A pretty average visit. The car looked cleaner, but the overall finish wasn't quite what i expected.

This was my first visit to this business. The staff was helpful and immediately directed me to the correct person to answer my request! I did not feel like a "bother"- but a valued customer! And I drive an old truck!! Xavier went above and beyond! And my ride looked almost new when I left! Great service!! read more

Watch out here! Something in the wash chopped off my tire valve stem. I entered the wash with all my tires at 35psi, as I saw on my dashboard. By the time I was out one of them was at zero. I almost couldn't believe it, but I'd noticed before it's a weird entrance-- a sharp left turn and your tires always hit the track hard. Thankfully Ken, the manager, was extremely helpful and put on my full-size spare for me right there in the parking lot. He's a great guy and tried to make it right. The next day I got a new valve stem at Discount Tire for free. This ended up just being a small inconvenience. But if a customer didn't have a spare, or the damage was more severe, or Ken wasn't working, it could be a big problem. Not worth the risk. 5 Stars for Ken. But 1 star for the faulty track system. 2 stars, I guess. read more

Jackson's Carwash always does a thorough cleaning..If I tell them they missed a spot (so to speak) they handle it with a smile..The staff are cheerful even on the hottest Arizona summer days..The waiting area has interesting products to buy and Air Conditioning seating..Refreshments are available.. I bought one of their affordable packages so my car is always clean.. read more

This place absolutely rocks! I always get my car washed there and last year I cracked my windshield. They recommended their sister company Clearview Glass and Tint. My insurance didn't cover the windshield replacement so I called around for quotes. Not only was Clearview Glass less expensive, they gifted me a free exterior detail. I opted to spring for an interior detail too. I just picked it up and Angel and Malik did an excellent job! My car has never been detailed so I was really happy to see how shiny it was! They clearly worked really hard. I wish I had more money to tip them because they absolutely deserve it! read more

Had a popped tire here last summer in the drive through & thought I would give this location another chance , unfortunately the service is sub par .. they are only trying to upsell & if you get the 5$ special they are incredibly unkind ... I wouldn't recommend this spot . It's too bad since this spot is so close to my house. But, I will drive out of my way to be treated with respect. read more

The car smells from the perfume in the soap. The car is not dried properly after the wash.

The crew at the Tatum Rd Phoenix site were fantastic! They detailed my car after its wash like I had paid 3 times as much as I did. They were thorough , polite and I will always have my car washed there read more

Got the VIP car wash and the whole team was nice and attentive. Went on a Wednesday and got 50% off.

Went for my weekly cleaning and they did a superb job Prompt and diligent Car was cleaned as I expected

One of the worst experiences of my life! I tried to cancel my membership over 3 years ago and they still kept charging me monthly just until now. They should pay me back that bogus $800 they charged me over the years. The said they would help me get a new windshield and offered me a full detail for getting my windshield replaced. When I went to claim the my full detail they completely denied me they owed me that and lied to my insurance company about the whole thing. My car got stuck in their car wash tire mechanism several times which caused me to be late for work and angered lots of people behind me. The straw that broke the camel's back was they completely bulldozed the whole building and said they were rebuilding it and will be back in several months, in the mean time they were still monthly charging us subscribers every month. Then we were told to visit another Jackson's car wash miles miles away, complete BS! I called several times trying to cancel my membership, filled out their forms online to cancel, called my bank, no help whatsoever, I finally went down to one of their other stations about 30 minutes farther and raised hell with them. I know another person that went through this too. I had to get new bank card so they wouldn't keep charging me again! They should have a lawsuit for the crap they put people through, never never again! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! read more

I was pretty lost and didn't go to the right area for the detailing. Alex was very nice. She led me to where I could get detailing and made sure I didn't get charged twice since I had already gone through the car wash. read more

Well, we can start with leaving chargers in place. This is the 2nd time a brand new phone charger was taken from my vehicle from this establishment. The workmanship was outstanding but you ruin the whole experience taking things that you did not purchase yourself. Replaceable yes, absolutely but the fact remains, the item was not there for the taking. Do better Jacksons. read more

This Jackson's is absolutely amazing!!! I drive about 25 min to go to this car wash because they always pay attention to detail and so helpful! Xavier goes above and beyond every time and is so helpful getting me the best car wash and deal!! Anthony was also wonderful!! Thank you!! read more

I have been using this car wash for the past Two Years. On 1/11/2023, I pulled in to have my car washed and the guy who was running the hook up directed incorrectly. This caused my bumper Yo be broken and pulled almost off. Today I received a call from their manger of Corporate Services. According to them it was error that caused my bumper to be pulled off. The cost of replacing my bumper is 1,672.00. Leaving me no option other than to give them A poor review. I will also do so on Google as well. I know they have insurance for damages. Beware if their Bad Best Practices. read more

