagerly found/replaced my Chrome Valve Stem Caps, offered to place them on the valve stems for me and thanked me for my business.
