I arrived on Wednesday at 1230pm and it was the perfect time. The tech was Ryan Shaw and he did everything as expected. Thank you Ryan!!!! When at the counter I was greeted by John who took all my info. Thank you John and to all the staffs at the counter. On that day (8/17/2022) everyone there was friendly and actually spoke. That was a nice treat because at times when they are soooo swamped that the verbal customer service is bare minimum, but that day it was standard. If anything was above standard I'd give that shout out to the tech Ryan Shaw for efficient service to my car. There was no stalling; he got to work and did what was needed, timely.

Tony and Angel were exceptional with communication. Seems everything at the moment appears good with the car and the repairs. Time will tell. I would recommend this place based on the only my visit there. 5 stars overall. The one item which is odd they changed the driver setting 1 to another setting which wasn't necessary. They were really transparent with me when I got there and they told me that they didn't have the Lugnuts for my Jeep on site and they were going to call to their other site across the street to see if they had any. They told me they would bring some over and check if they would fit and we would go from there. Everything went really smoothly. And when I told them I was going to call an Uber so I could go back home to check on my dogs. They kindly called an Uber on my behalf. They also did a complimentary detailed inspection and told me about a few things that I can look into repairing in my vehicle in the future. They even gave me an estimate for the cost of the future repairs. The only thing I got done today was replacing 20 swollen Lugnuts on my Jeep. On Reddit I saw that it typically costs about $300 to get them all replaced and here. I was able to get them replaced for about $250. It's always nice to get a good deal. The man who helped me was really friendly from the moment I walked in the door and I really appreciate it. The customer service and pricing are great here. I'll be back for the other repairs in the future.

This was the worst experience I've ever had when having my vehicle serviced…read more I came in with a Groupon for an oil change package that included: - Fully synthetic oil change - New standard oil filter - 50+ point courtesy digital vehicle inspection - Disposable fees - Lube chassis and top off fluids I had a 9AM appointment, which I mentioned to Rendon Durazo at the register when I arrived. I was told there would be a two hour wait because several other vehicles had arrived around the same time. This was frustrating because I had a scheduled appointment, and the Groupon stated that the wait could be up to one hour. I asked Durazo if they allowed double booking because I couldn't understand how multiple customers could have appointments at the same time. He confirmed that they do double book appointments. Since I had already arrived and had no other option, I agreed to wait. Fortunately, the actual service took a little over an hour, which was better than the two-hour wait I was initially told to expect. Unfortunately, the problems continued after the service was completed. I checked under the hood before leaving and noticed that neither my coolant nor windshield washer fluid had been topped off. I went back inside and notified Jose, who sent the mechanic out to speak with me. I explained to both of them that the fluids had not been topped off, even though this was specifically listed as part of the Groupon package. They both told me that they do not top off fluids as part of an oil change. I pointed out that "top off fluids" was clearly listed under the "What's Included" section of the Groupon, but they continued to insist that they do not provide that service. Durazo then mentioned that they do not top off brake fluid, which made me realize there was a misunderstanding about what was included. I explained that I was not asking them to add brake fluid or transmission fluid. I was referring to the coolant and windshield washer fluid that are commonly checked and topped off as part of an oil change service. The mechanic then explained that they did not want to add the yellow coolant because the coolant currently in my vehicle was pink. If that was their concern, I would have appreciated someone simply asking me before making that decision. Instead, they chose not to top off the fluids and sent me on my way without discussing it with me. I am also unsure whether the 50+ point digital vehicle inspection included in the Groupon was actually completed. I am glad that I always take the time to inspect my vehicle before leaving a shop after service. I can only imagine how many customers may simply get back into their vehicles and drive away without checking whether everything included in their service was actually completed. My advice: Always perform a final inspection of your vehicle before leaving the shop and signing off on the service. This was my first time trying a new service location instead of the shop I normally use. I decided to try somewhere different because I wanted to save some money, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the double booked appointment and unexpected wait, to the confusion over the services included in the Groupon and the lack of communication regarding my vehicle, the entire experience left me questioning the quality of the service I received. I understand that there can be misunderstandings, but when a service is specifically advertised as being included in a package, I expect the business to honor what was advertised or clearly communicate any limitations before completing the service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location. I'm sharing my experience so others can make their own decision and, at the very least, remember to inspect their vehicle before leaving after any service.

So, I went in there because they're the only shop that was open in Alpine, California. Bill the owner had advised me that to diagnose it alone is $115.00, then what ever the issue was.. they would go from there. About 45 minutes later, I was told that I needed to replace the glass window itself, it would have to be special order, and it would take a few days for it. First of all, I'm only in town for the weekend. How is that even possible, our resort will not valet it nor we can even park in the parking structure due to the window not closing... Just great! So, I spoke to the mechanic Chris, a very nice gentleman, who had explained everything in details. Also, he resolved this problem in the meantime. But, I would have to take care of it as soon as I get back home. I am forever GREATFUL for CHRIS, you are brought humanity back to my world. I thank you for your help.
