Watch out here! Something in the wash chopped off my tire valve stem. I entered the wash with all my tires at 35psi, as I saw on my dashboard. By the time I was out one of them was at zero. I almost couldn't believe it, but I'd noticed before it's a weird entrance-- a sharp left turn and your tires always hit the track hard. Thankfully Ken, the manager, was extremely helpful and put on my full-size spare for me right there in the parking lot. He's a great guy and tried to make it right. The next day I got a new valve stem at Discount Tire for free. This ended up just being a small inconvenience. But if a customer didn't have a spare, or the damage was more severe, or Ken wasn't working, it could be a big problem. Not worth the risk. 5 Stars for Ken. But 1 star for the faulty track system. 2 stars, I guess. read more

This place absolutely rocks! I always get my car washed there and last year I cracked my windshield. They recommended their sister company Clearview Glass and Tint. My insurance didn't cover the windshield replacement so I called around for quotes. Not only was Clearview Glass less expensive, they gifted me a free exterior detail. I opted to spring for an interior detail too. I just picked it up and Angel and Malik did an excellent job! My car has never been detailed so I was really happy to see how shiny it was! Had a popped tire here last summer in the drive through & thought I would give this location another chance , unfortunately the service is sub par .. they are only trying to upsell & if you get the 5$ special they are incredibly unkind ... One of the worst experiences of my life! I tried to cancel my membership over 3 years ago and they still kept charging me monthly just until now. They should pay me back that bogus $800 they charged me over the years. The said they would help me get a new windshield and offered me a full detail for getting my windshield replaced. When I went to claim the my full detail they completely denied me they owed me that and lied to my insurance company about the whole thing. My car got stuck in their car wash tire mechanism several times which caused me to be late for work and angered lots of people behind me. The straw that broke the camel's back was they completely bulldozed the whole building and said they were rebuilding it and will be back in several months, in the mean time they were still monthly charging us subscribers every month. Then we were told to visit another Jackson's car wash miles miles away, complete BS! I called several times trying to cancel my membership, filled out their forms online to cancel, called my bank, no help whatsoever, I finally went down to one of their other stations about 30 minutes farther and raised hell with them. I know another person that went through this too. I had to get new bank card so they wouldn't keep charging me again! After being a monthly subscriber to the all you want car washes, I have cancelled. I've gone through on numerous occasions and not had my car clean. I didn't know until I got home. Today I had to ask to have my side of the windshield dried. I didn't realize until I got into the sun that the other side wasn't wiped nor any of front of the car. I always tip and it irritated me. I drove around to the front. The young man was on his phone. I explained and he said I should drive through again. He had nothing to do and could have dried it off. I called and cancelled. Been coming here for over 5 years. Staff is routinely helpful and professional. This last 6 weeks we have noticed that some detergent powder was still stuck to the car in different places. Today was not as bad. We got home and garaged it. Hours later, came back in to the garage and it smelled like detergent. Something is happening with the way the car is rinsed or?? I have been using this car wash for the past Two Years. On 1/11/2023, I pulled in to have my car washed and the guy who was running the hook up directed incorrectly. This caused my bumper Yo be broken and pulled almost off. Today I received a call from their manger of Corporate Services. According to them it was error that caused my bumper to be pulled off. They also changed their full service system to one you drive through, I assume in an effort to improve the actual speed of getting your car washed. I don't think that is the outcome they are getting. I have bought their annual pass every year for about 7 years and I'd say the service and quality has gone down over the seven years. They closed their store and went cashless and next I'd expect to see them go with actual workers. It seems like a text book case of what not to do if you own and run a car wash. My current Full Service Car wash is being renovated so I decided to try Jacksons. I have never used this location but now after doing so, I must say the service was very disappointing. Two young men are on the drive to check in a truck in one lane and a new Hyundai Ionic car in front of mine. After about 5 minutes of waiting behind the car, the attendant came to my car but was told he needed to go to the truck first. It turned out the other attendant was only there to fix windshields. After explaining I wanted the wash, wax, tire cleaner, and hand dry I paid $20.00. I still waited for the Ionic to move; they seemed lost. After my car went through the wash an attendant spent 30 seconds wiping down the front windshield and back window. That was it. No tire application or detail to removing water with an air hose and drying the car. This was evident after I looked at the car when I reached my destination. If I wanted water spots I could use a garden hose at home! Overall, very slow service, no sense of urgency, and a poor job cleaning the tires and drying the car. It is very unlikely I will return to this car wash. If you try them, do so at your own risk! I do not recommend this business. read more