Been coming here for over 5 years. Staff is routinely helpful and professional. This last 6 weeks we have noticed that some detergent powder was still stuck to the car in different places. Today was not as bad. We got home and garaged it. Hours later, came back in to the garage and it smelled like detergent. Something is happening with the way the car is rinsed or?? Convenient wise, it's a great PV location. Yet someone is asleep at the wheel with this one. Might be time to find another car wash???? read more

After being a monthly subscriber to the all you want car washes, I have cancelled. I've gone through on numerous occasions and not had my car clean. I didn't know until I got home. Today I had to ask to have my side of the windshield dried. I didn't realize until I got into the sun that the other side wasn't wiped nor any of front of the car. I always tip and it irritated me. I drove around to the front. The young man was on his phone. I explained and he said I should drive through again. He had nothing to do and could have dried it off. I called and cancelled. Sad that customer service is so low. The company has now made me not have warm thoughts of their business. read more

I have been driving a pickup truck since 1978 and have going to this car wash since it opened and have never been told that the items in the bed of the truck had to be taken out. They were all heavy items that would not blow out. She asked me to take them out and I refused. She took them out and I would get them back at the end. Then she argued with me when I asked her to put the tailgate up. By this time I had a line up of cars behind me. I WILL NOT BE BACK read more

deeply disappointed and I will not come back. I went and spent almost $60 to have them do a good job on the inside. I will have to rewash the windows. they are quite streaky and dirty. My dash was still dusty. I suppose I'm silly for expecting better for 60 bucks. read more

This car wash will try to take you for a ride by upselling you and doing a terrible job. I left with a dirty interior after I was told they'd wipe the cup holders out. That's about all they did. Highly caution against going here. read more

Average at best ..... Seems like they are more into getting your car done as quickly as possible versus as clean as possible. It was an average at best as far as the wash and detail service that was provided. Missed many basic spots on the car. Most likely will not return for the price paid. read more

Real nice guy operating the wash that day. The wash was marginal and the guys that were supposed to dry the car and never showed up. Makes it hard to commit to a unlimited wash pass. read more

Went in for the 50% deal and paid $15 for a wash and vacuum. It was very quick, everyone was friendly and my car looks great!

lol don't come here it will ruin your day/week. I'd rather drive a dirty car than have my whole car scratched then keyed when you point it out. I kindly told one of the workers that the car wash might be scratching everyone's cars and I was confronted by 5 workers all gaslighting me and yelling at me that it was impossible. I asked if we can see the cars coming out of the wash to see and they told me no. I decided to just go check and when I came back they keyed the front of my car.... Insane I was so nice and respectful and was confronted with hostility and brashness. read more

It's forcing me to select one star!!! I'm a Jackson's member and this is the worst car wash. There is no lobby to purchase a drink. I had to drive my vehicle through the wash. Apparently, they are all going to this. Omg. So stupid. But their way of saving money. The monthly fee didn't decrease. read more

Wow. It sure I have ever been to a car wash and then needed to go to another competing place because the job was so bad. Almost laughable. Must be using bad rags as the streaks on the car are all over. Very sloppy. Honestly...not sure how they stay in business. read more

Wish I'd checked the review first! Entire back of car isn't even close to clean! Didn't notice until I was miles away, so I didn't give them a chance to rectify, but for the exorbitant cost you expect a clean car! read more

If you like a slow inefficient car wash then this is your place. Their new Point of Sale computer system has made the car washing experience even less desirable. They also changed their full service system to one you drive through, I assume in an effort to improve the actual speed of getting your car washed. I don't think that is the outcome they are getting. I have bought their annual pass every year for about 7 years and I'd say the service and quality has gone down over the seven years. They closed their store and went cashless and next I'd expect to see them go with actual workers. It seems like a text book case of what not to do if you own and run a car wash. I hope things improve soon! read more

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. What am I even paying for? Nothing on the inside of the car was really even cleaned besides the mat barely being vacuumed. Spots everywhere, dust everywhere. I'm not sure what they really even cleaned?! Never coming back here. If you want people to sign up for a car wash membership maybe you should actually clean the car... read more

I appreceiate the wash, the price was steep for a high end wash. The fact that you have closed your lobby and no longer sell items like water and expect your customers to sit outside in the Arizona heat to wait is crule in my opinion. You have lost your customer service and I will never be back. If I'm going to sweat like that waiting for my vehicle, I'd rather wash it at home. read more

As a busy mom the express wash was perfect for me to run though quickly with my baby and do a 5 minute vacuum maybe once every other month or so. Well now it's only for members which is really inconvenient. It makes you feel pressured into doing a full service wash which with a one year old is not realistic or to purchase a membership which I just don't get my car washed that often to feel comfortable paying for a membership. When I saw this I literally turned around to find somewhere new. I think this was a very bad move for Jackson's. You already have extremely poor ratings and now are going to lose more customers by no longer offering something quick without commitment. Good luck read more

