This place scammed my 76 year old father by selling him a battery they didn't install. My father…read moretook my mom's 2019 expedition in for an oil change and asked them to replace the battery also. The battery was fine but was the original from the factory. They were about to take a long roadtrip to see friends so he wanted to avert any unnecessary emergencies on the road. Six months after they supposedly installed a new battery, the battery died. When my dad took a look at the battery, it was the same Ford OEM battery that came with the expedition when they bought it new, not the replacement this place sold him. When he took it back they gave him some BS story to explain what happened. They did finally install the battery he bought 6 months prior. If they will pull this scam on an old man, they have no moral compass and I would advise all to stay away.

I will definitely shop here again.

I definitely will not be returning.

I was not told my car would be taken out for a test drive, inspected for anything but my AC. I received my first phone call, telling me about the problem with my AC. It could be corrected; the cost would be $2065. My second phone call was to inform me the mechanic had found other issues with my car, plus the mechanic had broken my engine oil dipstick. There would be an extra charge to me for the replacement of the dipstick. My car had just gotten a complete checkup 30 days prior and except for the engine oil leak none of the other items mentioned were found at the prior inspection. when I went to pick up my car, I was directed to the credit card reader to make my payment. Upon review of my statement, I seen that I was charged for using my credit card. No one told me there was an upcharge for using my credit card. I was also told that my oil change was 10,000 miles overdue. I asked if anyone had checked the windshield sticker, to actually see when my last oil change was done. That was a collective NO. I would not recommend this A&R auto repair on Warfield to anyone.

When my high school sweetheart 2010 Chevy colorado (254,000 miles) started having some engine trouble months ago I started self diagnosing & running tests when I had spare time. After changing some minor components & doing some routine maintenance didn't solve the problem I looked online for e local reputable shop to have the fuel pump pulled since I didn't have the capabilities to drop the tank easily at my house. Woodard's had a visible track record of providing good service for this specific repair online so I decided to try them out. They were only 12 mins down the road from my house so it was convenient as well. When I came by on a Monday the gentlemen at the counter said they would have it looked at & call me within 24 hours. That was done as advertised & they also suspected the fuel pump was the issue. I was given a quote & gave the go ahead & had my vehicle back & running smoothly within a few days. They could have done it same day but I told them no rush as I have another vehicle. Price was reasonable as I had them throw a few extra components on while they were servicing the pump (emission solenoid & in line fuel filter). Will definitely use them when I encounter something I can't tackle myself.

I paid just under $250, dropped off at 8 am, picked up at 1 pm. Very polite and respectful. No appointment, first come first serve. Honest and reliable (apparently, my breaks were about 50% worn but the rotors had a lot of rust. I was given an option to do nothing or just get the pads replaced). I would go there again when the need arises.

Once we went in to pick up the car, they told us it was $985.44. Wouldn't explain why the price changed. We paid and saw on our card we were charged $1015. Called them and they claimed they replaced our air cabin filter (we never wanted nor asked for that or approved it) and charged us for that as well as a surcharge we were not told about. They said they would refund those but we needed to wait to talk to Nick. Called Nick later and he said he will not refund anything like we were told we would. We paid for a service we didn't ask for and a surcharge we were not told about. Expect to pay more than you were told and for no reason. Shady business. Unfortunately now will have to dispute on our card.

So not only do they lack in CS they over charge, and they will strip your lug down and bolts will be broken.