As a busy mom the express wash was perfect for me to run though quickly with my baby and do a 5 minute vacuum maybe once every other month or so. Well now it's only for members which is really inconvenient. It makes you feel pressured into doing a full service wash which with a one year old is not realistic or to purchase a membership which I just don't get my car washed that often to feel comfortable paying for a membership. When I saw this I literally turned around to find somewhere new. I think this was a very bad move for Jackson's. First time here. Drove in and starts with Heavy sales pressure for monthly cleaning program. Just wanted exterior wash plus wheels and tires done. WORST CAR WASH EVER! About 2 minutes wash and dry and 45 second tire dressing and it looked it. $20.00 for nothing - a monsoon would have been better...No wonder it wasn't the least bit crowded. The new car wash drive through and cashless system is highly undesirable. It's confusing if you need an oil change and have to go through the car wash system and vacuuming THEN the oil change. You stay in your car through the wash and drying stations, then get out and wait for someone to acknowledge you so they can take the car to the oil change bays. We will not be coming back. Bummer because I have gotten car washes and oil changes at this location for over 10 years. The customer experience was not considered in the new set up. Absolutely horrible! Honestly, the place is a total ripoff and I would even go as far as calling this place a scam. If I could give it a zero I absolutely would. Horrible I have tried several times also (like an idiot) and it's the same crap over and over. When I went the first time (a few weeks ago), they sold me on a full detail for $300+ for my other vehicle that I wanted to have detailed. They told me if I bought the full detail in advance at that moment (for my other car) that they would give me a full wash on my current car for free that day. Stupidly I purchased it. They told me I didn't need my receipt for the full details because it was saved under my cell number, name and my license plate of my current vehicle. I went today (two weeks later) to have my other car detailed. There was no record of it in the system. Nothing under my name, my cell number or my license plate number as they told me. The manager was helpful as I showed him the credit card charge in the history of my charges, plus a couple employees remembered seeing me there to wash other vehicles too. The manager told me thy would do the detail and call me when the car was ready. Keep in mind that I went there with 2 cars... I VIP wash of the one car and the other was being left for the full detail (which they explained takes a few hours). By 5pm I had not yet been called and they closed at 5:30pm. They had the car for over 5 hours by this point, so I called at 5pm and said that no one had called me yet. The person that answered the the phone had no idea about the car I was describing. I gave her the make, model, and my name. She was not able to assist. I asked for the manager and the she told would have the manager call me back in a minute. I waited and waited and no one called me back. So I called again at 5:20 (yes 20 minutes later and 10 minutes before they close) and no answer over and over. So they are closed now. I don't have my car. I am heading to the airport tomorrow morning too, so now my wife has to uber over there (with our kids) to handle this mess tomorrow. Insane. To rub salt into the wound... as per the offer when I paid them for the detail, they would also perform what they call a "vip wash" to my car other car that I had with me today. So they washed my other car and wouldn't you know it... the car is barely clean. The inside is actually still dirty. They didn't even vacuum it. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Car wash member no longer!!! Yesterday, my car was damaged while getting it washed at their PV location. I called the location upon getting home and noticing the damage (right rear passenger side damage), spoke to the manager (Jonathan) and showed him the damage. His response was that of immediate denial. I explained to him that the damage was not pre-existing and that the fact that the paint chips were still fresh right after a wash was a pretty good indicator. Not our machines I was told despite showing him the recent damage that would Have not shown after a fresh wash. Signed my formal Complaint form there but basically they take zero responsibility for anything. So disappointed, I have been a member for Years, had my car serviced on several occasions and even had them replace several windshields And tints. Things I've learned from coming to this location... don't! I upgraded the wash from basic to VIP and my car looks the same if not worse. Save yourself the money. The add ons are a joke. They're included in the VIP but if you're going to add them on to your wash... don't! The thing that really pissed me off and made sure that I need to look elsewhere for car washes and oil changes happened to me yesterday. I've been coming here for a while and the staff has always treated me right but the work is pretty hit or miss. I usually end up cleaning the inside and vacuuming it again myself afterwards. Got my oil changed and was told the keys are in the car after I paid. Nothing unusual there. I got in and headed to work. Spent 15 minutes trying to locate my keys. THEY WERE ON THE ROOF!
