Took my 2022 Telluride here for a rear end repair, was here for 4 months(parts were unavailable for…read moremost of the delay) went to pick the car up and was rejected as there was a lot of unfinished items, went to get the car again and still was not repaired correctly. Ended up taking the car back damaged and settling for a lower amount from the shop. Currently having the car re-repaired(finding a shop to do rework is almost impossible) turns out the car has more work/damage than it originally went in with, about 10k in repairs from a rear corner panel job, 80 of the car had overspray, horrible tape lines, interior damaged from improper window installation. Had to replace most of window trims around the car from razor knife gouges, the list is never ending it seems. Mechanically they repaired the car properly as far as I can tell. I won't be returning to this shop, even for the free oil changes promised for the inconvenience and botched job. Check out how much/thick the body filler is!

Arrived about 10 minutes prior to opening. Waiting room was already full of people who apparently…read moreknew something that I didn't know about what time the business really opened. Asked if I could get an oil change done. Was told they could not get to me today And service manager pointed to a stack of work orders and car keys that had already been logged in for oil changes. Asked if I could schedule an appointment for sometime next week and was told they only do first come first served and do not make appointments. He said That they had tried appointments and it didn't work. My guess is that it worked fine for their customers, but didn't work for them so they chose to go with their convenience rather than their customers convenience. By the way, if you don't actually open at the time posted phow the hell is the customer supposed to know when he has to get there to get an oil changed done? Long story short, found someplace else that could do the job and was at least somewhat interested in my convenience. Will continue to use that company and to recommend it. Do not recommend this place unless you want to arrive the night before and spend the night in their parking lot so you can be at the front of the line when they open, whatever time that may be.

They fixed a tire we had a blow out on with a tire we already had. They rotated our tires for free since we bought them there. Very busy place, so you can wait in the lobby while they work on your vehicle, but they need to update their lobby TV and stock their vending machines. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place.

They needed to keep my Jeep overnight, and arranged a ride home for me within minutes. I then waited to receive paperwork via email to put my deposit down for the vehicle, since an agreement had been made. Later, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold out from under me AFTER I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle. My best guess (assuming positive intent on the saleswoman's part) is that she forgot to mark the car as sold, so it was mistakenly shown to another customer. Regardless, Gupton failed to honestly own up to their mistake, which was quite maddening. When I showed interest in a comparable vehicle, since the one I preferred was sold out from under me, Gupton dragged their feet on matching the deal we'd already agreed upon. Really bad impression of these guys -- not only failing to own up to their mistakes, but also not even making an effort to make it right with the customer... Too bad -- took my business to another Jeep dealership that was very pleasant and honest!

Oil/filter change only took an hour. Waiting area is quite comfortable too (unlike other dealers I've been to). Checkout was nice and quick. In and out to get back on the road.