Absolutely horrible! Honestly, the place is a total ripoff and I would even go as far as calling this place a scam. If I could give it a zero I absolutely would. Horrible I have tried several times also (like an idiot) and it's the same crap over and over. When I went the first time (a few weeks ago), they sold me on a full detail for $300+ for my other vehicle that I wanted to have detailed. They told me if I bought the full detail in advance at that moment (for my other car) that they would give me a full wash on my current car for free that day. Stupidly I purchased it. They told me I didn't need my receipt for the full details because it was saved under my cell number, name and my license plate of my current vehicle. I went today (two weeks later) to have my other car detailed. There was no record of it in the system. Nothing under my name, my cell number or my license plate number as they told me. The manager was helpful as I showed him the credit card charge in the history of my charges, plus a couple employees remembered seeing me there to wash other vehicles too. The manager told me thy would do the detail and call me when the car was ready. Keep in mind that I went there with 2 cars... I VIP wash of the one car and the other was being left for the full detail (which they explained takes a few hours). By 5pm I had not yet been called and they closed at 5:30pm. They had the car for over 5 hours by this point, so I called at 5pm and said that no one had called me yet. The person that answered the the phone had no idea about the car I was describing. I gave her the make, model, and my name. She was not able to assist. I asked for the manager and the she told would have the manager call me back in a minute. I waited and waited and no one called me back. So I called again at 5:20 (yes 20 minutes later and 10 minutes before they close) and no answer over and over. So they are closed now. I don't have my car. I am heading to the airport tomorrow morning too, so now my wife has to uber over there (with our kids) to handle this mess tomorrow. Insane. To rub salt into the wound... as per the offer when I paid them for the detail, they would also perform what they call a "vip wash" to my car other car that I had with me today. So they washed my other car and wouldn't you know it... the car is barely clean. The inside is actually still dirty. They didn't even vacuum it. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

The new car wash drive through and cashless system is highly undesirable. It's confusing if you need an oil change and have to go through the car wash system and vacuuming THEN the oil change. You stay in your car through the wash and drying stations, then get out and wait for someone to acknowledge you so they can take the car to the oil change bays. We will not be coming back. Bummer because I have gotten car washes and oil changes at this location for over 10 years. The customer experience was not considered in the new set up. There is no more store, just a cold empty waiting area. Do better Jackson's! read more

Came thru to get an express wash. When I pulled in I saw they have vacuums to use(self serve). So I pulled in to vacuum my car first. One of the vacuums wasn't sucking all the stuff from the floor I think something got stuck in there from someone else. But I tried a different one & it had way more sucking power. So that was good. Came thru the express wash & they cleaned the front & back of my car first then sent me thru the wash. At the end there's 2 people waiting and they wipe your windows for you. When they are done they give you a thumbs up & you are on your merry way. :) read more

The wash itself is decent. What I don't like is being approached from behind by one of the employees while I am vacuuming the car to try and sell me glass services. I find this incredibly invasive and disrespectful, and this practice should be discontinued immediately. read more

I avoid this location because they constantly hassle you about any chips in your windshield whenever you just want to get a quick car wash. However, you can anticipate this if you choose to get a car wash and prepare for it. They have now started to walk around to cars getting gas at Jackson's to bother you about the chips in your windshield while you are just trying to fill up. I had to tell a guy I worked for an insurance company and I didn't need his assistance to get him to shut up and walk away. I would definitely be aware if you stop here for gas or anything else.. it's truly obnoxious. read more

Car wash member no longer!!! Yesterday, my car was damaged while getting it washed at their PV location. I called the location upon getting home and noticing the damage (right rear passenger side damage), spoke to the manager (Jonathan) and showed him the damage. His response was that of immediate denial. I explained to him that the damage was not pre-existing and that the fact that the paint chips were still fresh right after a wash was a pretty good indicator. Not our machines I was told despite showing him the recent damage that would Have not shown after a fresh wash. Signed my formal Complaint form there but basically they take zero responsibility for anything. So disappointed, I have been a member for Years, had my car serviced on several occasions and even had them replace several windshields And tints. Do not go here if you value honesty, good service, and like to take good care of your wheels. Seriously: there are many reasons why this place has earned their Lack Of Stars. read more

Go to Jackson's if you hate your paint job! I was haggled into the highest level car wash ($40!!!) by the first man I met today. He insisted on this when I had told him my budget was not this amount. After the wash, my car is STILL DIRTY, the mirror was almost pulled off and is now covered in scratches and chips. Extremely disappointed in this service. Went back to make things right in person and they offered another car wash. Yes I'd love MORE paint scratched off my hood! Do NOT waste your money here. read more
