I called them on a Friday at about 4PM. I asked JOEL if it was better to bring it in tonight or before they opened on a Saturday at 8AM. They said just show up tomorrow and we'll get to it as we can. I was there at 7:50 AM for a drop off. They did not contact me until 3PM on Saturday to say that they haven't fixed the AC yet but they have changed the full synthetic oil ($107 - $15 website coupon) and tested several other fluid with "corrosivity strips." Both the brake fluid ($125) and radiator coolant fluid ($170) tested "bad." I gave approval to move forward. Hey, I'm not a mechanic nor have access to these "magic testing strips." I received a call at 4:30 PM on the same day (Saturday) that the AC had been charged but the compressor is not coming on. It's too late to diagnose so we'll have to keep until Monday. Monday comes and I receive a call at 4PM when they said the AC compressor is dead. $1,284 to replace it. In for a penny, in for a pound. They claim the part is in town and can be received early enough on Tuesday to have it back to me. Tuesday comes and instead of a call saying your truck is done (in time for my Social Distortion concert which I made them aware of) they now say the entire system is "flooded with contaminants" and we'll need to replace the condenser and extension value. Now they have me over a barrel. No additional discounts are mentioned nor offered. I received word the truck was done at 5:45PM and to come pick it up in the next 15 minutes or wait until tomorrow. I took my truck in for AC service and oil change. I leave paying $3,394.16. Was it required? Again, only people with car maintenance knowledge can judge. Will I ever recommend them? Absolutely not. I'm pretty sure that I covered most of their costs to repair my truck over the 4 days they had it. They did not even thank me for my business. Photos of invoice are included here so you can verify my review.

The experience confirmed my instincts. I waited almost ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged i had pulled up. The technician mumbled, couldn't explain the services, and struggled with the tablet to scan my VIN. He also seemed unsteady on his feet and not fully present. The entire experience took over an hour, they didn't rotate my tires as I requested, and the staff were visibly unprofessional, with one technician even coming in to the lobby to complain about the first technician. When I got my car back, there were oily fingerprints all over my car - on my leather seats, dashboard, and exterior. Asking the technician to help clean it up didn't work, so I ultimately had to do it myself. Worse, my car was smoking when I arrived at my destination, apparently from oil spilled on the engine resulting in burn off (photo attached). The 2nd technician recognized how unprofessional this experience was and gave me a discount, which I appreciated, but it doesn't make up for what occurred. I don't trust that the work was done properly, and I won't be back. If you want quality, reliable service, go elsewhere

I have no clue what they were thinking to place this man in charge. When i walked in to pick up my keys he asks which car. I answer ( a hyundai) but he keeps repeating back nissan altima which does not even sound similar. After more clarification he finds the folder of information for my car, which is where my keys should be. They weren't in there. They lost my keys?? They did eventually find them but I was shocked at how they ended up lost in the first place. Additionally, they had my car sitting in the parking lot with all 4 windows rolled completely down. Now I'll be honest when I say my car isn't the cleanest so i had a few extra personal belongings in there that were just left out for the public to access/take. When i went inside to ask why my car was left for me to find in that condition, I was cut off by Ken screaming at me. Yes, he screamed! I was taken aback because I work customer service and I know that is never an appropriate response . With crazy eyes, he yelled that I should be grateful for what he did and that I'm lucky he didn't charge me $1000. He then told me it was policy -- to leave all four windows down in the parking lot, which i find hard to believe. With him not letting me get a full sentence in, I walked out. Ken was aggressive, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Managers should not be acting like maniacs, even if a customer has a complaint. This changed my perspective of the whole experience as I had spoken with Juan up until that point, who was professional and knowledgeable. Maybe he should be manager as Ken clearly cannot handle that role.
