I was having difficulty finding a place open nearby that could replace a specialized light bulb for my car, and I happened to drive over to Honest-1 Auto Care. Not only were they able to squeeze in an appointment for me, but they also helped me feel reassured that everything would work out...and it did. I stopped by a few weeks later when I had a light appear on my dashboard where I thought something may be wrong, but it turned out to only be my fluids were low. The Honest-1 Auto Care team came out and looked at my car, refilled my fluids at no cost, and then told me to head over for a regular check up (which I did a week later at my dealership). They also fit this appointment in between their busy day of appointments. All of the staff from the mechanics to the customer service team are all friendly and happy to answer questions even for someone like me who doesn't know too much about cars. They follow-up as needed (by calling you when your car is ready), and they are honest (thus their name!) and will let you know what you really need and what you do not need. I know they saved me quite a lot of money, time, and stress! Watch out here!…read more Something in the wash chopped off my tire valve stem. I entered the wash with all my tires at 35psi, as I saw on my dashboard. By the time I was out one of them was at zero. I almost couldn't believe it, but I'd noticed before it's a weird entrance-- a sharp left turn and your tires always hit the track hard. Thankfully Ken, the manager, was extremely helpful and put on my full-size spare for me right there in the parking lot. He's a great guy and tried to make it right. The next day I got a new valve stem at Discount Tire for free. This ended up just being a small inconvenience. But if a customer didn't have a spare, or the damage was more severe, or Ken wasn't working, it could be a big problem. Not worth the risk. 5 Stars for Ken. But 1 star for the faulty track system. 2 stars, I guess.

I went to one place before this and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait, the next place told me I would have to drop my car off for a few hours just for an oil change.
