Frustrated, I took the car to ATR who diagnosed it as a bad computer very quickly. They also realized that my car was under a computer warranty and got me a new computer and fixed my car for free. Most recently, I took my Ford Edge to them to have my wiper switch and door latch replaced, and the work came in $300 cheaper than quoted. The car developed brake issues immediately afterwards, but they took it right in and fixed it, and although I was still having fluttering after a few days, they took it back in and fixed it free of charge. This place is absolutely fantastic, and I recommend it to everyone that needs work done.

They have bent over backwards to make me happy and do not try to stick me with additional charges. When another reviewer complains about paying for a diagnosis, remember that a doctor will still charge you for an office visit and their time even if you do not have the medical procedure done. Took my 2022 Telluride here for a rear end repair, was here for 4 months(parts were unavailable for…read moremost of the delay) went to pick the car up and was rejected as there was a lot of unfinished items, went to get the car again and still was not repaired correctly. Ended up taking the car back damaged and settling for a lower amount from the shop. Currently having the car re-repaired(finding a shop to do rework is almost impossible) turns out the car has more work/damage than it originally went in with, about 10k in repairs from a rear corner panel job, 80 of the car had overspray, horrible tape lines, interior damaged from improper window installation. Had to replace most of window trims around the car from razor knife gouges, the list is never ending it seems. Mechanically they repaired the car properly as far as I can tell. I won't be returning to this shop, even for the free oil changes promised for the inconvenience and botched job. Check out how much/thick the body filler is!
